***Wolfgang Perez Grasps the heavy blow-torch. He inspects the device, studying it and learning the contents within. He inspects the gasolnie cartridge holder, before moving the fresh gas cartridge into the blowtorch, letting the flame flicker to ensure it works. He moves several more gasoline cartridges into his backpack, ensuring he may open the gate, and clsoe the gate behind him to avoid discovery.
***Wolfgang Perez Shoves the blowtorch into his backpack, flicking the safety net on as he does such, not allowing the flame to litterally catch himself on fire. He walks towards the construction zone.
***Wolfgang Perez Jumps down into the rubble concrete, checking the area for any people that might be spectating. Before he moves towards his position, he clips on his welding mask, ensuring his identiy is safe with his face completely concealed. He then moves the blowtorch against the metal. The metal heats up very quickly as the blue flame touches it. Shortly, the metal is maluable.
*** Wolfgang Perez Continues to melt the metal, then afterwards, reaches towards his backpack to withdraw a blueprint schematic. He records the previous position of the metal grate, then draws the blueprint into a metal outliner, for covering his tracks with the metal. He then moves the metal to the side with his hammer, pounding a large hole in the sewer grate with several strikes.
*** Wolfgang Perez slides into the whole, moving his equipment in first before himself. He then melts the metal back into the outlier, essentially sealing his tracks as the grate cools back to its original state, after about thirty minutes.
