Limestone Cuddle Fic

	Normally, this would be the kind of thing Limestone would detest. But tonight, you don't care. You're not letting her sleep in the mines again. You cradle her in your arms, listening to her cute snores as you carry her back to the Pie family house. She cracks her eyes open for a second and looks at you.

"'non?" She slurs, not completely awake.

"You fell asleep in the mines again."

"S'fine jus' let me sleep with the rocks."

"Limestone, I don't think you've slept in an actual bed in a week. I'm bringing you inside."

	She grunts something but closes her eyes again and snuggles into your chest. You open the door to the house and walk inside, stepping around the furniture to get to Limestone's room. You carefully set her down on her bed, but Limestone grabs ahold of your arm before you can let go of her.

"Stay here."

"What? I know you'll kick my ass in the morning."

"Don't care. I wanna cuddle." The sleep in her voice convinces you. Besides, maybe you can wake up before her anyway. You settle down next to her and she rolls into you, laying her head on your chest. You put your arm around her and begin gently petting her mane and back. Her coat is soft. Really soft. Fluffy too.

	Eventually, you just settle into wrapping her in a soft embrace. She does the same to you, and you both fall into a quiet sleep. It goes without say, though, that you don't wake up before her. The morning isn't nearly as peaceful.
