Organization skills: [I have been a Manager before on 3 servers, they all went down but one was a kitpvp server another one was a bungeecord server with HCF, practice, kitpvp and the last one was a survival server. I was at 2 of those servers the main manager (the kitpvp and the survival server). I had as job at the bungee server to manage staff and if a staff abused I had to demote them.]
What do you know about Arcev?: [That it is a server which will have Skyblock, practice and creative which are gamemodes I like to play.]
Achievements in MC (Started a server, part of large faction, etc): [I once started a server for fun, to try and run one but it didn't end well as I didn't reach to get any players at all, and it wasn't that advanced in setting things up.]
Tell me about a challenge or conflict you faced, and how you dealt with it (irl or In-Game): [ingame: people who wanted a rank and if they beat me they would get a rank (their idea), I denied the challenge even after several times him asking me.]
Are you Owner and/or staff on any other server?: [I'm mod+ on another server but it isn't that popular yet.]
Define Management, then add your spin, then give an example: [Management is the team that manages the server, for example, they manage the staff team, files, plugins, set up plugins (if necessary) and they even work on things outside the server. Such as development and as I stated before, plugins.]
Can you collaborate well with other to avoid conflicts and/or solve them diplomatically? [Yes, I can.]
How do you deal with stress and/or stressful situations?: [I try to deal with them calmly.]
How would the first 60 days look like if you were granted a management position?: [I would show that I'm worth enough to be a part of the team, and not some kind of guy who wants just a rank to be cool.]
What do you think Arcev could do better and/or differently?: [I Don't think I have any thoughts on this.]
Initial thoughts on the server?: [Seems like a professional server that can get really popular.]
Your reasons for wanting to be staff(Other than simply helping?): [I want to help dealing with hackers. managing staff and i'll be there for anyone and anything that could help the owner, staff or a member.]
Some information about yourself: [I'm a 17 years old guy who loves to play with friends and also loves to play Minecraft. I'm also currently coding my own discord bot in the library Discord.JS and I keep on getting smarter every day and I also love to keep learning also my timezone is CET (Central Europe Time) Amsterdam.
