  2. 1-Admin needs to be able to approve/reject submited claims

  4. 2-Admin needs to be able to approve/reject mebers that have just signed up

  6. 3-A check needs to take place when a member logs in to see if it has been one year
  7. since they registerd. The member will then be suspended until the member pays
  8.  
  9. 4-The admin should be able to accumulate all the claims made and approved within
  10. 1 year time and then to divide into a number of existing members and charge
  11. them with division. (e.g. £500.00 accumulated, and 20 members are existing,
  12. then each memebr should be charged with £25 =(500/20).

  14. 5-Ensure members cant make a claim until 6 months into their membership

  16. 6-Upgrade member to full member when they make a payment

  18. 7-Suspend and resume member when they dont pay/pay (#3)

  20. 8-ADMIN NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO SEARCH FOR MEMBERS (do claim searching as well?)
