1-Admin needs to be able to approve/reject submited claims

2-Admin needs to be able to approve/reject mebers that have just signed up

3-A check needs to take place when a member logs in to see if it has been one year
since they registerd.  The member will then be suspended until the member pays

4-The admin should be able to accumulate all the claims made and approved within
1 year time and then to divide into a number of existing members and charge
them with division. (e.g. £500.00 accumulated, and 20 members are existing,
then each memebr should be charged with £25 =(500/20).

5-Ensure members cant make a claim until 6 months into their membership

6-Upgrade member to full member when they make a payment

7-Suspend and resume member when they dont pay/pay (#3)

8-ADMIN NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO SEARCH FOR MEMBERS (do claim searching as well?)

9-Fix listing an indivudals payments in the payments page on members dashboard

10-report anual turoner (income from membership) (payouts from claims)
