I think it's about time for this to be said.
First of all, me and a portion of people from the server will be leaving the server soon. Some have their own personal reasons or issues for it, but we all pretty much share the same thing, which is having several doubts about Tony.

Let me say though, this is not meant to be a direct hate message or anything, so I really do hope you guys, and Tony in particular to not take it the wrong way and have a grudge against me and anyone else who might leave the server/leave a message like this. But then again, I can't really speak for anyone here, so I'll try to put things in my own words only.

Ever since my first encounter with you, you were someone generally nice to be around with (or at least you showed yourself to be this way). You still are somewhat, can't lie there, but I'll get to that.
You generally showed mayor interest in me, and we shared many past experiences and problems back then, which really made me feel like you were someone who's worth being around with (and it's the reason why I've stayed as long as I have too)

One topic in particular, which you probably will recall without a problem is when you left all public servers you were on at the time, because of a problem you noticed you had yourself, regarding selfishness and overindulgence towards getting attention. I really admired this, not gonna lie. This would also be the reason as to why I drew you as many Ionics as I did back in the day.

Shortly after of course, you let me know of the "system" you use to determine if people are good enough to be allowed in your server. IIRC, it was "be nice, fun to talk to, not a creep, to have drawn me something, and to be able to take a punch" or something along the lines, I cannot remember and it's probably too far back to look for.

Well regardless, because of this I was allowed into the server, and it was smooth sailing from there really. Everyone in the server were awesome (and still are to this day, that likely won't change soon either), activities were fun, and many good times were had overall. It's definitely my most active server.
It was all good for a long time. Or at least, until I started paying closer attention to everything that was happening, and what others were saying.

Without going too much into detail, I started having doubts about what you were doing, and to an extent, *why* you were doing it. Ignoring the plethora of people that have been kicked out for understandable reasons (Robo, for instance), and the pointless rants you've had about experiences with other artists/people (the stuff with dogmom being flavor of the month, and your temporary hate for bungee for something you caused yourself), you started becoming everything you said you worked so hard to fix before, and more.

I'm pretty sure everyone here can say they're noticed the same pattern with you. You find an artist you like, wherever it be by your own or by one of your friends being linked to them, you message them, attempt making some kind of conversation, show them your OCs (most likely the one that would appeal the most to them) and hope for the best. At that point, they're bound to say something nice about them, and some even go to the extent to draw them too. If not though, you do entend to asking for an art trade instead, or maybe even draw them something to catch their attention further.
After it's all good and done too, you then ask them to join the server until they eventually do, and the cycle continues with some other artist.
This by itself doesn't sound too bad, at least if you haven't seen these things I mentioned previously, and your general behavior.

I'm not the only one either, I've seen more than enough people talk about the same issues more than once to know I'm not just exaggerating here. I'm not gonna name them either, because there's no real point in doing so.
Like, I can safely say 99% of artists here have drawn one of your OCs at least once, and it's all been from your first encounter with them. That's honestly worrying to me, especially coming from the same person who was worried about these same issues.

What I'm understanding from this is, you've successfully substituted attention from random people in servers/social medias for attention from cheaply made friends (which do admittedly have every right to trust you) who can draw you stuff every once in a while.
The number of people you've recruited at this point in such a small timeframe is insane, and definitely doesn't seem normal. And even if it can be explained, it's not  a good thing to do at all. At this point it's just you gathering people at your own leisure, just because you felt the need to.

This is only escalated by the amount of times you've asked people who are already in the server to draw you something (literally just searching "draw -insert fish here-" comes up with dozens upon dozens of results from you mostly), by how often you go around talking about your OCs as they were trophies to be shown around, and just you being extremely rude for no real reason.
You yourself said this server was solely focused on friends when I first joined too, but now it's clear it's actually focused on "***tony***, and his artist friends are also there".
Or even worse, we're just a collection of artist you've managed to obtain over time, even if they didn't really want to (I can say for sure at least *one* specific person did not want to be here, yet he somehow made it into the server anyways. Some of you know who I'm talking about, but I'm not mentioning names)
(Also I'm not counting those who don't draw, because most of them have been here long before this ever became an issue)

Like I said before thou, I don't want this to come off as a hate message, and much less as some kind of way to say "ooh man tony has so many friends it's not normal he must be evilll"
This is just extremely contradictic to everything you've told me (and probably others too?), and honestly just makes you look like a hypocrite.
And there's nothing more I hate in the world than hypocrites, especially if it's someone I used to like.

That last bit is just me being a bit hateful thou so don't put that much thought into it, but I just couldn't go without saying it once. You know I always try to see the good in people too, while also being fair to everyone's own opinions and such.
My goal with saying this is hoping that you don't take it the wrong way and understand why I, and some others have these problems with you, and attempt to fix them. You're already an amazing friend, despite what your motives might be, and you clearly put a lot of time and thought into them and your server.
But the negative aspects are so common and prominent, I just can't see it be worth sticking around.
There's probably a whole lot of things I'm forgetting to mention too, since I've felt this way for a long time now, and just decided to keep it to myself and trust you'd realize these things yourself like you did before. (Doesn't seem to be the case so far though)

One thing's for sure though, I'll miss all of you guys. You've been real mates to me, and you're really fun to be around. Tony admittedly does knows how to pick most of his friends, seeing how all of you are great people.
Even those who I never got the chance to talk to or know better, it's not hard to imagine you'd all be awesome to get to know.
I won't regret the time spent here, nor the good or bad times, and certainly not Tony, since I do hope you'll change your way of being.

Also obligatory sorry for the wall of text, especially right before leaving and all that.
It just makes it sound over the top and shiz, but I can't really express everything in some short paragraphs, and I definitely don't want this left unsaid.

I legitimately hope for the best for all of you, and that you don't end up having negative opinions on any of the peeps that are leaving. We just don't feel comfortable here anymore.
