- Thanks for your email and your patience. Your payments are calculated and submitted to the Accounting department. However, there is still a back log with teacher payment processing at the Accounting department. I can't predict when your payment can be processed. I am really sorry about the delay, but unfortunately, I don't have any control over it.
- Also, I am not authorized to process refunds. Your student should email our customer service department, as I mentioned at the end of my email. Their email is help@3rdward.com.
