Order of sending out Pokemon (FR/Emerald)

This is a simplified version that accounts for 99% of the situations you'll see. Mostly relevant for IronMON challenge runs.

1. Send out a Pokemon with a damaging super-effective move. In multiple Pokemon do, send out the Pokemon with the WORST defensive typing against the player's types (e.g., against a Crobat, a Parasect with an Electric move comes out before a Registeel with an Electric move). If multiple Pokemon have the same defensive typing score, send out the Pokemon in order (e.g., 2nd Pokemon Parasect comes out before ace Parasect).

2. Send out a Pokemon with a non-damaging move that has a type that is super-effective against your Pokemon. If multiple Pokemon do, send out the Pokemon in order (e.g., 2nd Pokemon Raichu comes out before ace Raichu). Defensive typing does not matter for this step.

3. Send out a Pokemon with a move that shares a type with the Pokemon that just fainted (e.g., Water Gun if a Lapras just fainted). If multiple Pokemon do, send out the Pokemon in order (e.g., 2nd Pokemon Raichu comes out before ace Raichu). Again, defensive typing does not matter for this step.
