  1. The Raise Act is a replacement bill for the 1965 Immigration act which would cut immigration from 1 Million to Less than 500,000. It will make it harder for people from Africa, Asia and Latin America to come here so the system can be more in favor of Europeans and Anglos coming here. It would ease the strain of the working class meaning that a lot of jobs will be opened up for Americans unlike before. It could very well reverse the demographics to be more in favor of European Americans along with stuff like a Border Wall, E-Verify, The ending of DACA and the ending of Sanctuary Cities. It would also scrap the Diversity Visa Lottery entirely so less skilled people wouldn't have to come here so easily. The cutting of third world immigration overall could become beneficial to America's economy, by allowing in more Anglos and Europeans the GDP can easily grow more then it currently is.
  2.
  3. Basically, unless you're a native or very fluent English speaker/writer, your chances of scoring 30+ are 0. That's because unless you get 10+ points on the English component (8th decile, no pajeet, chink, arab, nigger etc can ever score this high). So they're automatically given 0-6 points to start, where as native english speakers are given a 12, and White Europeans would likely get a 10-11 if they tried.
  4.
  5. Now assume a shitskin gets 6 points. Let's say they're prime age, 26-30, so 10 points we're at 16. The likelihood that they would have a US Equivalent STEM PhD is slim (I'm talking about your average pajeet not Commonwealth Professors, who likely wouldn't want to immigrate anyways as they'd be older). Let's say Pajeet has a Foreign STEM, that's 7 points. We're at 23 points.
  6.
  7. Now Pajeet isn't going to be a Nobel Laureate or an Olympic athlete, so no points there. Pajeet isn't going to be bringing $1M USD, because Pajeet would live like a billionaire in Pajeet land.
  8.
  9. Pajeet's only chance hinges getting a job that pays 200%+ of the state's median household income, which is slim. Even then, Pajeet would be at 31, barely the minimum. Keep in mind if Pajeet is a bit older, say 31-35, he'd only get 8 points, and would be at 29 points.
  10.
  11. So Pajeet can get 31 points, or 36 points if gets over 300%+ of the state's median household income, which is unlikely. Even then, the offers are sorted by points awarded, so Pajeet wouldn't be able to compete. Those 4-6 points that fluent English speakers get BTFO anything the Pajeet can bring. And you can bet there will be several hundred thousand White Europeans applying due to lower prices and mostly white areas like the Midwest, Northwest, New England and Pennsylvania, so Pajeet won't be able to compete.
  12.
  13. It specifically states that investors need it to be their primary job so they get 0 points under the job category. They're still fucked for all the reasons listed above
  14.
  15. Besides they can come in under an E5 today anyways.
  16.
  17. Here is the text
  18. >https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/senate-bill/1720/text
  19.
  20. >“(1) IN GENERAL.—An applicant may accrue, for foreign investment under this subsection—
  21.
  22. >“(A) 6 points if the applicant agrees to invest the equivalent of $1,350,000 in foreign currency in a new commercial enterprise in the United States, maintain such investment for at least 3 years, and play an active role in the management of such commercial enterprise as the applicant’s primary occupation; and
  23.
  24. >“(B) 12 points if the applicant agrees to invest the equivalent of $1,800,000 in foreign currency in a new commercial enterprise in the United States, maintain such investment for at least 3 years, and play an active role in the management of such commercial enterprise as the applicant’s primary occupation.
  25.
  26. >“(2) FAILURE TO MAINTAIN INVESTMENT.—A points-based immigrant visa issued under section 201(b) to an applicant who accrued points under this subsection shall be rescinded if the applicant fails to comply with the requirements under paragraph (1) for a period in excess of 1 year.
  27.
  28. Also, the RAISE act requires an attestation from the employer that:
  29.
  30. >“(II) that the job being offered to the applicant is a new or vacant position that does not displace a United States worker;
  31.
  32. So SV firms hoping to use this to bring in cheap labour (ie. coders) are going to have a hard time getting around this.
  33.
  34. White Europeans, educated and fluent in English, command high salaries. Chinks, Arabs, Niggers literally stand no chance. I'm surprised there isn't a huge outrage from the Democrats on this, because immigration would shift from 2% White to 99% White overnight.
  35.
