- hi everybody this is stefan molyneux
- 0:01
- from freedomain radio this is a big one
- 0:04
- my friend via one family scandal is
- 0:07
- absolutely enormous and I truly beg for
- 0:10
- your patience as we work through the
- 0:12
- rather sinister underworld of the
- 0:14
- machination that has been occurring
- 0:16
- among the Democrats and the congressmen
- 0:18
- and the DNC this is I believe going to
- 0:21
- be one of the biggest if not the biggest
- 0:23
- political scandal in American history
- 0:26
- way bigger than Watergate way bigger
- 0:28
- than slumpy blowjobs in the Oval Office
- 0:30
- we are a long way from the fictionalized
- 0:33
- west wing looking at the dark heart of
- 0:36
- leftist politics in the very heartland
- 0:38
- of America just before I start I wanted
- 0:40
- to give a shout out to the Daily Caller
- 0:42
- news foundations Luke rosy AK who
- 0:44
- spearheaded the coverage of the story I
- 0:46
- hope I do some of his material justice I
- 0:48
- hope that some damn justice anywhere in
- 0:50
- this story so let us start on February
- 0:54
- 2nd 2017 Democrat hired information
- 0:57
- technology workers avi Diwan Imran I wan
- 1:00
- jamala Wan Hina Alvey and Natalia Silva
- 1:04
- were barred from the House of
- 1:06
- Representatives computer networks barred
- 1:09
- from their networks the Alwyn family
- 1:12
- members are currently under criminal
- 1:13
- investigation by US Capitol Police after
- 1:16
- it was discovered that congressional
- 1:17
- information was being funneled to an
- 1:20
- off-site server and various equipment
- 1:22
- had been stolen now we're talking some
- 1:25
- pretty serious infiltrations here this
- 1:27
- is what is occurring three members of
- 1:29
- the intelligence panel five members of
- 1:31
- the House Committee on Foreign Affairs
- 1:32
- were among the dozens of congressional
- 1:34
- members who employed these suspects on a
- 1:36
- shared basis and these committees of
- 1:39
- course deal with some of the nation's
- 1:40
- most sensitive issues and documents
- 1:43
- including those related to the war on
- 1:45
- terrorism five House staffers were
- 1:48
- accused of and I quote stealing
- 1:50
- equipment from members offices without
- 1:51
- their knowledge and committing serious
- 1:53
- potentially illegal violations on the
- 1:55
- house IT Network due to the nature of
- 2:00
- the work the suspects have full access
- 2:02
- to the emails and sensitive documents of
- 2:04
- dozens of congressional members who
- 2:06
- employed them including multiple members
- 2:07
- of the Homeland Security Foreign Affairs
- 2:09
- and intelligence committees
- 2:11
- Emraan Arwen was born in Pakistan and it
- 2:14
- is reported that he regularly spent
- 2:16
- significant portions of the year in the
- 2:17
- country while supposedly working on
- 2:20
- Capitol Hill now Pakistan of course has
- 2:22
- a history of collaborating with any and
- 2:25
- any number of foreign countries who have
- 2:27
- prior demonstrated a willingness to do
- 2:29
- more than influence but actually
- 2:31
- interfere in u.s. politics since 2005
- 2:37
- Imran Alban provided IT service services
- 2:40
- for now former Democratic National
- 2:42
- Committee chairwoman and current Florida
- 2:44
- Democrat representative Debbie
- 2:46
- wasserman-schultz
- 2:47
- in addition to a large number of other
- 2:49
- representatives as he has worked on
- 2:51
- Capitol Hill since the early 2000s this
- 2:56
- is absolutely astonishing and astounding
- 2:59
- and deep stuff there are some
- 3:02
- congressional technology aides who
- 3:03
- believe that the are ones have been
- 3:06
- blackmailing representatives because of
- 3:08
- course they've had access to their files
- 3:09
- their documents their emails potentially
- 3:11
- because these representatives up they
- 3:13
- are displaying this unwavering Stockholm
- 3:17
- Syndrome staring blankly in the Sun
- 3:19
- children of the corn devotion to these
- 3:22
- former IT workers these former IT aides
- 3:24
- so this is astonishing now given how
- 3:29
- sensitive this information is what was
- 3:31
- the security process that went through
- 3:33
- with the vetting process what was the
- 3:35
- security training that went on how did
- 3:37
- these people get clearance well with any
- 3:41
- luck over time we will find the answers
- 3:44
- to these and many more troubling
- 3:45
- questions now not long after Imran began
- 3:49
