Recruiting:
Make a good forums post that gets bumped atleast once a day.
Let council and above help with making it. It can be a lot of work.
let anyone recruit but have them focus on 110+ cmb only

Rules:
Reqs: Fcape, Piety and barrows gloves for a rank. (guthans?)
No Multi-Clanning (counting Skilling/Social/PvM clans) (clans like true bf for skilling is ok aswell as pvp clans since we are pvm).
No luring/scamming even if outside the clan to random people.
No botting
Don't crash clan members.
Don't flame clan members, banter is okay. Discussions can me taken in PM.
Silver star rank+ words are LAW if they give warning follow it.
No toxity in the clan

Ranking:
Set clear requirements for the different ranks. (if you split more than TWICE the amount needed for rank but dont got the time req
you could get that rank if leader thinks that guy is worth it)

For an example: Smiley if you are a social that doesnt fit reqs.
Joining and meeting reqs = 1 banana.
40mil+ Shared along with 1 month spent in cc = 2 bananas
100mil+ shared along with 3 months spent in c = 3 bananas
250mil+ shared along with 6 months spent in c = Bronze Star
Council new council members get voted up by the current council and leader ranks = Silver
maybe make it so that normal clan members vote up few candidates on a offsite?
Leader  = Gold (new leaders would req leaders voting about making a new leader then silver and gold stars will vote a silver to gold)
(votes regarding ranks would be taken up during star meetings)
THESE ARE EXAMPLES.

Events:
Make more events regularly (like bandos mass once a week)
- pk events
- mass events
- fun events (masses in odd gear, hide and seek etc)
- make 2 teams and fight in clan wars etc

MOST IMPORTANT:
Make a clan account that hosts the CC. F2P accs can rank 200 members, P2P needed for 200-400. (make 2 so that we can switch between them thus we could check if someone has left the clan or quit the game thus cleaning the cc acc of unneccary accs)
If P2P is needed. Let gold stars pay with bonds (should be like 1mil each every month, nothing at all)
Give all gold stars access to the account.
Let gold stars rank people.
It helps a lot so that not only one person is ranking and it doesnt put all the burden on one person.
OFFSITE:
could keep track of drops and our members, have developer rank on forums aswell as forum moderators
hold regular star meetings once a month
make a suggestions thread on forums for people to suggest different thing (rule changes, new events etc)
