This orb found at the burial site, Captain Mactintosh was his usual disapproving self, but he will get over it, I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to study such a fascinating object, it would be against my very nature! Finally! Something of interest to occupy myself with, in this dank and dreary hellhole of a fort.


Entry 33: It took me several weeks of research, but I have reason to believe the orb belonged to the infamous illusionist , Korvakk the Sinweaver, the object being his magical focus. A ghastly man, weaving his illusions to dominate the minds of men and women alike, he’s brought entire towns to their knees in the past. To whoever slew the man and buried him at the cairn, Thankyou, you have done the world a splendid service.

Entry 35: Odd, I swear I keep hearing the voice of my mother in my head, just is far reaches, as though she were whispering to me, she sounds worried, at any rate, the orb continues to fascinate me, I have dedicated as much time as I can to studying it, who knows what secrets I can discover!