- providing IT related services to
- 3:51
- Congress his brother
- 3:52
- Abid in 2005 and the wives of Imran and
- 3:55
- avi Darwin Hina Alvie and Natalia Silva
- 3:59
- also started receiving congressional
- 4:00
- paychecks as of 2007 so a good old
- 4:05
- decade ago in 2014 20 year-old Jamal
- 4:11
- Arwen was also placed on the
- 4:12
- congressional payroll making a
- 4:14
- surprisingly high 160 thousand dollars a
- 4:20
- year 20 year old guy no
- 4:24
- Americans no local Americans no Native
- 4:27
- Americans who might have been able to do
- 4:28
- that job now since July of 2009 the
- 4:32
- Allen family has been paid at least four
- 4:34
- million dollars some estimates go as
- 4:36
- high as five million dollars for their
- 4:38
- government work as shared congressional
- 4:41
- employees these congressional offices
- 4:42
- that kind of work like mom-and-pop shops
- 4:44
- and just as I guess how they dealt with
- 4:46
- their IT issues so approximately 80
- 4:50
- different House Democrats had a member
- 4:53
- of the Allen family on their payroll as
- 4:55
- a 90 employee at one time or another 80
- 5:02
- it has been reported that several IT
- 5:05
- companies offered their services to
- 5:06
- Congress at significantly reduced rates
- 5:08
- compared to the pricey one family yet
- 5:11
- they were repeatedly turned down
- 5:13
- sparking concerns about potential
- 5:15
- blackmail and I want you to keep all
- 5:19
- this in context and in perspective my
- 5:22
- friends as we hack their way through
- 5:24
- this undergrowth I want to return to
- 5:26
- this point that there were many other
- 5:27
- people who would be willing to do this
- 5:29
- job who would have viewed a contract
- 5:32
- with Congress to be something they could
- 5:33
- put on the website at their brochures
- 5:34
- who would have been not surrounded with
- 5:39
- as many red flags and fun problems as
- 5:41
- this our own family so why were they
- 5:43
- hired why did they continue given the
- 5:46
- reluctance of many Democrats to fire the
- 5:48
- suspects as questionable information
- 5:49
- about that background became known the
- 5:51
- blackmail concerns mentioned earlier may
- 5:54
- in fact hold water which means that for
- 5:58
- 10 years 12 years however many years
- 6:02
- what has happened to the legislative
- 6:04
- agenda is what has happened to the
- 6:05
- loyalties what has happened to the
- 6:07
- independence are various Democrats who
- 6:09
- may have had information accessed by
- 6:11
- these family with these people it has
- 6:17
- widely reported that Imran and his
- 6:18
- younger brother Jamal did the majority
- 6:20
- of the work assigned to family members
- 6:22
- and associates the other family members
- 6:25
- and associates are speculated to be
- 6:27
- no-show employees who collected bloated
- 6:29
- paychecks without performing much or any
- 6:33
- work I guess they would fit right in in
- 6:35
- Congress sometimes it seems now standing
- 6:39
- rules prevent staffers from making more
- 6:41
- than actual members of Congress but
- 6:44
- adding no-show employee family members
- 6:45
- could have allowed Imran to perform the
- 6:48
- tasks and benefit from added salaries
- 6:51
- and this is important why would these
- 6:54
- decisions be made it makes virtually no
- 6:57
- sense in any kind of free choice
- 6:59
- environment it is also reported that
- 7:04
- Imran hired an old high school friend
- 7:06
- Hasib runner to assist with the workload
- 7:09
- but Rana wanted to quit within months as
- 7:11
- he was made to do all the work has heaps
- 7:16
- father can be Arana backed up those
- 7:19
- claims noting that quote after three
- 7:21
- months he wanted to leave we were having
- 7:23
- a very charged relationship with Imran
- 7:25
- as sieved was not satisfied with their
- 7:27
- behavior Texas Democrat representative
- 7:31
- York Castro spokeswoman Aaron hatch said
- 7:34
- as of 2:00 - jamele and one's employment
- 7:38
- with her office has been terminated this
- 7:41
- is of course after they were barred from
- 7:42
- the computers New York Democrat
- 7:48
- representative Gregory Meeks March 1st
- 7:51
- 2017 this is a month after the
- 7:56
- investigations began this potentially
- 7:58
- illegal activity was beginning to be
- 7:59
- examined and people had been barred from
- 8:01
- networks they had had I assume
- 8:03
- administrator access to for years
- 8:05
- Gregory Meeks said as of right now I
