advice for creatorssss for how to not get ur pages nuked/also how to likeeee not get called outttt by everyone for something dummm cuz peeps have asked me this a lottt recently w advice on likeee how to mix files n get starteddd in way that yhey can be successful n have lasting page growthhh. I worked in social mediaaaa n have lottt of exp in thisss ^_^

- if u sample files ask permission n credittt peeps u sample. only use royalty free sound samplesss in filess. if u use repeating likeee sounds as major theme in ur work n u profit off it u might actuallly need a commerical license to use those soundsss so likeee read up on licensingg. ex is using the same distinct beat as basis for entireeee album u monetize. careful using free sounds on reddit if u don't have clear license/explicit use perms the creator can likee revoke ur use if ur using it for stuff they don't want cuz they ultimately likee still own the copyright. also helps to get someee kinda agreement in writing w peeps u collab with (dated) that if ur ever not friends/shit hits the fan u won't ask for content deletion for collabs either person worked on or delete eachothees credits in descript or sue for money earned thru someone else's site in work ur featured on. I've seen peeps try to sue for money earned thru collabs esp if one creator gets big and someone else decides the original agreement wasn't fair/they deserve more for their contribution

- if u use images on ur patreonnn or any site that u share stuff on likeeee use royalty free images, ask peeps for permission to use art/photos n take time to make sure the clip arttt u found on Google can be useddd for what u wanna use it for. if ur making money even just likeee from clicks on p00rnhub u need a commerical licenseeee for stuff so make sure ur images r properly likeee licensed sourced n credited or else u risk having ur page removed n being perma banned or called outtt or legittt sueddd if someone is bitter enough w time n money. ai is being used to find theft n some sites will legit charge u/sue u too if u needed commercial license n thot u could get away w only buying a normal oneee so be careful af. also read the fine print. not every image or gif even if u can buy a license can be used for p0rnnn type content. if ur using something in way that's not in license it can be removed and u can be finedddd/run into issues

- if u find hot unsourced gifs to use in ur own content/p0rnhubbb compilationnn tyoe videos prepare for someone to see their stuff on there and to be asked to credit/or remove or edit the video. ok so what's the diff between casually sharing a vanilla gif/meme n using l3wddd one in video u profit off of? it comes down to the intimacy of content anddd the moneyyy. both r not technically nott okayyy if it contains original arttt/content esp from smol creatorrr one is rly much moreee not okayyy. there is diference in sharing on personal feed or forum then a page u intend to monetize/make name for urself p0rn with. p0rn is more intimate then memes n u never knooo if the gifs u found were revenge p0rn w added captions, intended to be made public/if peeps were of age etc unless u source. also sw on 0nlyyfanz work HARDDD to make content n if stuff is ripped off those places it rly hurts sw who often already constantlyyy fightinggg content theft/leaks this esp bad when lotta creators r young queeer broke n struggling to make it in this capitalist hell holeee.

- so you did all that anything elseee to keep in mind? u might ask why creators don't just submit claims for content to be removeddd/why u should care about what's in ur own content/everyone stealsss/peeps can claim for removal if they wanttt etc. first thing perma bans and nuking of entire curated pages fucking sucks. seen it happen to peeps w over 100k followers that I workd withhh. also another reason is cuz to file a claim u need to use ur rl name to do this n creators risk doxxing/harassment n some stalkers intentionalllly steal content justtt to get info of creator that made it. keep that in mind if u steal stuff n ur likeee well if someone wants it removeddd they will strike me/file claim. this is y s3xxx workers hate theft cuz when ur shits stolen n u rely on someee anonimity ur often limiteddd w actions u can take to resolve stuff if u value ur safety n privacyy. this can create lotta stress n even be traumatizing depending if the content was even intended to be released to public neverrr mind for sale intentionallyyy

- add clear descriptions and cw to every file on every platform u release on or sell stuff on. againn credit samples models n actresses n link their work in descipt too. this keeps peeps safe and happy

- if someone asks for a credit and u didn't credit them in the original release cuz u didnt know the content was even theirs just be chill and offer to add one. everyone deserves credit for their work and it's the nice human thing to do ^_^

at the end of day peeps r gonna make what they wanttt but wrote this to help peeps w growing pagessss manage issues that will eventually come up sooner or laterr. the worst thing is growing a page andddd then having some mega content production site get ur page deleted for a cartoon image u used/spiral/licensed gif whatever n having to start over. I esp use all my own art on my pages for this reasonnn cuz visual art is the easy af for ai to find and automaticalllly submit claims on. it also helps to keep smol record/lil file of any content licenses you buy thru small sites and agreements u make with creators incase issues ever arise. it's easier to start outtt being careful then to run into probs and have to mass edit yearsss worth of content or deal with deletion of aged pages cuz u didn't care about sourcing.
