critique my plan to rank personal website
So I'm wanting to blackhat my personal website to rank for copywriting (not that keyword specifically, the niche) as a way to bring in passive lead gen for people that may want to use me for that.

So I've done my KW research and have come up with a content silo with one main article and 10 sub articles.

I've been reading everything on the forums and here's what I've come up with

- submit the site to a PR submission service.
- Write up the content
- All sub articles link to main one.

My real question is how I should be promoting the sub articles?
(^ tell me why that is or isn’t a good idea)

GSA? Real guest posts? This is my personal portfolio website so I want this done properly over anything.

I’ve also been hearing a lot about on page optimization.

My websites on squarespace rn, is that a problem?
You should concentrate more on backlinks than promote your guest posts. These exist mainly for internal linking + rank KW that you can't stuff in your core page.

I definitely have some $, but want to spend it the best as possible.

It is FAR cheaper to opt for something like SEO Power Suite's RankTracker than go with SerpFox. RankTracker is much better, more powerful and easier to look at for local/global desktop/mobile results. Just FYI.

Then hire an seo expert. You can't expect to be spoonfed for free. I already told you a LOT.

I think It has only good for traffic.
Traffic and backlinks indexation. But Webmaster tools is more than enough for a owned website.

I've looked at Power Suite to test your suggestion. It costs the same price as Serp Fox and is SOOO inaccurate. I couldn't believe the wrong rankings it showed me. It could had invented them, it would had been the same (and yes, I took the time to set up everything in details).

Seriously, try Serpfox and you'll understand the gap of quality.