- 8:08
- don't see a smoking gun I've seen no
- 8:11
- evidence that they're doing anything
- 8:12
- that was nefarious I wanted to be sure
- 8:14
- individuals are not being singled out
- 8:16
- because of their nationalities or their
- 8:18
- religion we want to make sure
- 8:20
- everybody's entitled to due process they
- 8:23
- had provided great service for me and
- 8:24
- there were certain times in which they
- 8:26
- had permission by me if it was Hina or
- 8:29
- someone else to ask
- 8:30
- some of my data and here of course you
- 8:34
- can see post oj it feels almost
- 8:36
- inevitable that because these men and
- 8:41
- women are Muslims and Pakistanis that
- 8:44
- people can start crying political
- 8:45
- correctness and targeting and
- 8:46
- Islamophobia and dissing dad the other
- 8:51
- so political correctness may have kept
- 8:54
- people from evaluating these employees
- 8:56
- on a rational or objective basis you
- 8:59
- know diversity if it has a chance of
- 9:01
- working everyone has to be under the
- 9:02
- same rules you can't pull in the race
- 9:03
- card the religion card and all that kind
- 9:05
- of stuff to get out of stuff and here's
- 9:07
- the thing - listen I'm worked in IT for
- 9:10
- many many many years at an
- 9:12
- entrepreneurial and executive level and
- 9:14
- I helped a lot of people with their
- 9:15
- computers I can't imagine a scenario
- 9:19
- where and I show on at someone's office
- 9:21
- and the guy says oh I can't print or oh
- 9:23
- I can't connect to the internet or my
- 9:24
- computer's running slowly and I say well
- 9:27
- let me have a look at the contents of
- 9:28
- your emails pequeños case if you know
- 9:32
- since IT support is about form right the
- 9:37
- infrastructure the drivers the
- 9:40
- networking and so on it's not about the
- 9:42
- content of what's on the computers you
- 9:43
- should have no need to access data you
- 9:47
- know you drop your computer in to get a
- 9:49
- video card upgraded and they're not like
- 9:51
- I'm sorry I need to log in and have a
- 9:53
- look at your documents now how it works
- 9:57
- Ohio Democrat representative Marcia
- 10:00
- fudge may March 1st 2017 said Imran r1
- 10:04
- needs to have a hearing due process is
- 10:06
- very simple you don't find someone until
- 10:08
- you you talk to them right see Democrats
- 10:11
- are are all about due process which is
- 10:13
- why they'd never ever push something as
- 10:15
- outlandish as Russia hack the election
- 10:18
- you know even after a year of
- 10:20
- investigation with no proof or real
- 10:21
- evidence of any kind due process it's so
- 10:24
- important you don't make accusations
- 10:25
- without evidence right Jesus
- 10:28
- Michigan Democrat representative sandy
- 10:31
- Levin spokeswoman Hillary chambers March
- 10:33
- 27 said after being notified by the
- 10:35
- House Administration Committee this
- 10:37
- individual Abbott was removed from our
- 10:40
- payroll we are confident that everything
- 10:42
- in our office is secure
- 10:45
- okay I'm not going to try and pull the
- 10:48
- two women talking about tech card but I
- 10:49
- just want to point out how would you
- 10:51
- know stuffs been going on for five years
- 10:55
- ten years or more
- 10:56
- maybe but don't worry everything is
- 10:59
- secure how do you know the investigation
- 11:02
- has just started you've no clue you just
- 11:05
- making silly sounds with the briefing
- 11:09
- hall Missouri Democrat representative
- 11:12
- Emanuel cleaver said I hear two sides of
- 11:15
- the story some people say it's because
- 11:17
- he's Muslim that he's being railroaded
- 11:18
- other people say he made some bad
- 11:21
- decisions I don't know enough about it
- 11:23
- emails this is the first I've heard
- 11:24
- about that you mean the one from the
- 11:27
- election this is the first I've heard of
- 11:28
- that talk to me tomorrow because I don't
- 11:30
- know enough about it to be intelligent
- 11:33
- Emanuel I'm not sure that one day is
- 11:35
- going to make much of a difference in
- 11:36
- that it's been known since for every the
- 11:39
- second a month or more later this is
- 11:43
- bigger than WikiLeaks you have no idea
- 11:44
- no idea whatsoever maybe oh I've got an
- 11:47
- idea maybe just maybe it's because the
- 11:50
- mainstream media has spent recently a
- 11:51
- grand total of 37 seconds talking on
- 11:55
- television about this stuff House
