Alexithymiaa: -Brad sat at his desk, his fist propped up under his chin as he staared at his computer and the camera plots he was trying to finalize for tomorrow. Better late than never, I guess. He opened his mouth to yawn widely, moving his hands slowly to the keyboard to type in aa few notes on one of the plots.-
Covet: Kelsey walked in on the phone with Nancy, "Two on Saturday? Yeah I can be there, does the mall have full awareness of what's going on? Okay, perfect. Thank you, Talk to you later, goodnight." She hung up and looked over at Brad, who looked tired. She herself wasn't terribly tired, in fact maybe even a little wired. "Hi babe, going over things for tomorrow?" She asked leaning over to give him a kiss on the cheek.
Alexithymiaa: -He lifted his head from the computer when he heard Kelsey coming into his room on the phone, glancing at her until she was off the phone. "Yeah, I forgot I had changed something and didn't plot it out. I just can't wait for this to be over. I know she's my friend, but it feels like going backwards in my career."-
Covet: "Bradley. Stop it. You're never too big for your friends." Kelsey told him as she patted him on the head. "Nancy has me set up to do a Mall performance, photo op and signing. Where that might be a litlte small for me, I'm looking forward to it, because the little insignificant things, are just as important as the big stuff in this business."
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, but meeting fans is good publicity and stuff. This doesn't actually benefit me. It feels like charity." He said with a shrug. "It kind of is." He leaned back in his chair and slumped down a little to make himself more comfortable, watching his computer.-
Covet: "I'm sorry is there something wrong with Charity?" She asked him raising an eyebrow as she looked at him. "How is what I'm doing any different? I'm not getting paid to do it, I could have declined, but I'm doing it for them."
Alexithymiaa: "I don't have fans. You do. It's different." He said with a pouty huff, being a baby. "I could have spent this time prepping for The Weeknd's shoot and I'm doing this instead. It just feels like misplaced time."-
Covet: "You've planned for plenty of time for both projects." She told him. "Is this really that bothersome to you?"
Alexithymiaa: "Yes!" He whined, throwing a hand into the air and looking at her again. "I just thought I didnt have to waste time doing small stuff anymore. That I could focus on videos that are exciting and have no limits and do big stuff. And then I have to reel it all in for this band because they can't afford CG and explosions and the stuff I waant to do."-
Covet: "Not everything is about CG and special effects. Sometimes simpler videos are just as impactful and award worthy, if you're only going to focus on one thing, that's not exactly going to make you a well rounded either. And in your profession, isn't that kind of something to be prided on?" She said to him because this was a stupid thing to be complaining about... BE GRATEFUL BRAD GOSH.
Alexithymiaa: (Never grateful ever)
Alexithymiaa: "I guess..." He said with a roll of his eyes like a defiant child. "It's just not fun this way. I do this because I enjoy it and if I only got to do videos like this, I'd probably quit now because it's boring and unimaginative."-
Covet: "I'm sure this isn't going to be your last project that's not fun either. But in the end, don't you enjoy the praise and appreciate you get from doing these things, regardless of who they're for?" Her arms were crossed as she looked at him. "Instead of bitching about it, how about look forward to that, and make the best of it."
Alexithymiaa: "No, I don't get any praise from doing these. Because no one knows who they are or cares. I get praise for your videos and Anna's because you guys are known and on tv, which is my point. If I were doing a boring video for you it would at least benefit my career. This islike a double whammy."-
Covet: "Excuse you, Just because Steph and her band aren't on the same known level as you or I, doesn't mean that they won't be there. They are growing substantially more known, and it's this kind of childish, selfish attitude that keeps you from being able to hang out with her when her famous friends are around" She said with a bit of bite to her words. "The fact that we're even having this arguement again after the last time... Why is it only her videos that you don't want to do? Do you really thing you're too good for your own friends?"
Alexithymiaa: "It's not only her videos. She's just the only one who I feel obligated to do. Others on that level I just turn down." He said with a shrug like he wasnt sounding like a fucking tool.-
Covet: "Nobody asked you to make time them, if you're going to feel obligated to do it. But if you choose to do it, regardless of whatever dumb reason you have for it, don't bitch about it, because you could have said you were busy with other things and she would understand and her label would set her up with someone else. But that thing we were talking about the other day, about how friendship is a two way street, it applies to stuff like this too."
Covet: make time for them*
Alexithymiaa: "Well I'm doing it, aren't I?" He asked with aa fucking attitude, gesturing toward his computer. "And I'm not half assing it. I'm putting the work in and I'm going to make it the best video I can make it with what I'm given, but that doesnt meaan I have to like it."-
Covet: "Yeah, but you're still bitching. So I guess if you're going to do that, I'm going to leave you alone, and tell you next time she asks, tell her no if this is all you're going to do when you say yes." She said, "Can I have the key, I need something to smoke." She asked him looking at the stash drawer.
Alexithymiaa: "So you're going to give me a hard time, and then smoke my drugs?" He asked her, but was leaning down to his backpack under the desk to fish the key out of one of the pockets. Not without looking for it for a good solid minute first though because he's careless. Passing it over to her, he leaned on the arm of his chair. "Actually, I just bought yesterday."-
Covet: "I can pay you for them if it's going to be an issue." She said sassily. "I didn't realize you were so hard up you couldn't spare a joint." Kelsey added rolling her eyes. She thought about not taking it and just going outside for some fresh air if he was going to continue to be an ass, but then she realized she didn't care, and opened up the drawer to get one out for herself for now and then another for later, just because she could.
