Louis responded in kind, flying towards the nearer of the two dragons. The great beast opened its mouth wide and Louis winced, realizing what it was about to do. He got himself some momentum as he flew towards it, then shielded his face with his gauntlets
as his wings wrapped around him, yet he remained flying towards the creature. The dragon spewed out a great plume of fire from its mouth, and the flames quickly slammed into Louis' wings. Within the protective shield, Louis clenched his teeth as he waited for the dragon to stop, the heat around him becoming painfully unbearable. When the dragon finally finished, Louis allowed himself to be freed from his self-imposed prison and continued flying at the beast.