- 12:02
- Minority Leader in California
- 12:03
- representative Nancy Pelosi I'm afraid
- 12:06
- we're going to dip into a full on word
- 12:07
- salad mode here so I'm sorry for this is
- 12:09
- what she said may 25th 2017 said I'm not
- 12:13
- sufficiently understanding the situation
- 12:14
- to make any concern about it but there
- 12:17
- are plenty of people who are under in
- 12:18
- investigation who still have their jobs
- 12:20
- I think that we need to strengthen our
- 12:22
- internal controls in terms of how we do
- 12:24
- vending in the future to make sure these
- 12:26
- things don't happen again yeah vending
- 12:33
- it's all about getting a candy bar from
- 12:35
- a machine in a darkened hallway co-chair
- 12:38
- of the Democratic National Committee and
- 12:40
- Minnesota Democrat representative Keith
- 12:42
- Ellison may 2017 couple of months later
- 12:45
- he says I'm at a massive disadvantage
- 12:48
- because I don't really know the issue at
- 12:51
- all may not be the only reason you're a
- 12:55
- domestic district
- 12:56
- just a possibility newark Democrat
- 12:59
- representative Hakeem Jeffries said we
- 13:02
- had instant communication with Capitol
- 13:04
- Police about any potential breaches and
- 13:05
- nothing has been called to our attention
- 13:07
- as it relates to all of this I can't
- 13:09
- speak to any other offices but they
- 13:11
- haven't sounded any alarm bells with
- 13:13
- respect to personal information or
- 13:14
- sensitive information that may have been
- 13:16
- misappropriated from our office how
- 13:20
- would you know have forensics IT experts
- 13:25
- examined all the servers and their logs
- 13:27
- these guys came back in were they
- 13:31
- covering up their tracks how would you
- 13:35
- know everyone's just hoping to make
- 13:37
- sounds to make everyone think that it's
- 13:38
- somehow going to blow over
- 13:40
- maybe because so many people are
- 13:42
- compromised I don't know but when you've
- 13:45
- had a potential bad act of rummaging
- 13:47
- around in the servers for an untold
- 13:49
- number of years doing an untold number
- 13:51
- of things you guess what you have to
- 13:53
- assume everything is compromised you
- 13:56
- have to assume that there are no secrets
- 13:57
- left at all anywhere and that anyone can
- 14:00
- get access to anything that was ever on
- 14:01
- those servers that would be my approach
- 14:03
- but what do I know I already ran the Rd
- 14:09
- Department of a software company for
- 14:11
- years and years
- 14:18
- well debbie Wasserman Schultz my former
- 14:22
- head of the DNC and a portly part-time
- 14:23
- Van de Graaff generator participant
- 14:25
- outright refused to fire em ran one
- 14:28
- until after he was later arrested more
- 14:30
- than five months after Capitol Police
- 14:33
- revoked the Aaron's access to the
- 14:34
- congressional IT system and it was clear
- 14:37
- a significant investigation into
- 14:38
- wrongdoing was taken taking place see
- 14:41
- this is important so he and other people
- 14:44
- are now denied access to the computers
- 14:46
- there's an investigation into the
- 14:48
- potentially criminal activities and
- 14:49
- accesses there was there been talk of
- 14:52
- them reselling back at higher prices
- 14:54
- stuff IT hardware and so on from for
- 14:58
- Congress but debbie Wasserman Schultz
- 15:01
- continues to have him around she moves
- 15:03
- into a consultancy position we'll get
- 15:05
- into that but
- 15:07
- so he's banned from the network but
- 15:10
- maybe he could just sit down at her
- 15:11
- computer hey what's your like oh are you
- 15:13
- logged in at night wasserman-schultz
- 15:17
- simply changed our one's role to an
- 15:19
- advisor to circumvent the Capitol
- 15:21
- police's computer network ban and keep
- 15:23
- him on the payroll
- 15:26
- you're not allowed into these computer
- 15:28
- networks because you're an employee
- 15:30
- Wasserman Schultz is like hold my beer I
- 15:33
- could fix that will change his role to
- 15:34
- that of an advisor and not really the
- 15:36
- point
- 15:38
- now of course typically extensive
- 15:40
- background checks are done for
- 15:41
- individuals who would have access to
- 15:43
- such important information but serious
- 15:45
- red flags in the past of the a wine
- 15:47
- family members makes one question
- 15:49
- whether enough due diligence we've done
- 15:51
