Terms and Conditions

The contest participation date is from 20 November 2015 to 27 November 2015, 11:59pm (GMT+8). The competition will be held solely on The Smart Local's Facebook page. Eligible entrants must like and share the competition post, and comment with TigerAir's birthday date (day and month) and how old Tigerair is turning to be eligible to win. Comments are valid for entry during the contest period.

Participants that enter the contest understand that their entries may be used to promote the contest through social media channels. Participants will be credited where Tigerair deems fit.

Three people will be chosen by Tigerair & TheSmartLocal to receive one pair of flight tickets to Lucknow, India each, with Tigerair Singapore. The flight vouchers are non-negotiable, transferable, exchangeable or redeemable against cash, credit or kind, either in part or in full. Flights are subject to availability and Conditions of Carriage. Participants must be 18 years or older. Tigerair Singapore & TheSmartLocal reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entries without notifying the participant.

Contest ends 11:59pm on 27th November 2015, and the 3 winners will be notified by 30th November 2015. Winners will be informed via a comment on their winning entry, and will then be directed to share contact details through a personal message via the The Smart Local Facebook page. Winners will need to respond to The Smart Local's comment or personal message within one week of being notified, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

Winners will be announced publicly by The Smart Local through their Facebook page. Employees and/or relatives of employees of Tigerair Singapore, their associated companies and any agents connected to this contest are not eligible to enter the contest and/or win any prizes.

Tigerair reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and in the event of any dispute to the Terms and Conditions, Tigerair's decision is final.