  36. Pajeets and other Asians are STEM PhD/Masters (no lib art bs) and they have to be from real schools. The professional degrees are MBA/JD/MD.
  37.
  38. >“(9) APPROVED FOREIGN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND DEGREES.—The Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, in cooperation with the Secretary of Education, shall maintain and regularly update a list of foreign educational institutions and degrees that meet accreditation standards equivalent to those recognized by major United States accrediting agencies and are approved for the purpose of accruing points under this subsection.
  39.
  40. They're going to have 3 tiers, US-tier (ie. most famous universities, then no-name schools, then there will be a shitlist as well).
  41.
  42. Process
  43. >Applicants apply online for $160 USD
  44. >Applicants who score 30 points+ are put into the pool
  45. >Applicants sorted by scores
  46. >Tie Breakers:
  47. 1.Doctorate>MBA/MD/JD>Masters>Bachelors>HS>No HS
  48. 2. US-equivalent schools>non-US equivalent schools
  49. 3. Higher English fluency>less English fluency
  50. 4. Equal points, english proficiency and education -> person closest to 25th birthday
  51. >Director invites highest scorers to send in documentation every 6 months and issuses them full green cards for 5 years
  52. >Ineligible for any public assistance
  53.
  54. Points for Age
  55. >0-17: 6 points
  56. >18-21: 8 points
  57. >26-30: 10 points
  58. >31-35: 8 points
  59. >36-40: 6 points
  60. >41-45: 4 points
  61. >46-50: 2 points
  62.
  63. Education Points
  64. >Foreign or US HS: 1 point
  65. >Foreign Bachelors: 5 points
  66. >US-equivalent Bachelors: 6 points
  67. >Foreign STEM Masters: 7 points
  68. >US-equivalent STEM: 8 points
  69. >Foreign Professional or Doctorate in STEM: 10 points
  70. >US-equivalent Professional or Doctorate in STEM: 13 points
  71.
  72. English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS or similar)
  73. >0-5th decile: 0 points
  74. >6-7th decile: 6 points
  75. >8th decile: 10 points
  76. >9th decile: 11 points
  77. >10th decile: 12 points
  78.
  79. Job Offer Points:
  80. >Salary 150%-200% of state's median income: 5 points
  81. >Salary 200%-300% of state's median income: 8 points
  82. >Salary 300%+ of state's median income: 13 points
  83.
  84. Points for Achievements
  85. >Nobel Laureate or similar achievement: 25 points
  86. >Received Olympic medal or scored 1st in an Olympic event not at the Olympics within the last 8 years: 15 points
  87.
  88. Investment Points
  89. >1.35M-1.8M: 6 points
  90. >1.8M+: 12 points
  91.
  92. 30 points is the cut off and you're in the pool.
  93.
  94. Also, if you're a Shitskin with a wife, you get fucked right up the ass.
  95.
  96. >pic related
  97.
  98. If your wife can't score as high as you, you get penalized by having your score computed as 70% of your points + 30% of what your wife would score.
  99.
  100. Say you're 30 year old Pajeet (10 points), 10 points on English, US Stem (8 points), and a 200-300% Job offer (8 points), you're at 36 points.
  101.
  102. >But Wait
  103.
  104. Your shitskin wife is under 30 (6-8 points), can't speak English (0 points), has no job, has high school if that (1 point), isn't a Nobel Laureate, a champion Shariah Rock Thrower or a millionaire. She'd score 9 points at most.
  105.
  106. >Oh shit
  107. 36*0.7=25.2 points
  108. 9*0.3=2.7 points
  109. =27.2 points
  110.
  111. So literally any married shitskin to some dumb retard wife cannot immigrate.
  112.
  113. In order to do so, let's assume the wife adds 3 points net. The shitskin would have to score 39 points to make the 30 threshold.
  114.
  115. A cursory examination reveals Pajeet would have to be of prime age (10 points), hold a US-equivalent STEM PhD (13 points), speak perfect English (12 points) and have a job offer above 150% of the state's median income (5 points). Then he'd score a 31 only.
  116.
  117. So basically nonwhites including Asians are unlikely to come here. RAISE was designed to bring in intelligent whites by an African judge due to her disliking of third world immigrants. Sponsored by none other than Senator Cotton.
