  1. chicken 300g
  2. yogurt 200g
  3.  
  4. butter 2 tbsp
  5. dried chile 3
  6. garlic 1 clove, grated
  7. onion 1, finely chopped
  8. curry powder 2 tbsp
  9. can tomato 1 can, drained
  10. water 3 cup
  11. salt 1 tsp
  12. worcestershire 1-3 tsp
  13.  
  14. marinate chicken in yogurt in fridge 3+ hours
  15.  
  16. melt butter, add chiles, garlic. cook but careful not to burn
  17. add onion, cook until it turns yellow in color (~10 minutes)
  18. add curry powder and cook until dissolved (~1 minute)
  19. add tomato, cook until most of the moisture has cooked off
  20. add yogurt + chicken, water, salt, and cook on low heat 40 min - 1 hr
  21. add worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil, remove chiles, serve
