Medical Insurance Payments for 2018.
- $300 due on Oct 25, 2017.
- $100 due on Feb 28, 2018.
- $100 due on Mar 31, 2018.
- $100 due on Apr 30, 2018.
Payments sent electronically must have a date on or before the due date. Payments sent through the mail must be postmarked on or before the due date.
For each month a payment is late, there is a $10 late fee. Charged on the first of the month. For example, if the Feb 28 payment is dated Mar 1, a $10 late fee will be charged on Mar 1. If the Feb 28 payment is still unpaid, another $10 late fee is charged on Apr 1, and so on.
If there are any unpaid fees or late fees by Sep 1, 2018, I will not be able to offer insurance any more.
