All transactions are final and no refunds will be available. If you were banned from CivilizationCraft, purchases will NOT be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server staff and administration and rules may change at any point in time without notice. Payments made to CivilizationCraft are primarily virtual items contained within the server, and there is no guarantee you will have access to the server. If the server is no longer available for use, all purchases and items are forfeit. Problems occurring with server purchase due to external issues such as lag, glitches, or connection issues will be dealt with on a basis up to the discretion of the CivilizationCraft administration. All items have no monetary value outside of the virtual community.