Alexithymiaa: "Not the point. You're supposed to be nice to people you take things from." Like he made that eaasy AAT ALL.-
Covet: "Yeah okay." Kelsey said rolling her eyes as she grabbed one of the lighters on top of his desk. She took it and headed towards the door, because she was going to go out front anyways to give him space, and it'd give her a chance to do a bump to get some other homework finished tonight too. "I might be back, it depends if you're still going to be having your tantrum."
Alexithymiaa: "I'm not having a tantrum!" He yelled like a child, only further proving her point that he was acting childish and was indeed throwing a tantrum.-
Covet: "Okay.. Sorry.." she said putting her hands up as she walked out the door, closing it behind her, then walked out into the front lobby area before going outside. She made her way over to her car and opened the door to sit inside, then reached into the pocket of her jacket for the small baggie, tapping a little out onto the back of her hand so she could snort it.
Alexithymiaa: He let out a deep grown, pushing up from his chair so he could follow behind her. Dragging his feet dramatically as he went because he's in a fucking mood, he stopped when he stepped outside, scanning the lot until he spotted her at her car, unclear what she was actually doing. "Can I at least get a hit?" He asked as he started to walk towards her.-
Covet: Not expecting him to follow her out, when he spoke she jumped a little and dropped the bag to the floor of her car, watching it spill. Quickly wiping her nose she looked up at him, hoping he hadn't caught any of what she'd been doing, or see the spilled bag on the floor. "Yeah, I guess."
Alexithymiaa: -He made his way over to her and stopped in front of her, but hadnt noticed the bag just yet. "I mean, it's mine. You have to share." He said, glancing at her to find it. "Did you light it yet?"-
Covet: "No, I just got out here." She said giving him a glare A she grabbed it out of her lap, and handed it to him, "Then you take the first hit and smoke as much as you want and I'll just take what's leftover." She said staring straight ahead, tapping her foot fast as she started to feel the cocaine.
AlexithymiaaAlexithymiaa : "Jeez... calm down." He said, taking the joint and his lighter and lighting the end of it. It didnt stop him from aactually taking the first hit though before passing it back to her.-
Covet: "I am calm!" She said clearly not calm and still irritated with him, because the whole point of coming out here was to get away from him. " She turned in her seat, trying her best to keep the mess hidden as she took a hit off the joint, handing it back to him quickly.
Alexithymiaa: "Doesnt sound calm." He mumbled, taking the joint back from her and bringing it up to his lips to take a hit. "You could be nicer, ya' know."-
Covet: "I wasn't in a bad mood until you got on your piss pot and started acting so ungrateful." Kelsey said looking at the ground.
Alexithymiaa: "I'm not ungrateful. I'm just tired and overworked and I hate wasting time." He said, taking another hit and passing it back to her.-
Covet: "I just it's pretty jerklike to think you're too good for the small people. Or that Chairity is a bad thing. Let alone that you think one of your oldest friends is a charity case." She told him biting on the inside of her lip. She reached up to grab the joint from him and dropped it in the process. "Woops..." She said then leaned over, shifting just enough, that the cocaine mess could be visable, unknown to her.
Covet: *charity*
Alexithymiaa: "We're coming back to this?" He asked, crossing his arms over his chest and watching her. When she leaned over, he saw the mess on the inside of her car, furrowing his brows. "What's that?"-
Covet: "Well I was trying to get away from it.. and you're the one who said I was being mean." She told him then closed her eyes, and exhaled the cloud of smoke. "Uh.. Sugar from my tea this morning, I was in a rush and just put some in a bag to take with me...." She said lying because she was mad at him.
Alexithymiaa: "Why would you take it with you in a bag instead of just putting it in the cup?" He asked innocently because this just made no sense to him.-
Covet: "Because I didn't have it all put together, I only had the water hot." She said quickly, shifting to hide her shame. She handed the joint back to him.
Alexithymiaa: "So why not just put it in the water? It seems like a lot of extra work to put it in a bag to take with you. And look... you made a mess that way." He took the joint from her to take a long drag off of it, the drugs not helping his brain connect the pieces for him.-
Covet: "Because I was running late, and I was tired and I wasn't thinking, Okay!?!" She said "Yes I know I made a mess, I'll go vacuum it tomorrow." She snapped at him

Alexithymiaa: "Alright, jeez. You don't need to freak out about it." He said, passing the joint back to her. "Just finish that. Obviously you need it."-
Covet: "I just don't get what the third degree is about. Since when did you care about messes?" Kelsey asked, taking the joint from him, inhaling off of it hard enough to cough.
Alexithymiaa: "I don't, but I know you do, that's why I was surprised.... you know what? Nevermind." He said with a roll ofhis eyes, getting frustrated that he was just asking a question and she was so defensive.-
Covet: "I've been busy... you know this." she said not needing to back her lie up, because he already wrote it off. "I'm done for the night, I need to get some homework done, but I'm going to get a shower first. Good luck with the rest of your video." She said closing the door to her car and made her way back towards the dorm entrance after putting out the joint.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah well... good luck with your homework." He muttered at her back, sticking around outside to breathe the chilly air and relax a minute.-
Covet: "Thanks." She said curtly then walked inside and went to go do all that stuff. Her heart racing because drugs and panic because she'd just about been busted and she'd lied.
