[CI]Time has barely passed since the Fourth Ninja War against Madara himself. Kabuto and Orochimaru were welcomed in Konoha with open arms by the great 6th Hokage, Hatake Kakashi, and the leaders of the world have come together for world peace.
[CI]And yet, there are still some unsettling matters going on throughout the world. Some shinobi are rising to still challenge the peace, others willing to defend it. Tell me, which side are you on?

[CBUI]Rules in place:

↳You must be approved of before you can roleplay. You can apply at the OOC chat by the leader and admins of this RP.
↳No Godmodding allowed. You are not a God/Goddess. You cannot do ANYTHING you want to. We're all humans.
↳Be respectful and keep OOC out of the RP chat, talk in the OOC chatroom for OOC.
↳No puppeteering; You cannot control characters that are not under your belt. If you are not approved for them, you don't play them.
↳Keep minimum lines to 3 or more. This is a Lit to Semi-lit rp. If you can't keep up, you should not be here.
↳Movementv of time will be perceived by the ADMINS.
↳Fighting is allowed - just make sure a valid Admin is online at the time for the fight in order to ensure fairness.
↳No meta-gaming; Your character cannot know what you know OOC. That's impossible to happen. If your character comes to know of something from other methods, make sure it's valid.
