  53. we have been out of contract for almost 10 months but your records probably only show 5 or 6 months

  85. i think it might stand for that the OEM i mean
  86. its the same as if you have a pixel or oneplus. only the carrier can do it and i think you give me the DID (Device ID) code and i send that to samsung

  113. i have been talking to you guys off and on the past week or so about getting a deal on the s23ultra for free with our current plan (phone trade ins only) but that didnt work out

  120. its a long story and dont really want to rehash it but there was a reason why we wanted the s23 ultra we missed out last febuary when we were actually out of contract and qualified for those phones but you guys thought we were in contract so you guys said we didnt qualify.
  121. one of the reps i did talk to so they could put us in the pixel 8 pros
  122. can we stay in our same contact (the magenta 55+ is cheaper and we dont want the features of the go5g and we would lose netflix on us also
  123. so we really want to stay in the same plan we have now but wanted the s23 ultras but you guys wont do that but someone said the pixel 8 pros
  124. what can you do on that?
  125. and we might want to keep our s21 ultras :)
  126. the whole deal is my mom dont want to pay anymore then she is paying now
  127. the s24 ultras come out in january or latest febuary and we could hold off until those get here with new specials but for what we want to do i dont think we can do it when they get here

  140. we are willing to commit to tmobile for 2 more years thats no problem. we are happy with the service we just want new phones that are good.
  141. if you can put us into the go5g plan for the same price we pay now and keep netflix on us we would do that but i think they go up almost $20 a month and we lose netflix on us ontop of that. we dont travel the world and we have tmobile home internet
  142. the whole thing is this. i have to bring it up. when the s23ultras did come out last febuary our phone contracts were actually paid off and we qualified for a $1000 off and the phone back then was $1000 and you only had the 55+ plan. so we are kind of being forced into the go5g plan if we want good deals on phones now when we already qualifed.
  143. we were told we didnt qualify at the time and by the time we tracked it all down and got it straightend out the go5g plan had started and that $1000 off the $1000 phone special was over

Actually , I review all our deals and it require to change your plan into GO5G/ GO5G plus but then since you've mentioned you don't want to increase your bill . If you want, I can file a request for you since as I can see here you've been a valued customer to us for more than 3 years and still counting and we really appreciate it but this is for subject for approval .

  150. yea i went through this a few times with customer service and they gave me coorp address so i can write them and im not going to do that. there was an offer they made on the google pixel 8 pro with 256GB though. can you see that by any chance
  151. its a waste of time to try and get approval. they dont care.
  152. they can see our files they can see where they added money to our account to reimburse the money that never got applied when we put the tmobile home internet gift card to pay on the balance of our phones so we did qualify at the time in febuary for the deals but they gave us back the money in credits after the special was over and go5g plans started

  157. i was hoping maybe they made not of the pixel 8 pro offer but we said no to that in the phone conversation because we thought we should be able to get the s23ultras but now after just more thinking and more thinking and giving up and just wanting to get phones we think the pixel 8 pro offer might be ok

  173. we had got the tmobile home internet and it came with a $100 tmobile credit card and we used that directly to pay on our devices. they could never see that on tmobiles end so they kept saying we owed and didnt qualify. i have to contact northgroup or something and have them email the transaction to prove we paid it

  186. not just that. they really did mess up when we did qualify. our first year should have been paid by now on the s23 ultra but i really do appreciate what you are doing and we would be more than happy to still get that deal

  188. we love samsung. im 55 my mom is 77 and she really didnt want the pixel 8 pro
  189. we have always had samsung notes or ultras or big screen phones like lg v50. our eyes are bad
  190. thats why we were going to settle for pixel 8 pro. screen size but she loves samsung and so do i to tell the truth

  195. she was more worried about changing than me to a different brand because all of her phone settings, pictures and all that wouldnt carry over correctly
  196. her fb messages and text messages too. i was kind of worried about that too because samsung switch works good with the samsung line but migrating from samsung to google is a different game. some things do get lsot

  235. last febuary 5th was my moms birthday and thats when tmobile had that special we were trying to get. lol. looks like christmas instead hopefully
