- chicken 300g
- yogurt 200g
- butter 2 tbsp
- dried chile 3
- garlic 1 clove, grated
- onion 1, finely chopped
- curry powder 2 tbsp
- can tomato 1 can, drained
- water 3 cup
- salt 1 tsp
- worcestershire 1-3 tsp
- marinate chicken in yogurt in fridge 3+ hours
- melt butter, add chiles, garlic. cook but careful not to burn
- add onion, cook until it turns yellow in color (~10 minutes)
- add curry powder and cook until dissolved (~1 minute)
- add tomato, cook until most of the moisture has cooked off
- add yogurt + chicken, water, salt, and cook on low heat 40 min - 1 hr
- add worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil, remove chiles, serve