- before hiring these individuals and just
- 15:54
- remember dozens if not hundreds of other
- 15:57
- companies competent companies good
- 15:59
- companies would have been happy to do
- 16:00
- this work so when we look at court
- 16:06
- records would look at official documents
- 16:07
- and interviews with third parties there
- 16:09
- are strong suggestions that the
- 16:10
- individuals may have engaged in tax
- 16:12
- fraud bankruptcy fraud insurance fraud
- 16:14
- extortion and a litany of other well
- 16:17
- let's just say unsavory acts and really
- 16:22
- when it comes to giving people access to
- 16:24
- some of the most sensitive data the most
- 16:25
- sensitive documents and most sensitive
- 16:27
- emails the most sensitive information in
- 16:29
- the US government you can't find people
- 16:32
- without these kinds of histories just
- 16:34
- not possible
- 16:36
- now Imran has been convicted of driving
- 16:39
- offenses as high as criminal
- 16:40
- misdemeanors with charged with driving
- 16:42
- an unregistered vehicle and using an
- 16:45
- illegal radar detector not so big on the
- 16:50
- law not so big on obeying the law not so
- 16:52
- big on obeying rules so that who you
- 16:56
- want rummaging around your war on terror
- 16:58
- documents a beads record includes being
- 17:03
- found guilty of drunk driving
- 17:05
- approximately a month before being hired
- 17:06
- to work in Congress and an arrest for
- 17:08
- public intoxication shortly after
- 17:11
- beginning his government employment so I
- 17:13
- think we can say not a fundamentalist
- 17:15
- Muslim he's also
- 17:17
- charged with driving with a suspended or
- 17:19
- revoked license
- 17:21
- he has crewed 19 overall violations
- 17:24
- since 2009
- 17:28
- investigative journalist Luke Luke rosy
- 17:31
- at the Daily Caller has written as some
- 17:33
- of Capitol Hill's highest-paid employees
- 17:35
- the brothers had to submit financial
- 17:37
- disclosure statements to Congress but
- 17:39
- Abid attested that he had no liabilities
- 17:42
- Imran checked no when asked whether his
- 17:45
- spouse had any income even though she
- 17:47
- was making a top salary from the same
- 17:50
- employer reviewing the disclosure
- 17:51
- documents the disclosures also asked
- 17:56
- about rental income but the are ones
- 17:57
- often listed either no or little rent
- 18:00
- payments received so you understand
- 18:06
- financial disclosure document you are
- 18:10
- hiring the guy and his wife and he says
- 18:14
- all my wife has no no income I don't
- 18:17
- even know this level of incompetence
- 18:19
- foolishness all I can conclude is that
- 18:22
- the show veep is actually a documentary
- 18:24
- now with evil now and as far as little
- 18:30
- or no rent payments receive a family has
- 18:32
- a lot of rental properties and some
- 18:34
- pretty hinky and under the table payment
- 18:37
- methods from the tenants all right cars
- 18:44
- international we knew CIA in 2009 Vidal
- 18:49
- one was also running the regular
- 18:50
- operations of an additional family
- 18:51
- business cars International a LLC a
- 18:54
- full-time car dealership located in
- 18:56
- Virginia see now that's what you want
- 18:59
- from an IT guy is for him to be having
- 19:02
- you know a big job on the outside that
- 19:05
- involves a lot of time according to
- 19:08
- court documents a bead had full control
- 19:10
- of CIA cars international head while
- 19:13
- also being paid 165 thousand dollars a
- 19:16
- year for his information technology work
- 19:18
- for various congressional
- 19:18
- representatives this CIA the car
- 19:23
- business partner an SEO Kotak said
- 19:27
- in RAM later acted as owner since CIA
- 19:30
- was considered family business by the
- 19:32
- Alliance
- 19:32
- it was very bad record-keeping in cars
- 19:35
- international it is close to impossible
- 19:36
- to make any sense out of all the
- 19:39
- transactions that happened having lost
- 19:41
- my and a beads collective investment of
- 19:44
- $500,000 due to Alliance mismanagement
- 19:46
- CIA was further in debt $400,000 to
- 19:50
- other creditors there was later a
- 19:53
- dispute between Kotak and the a bonds
- 19:55
- regarding a loan defaults and who now
- 19:58
- legally owned the business Kotak
- 20:00
- insisted that Iraqi political figure dr.
- 20:03
- Ali Al Attar was now the legal owner
- 20:05
- after the Alliance defaulted on a 100
- 20:07
- thousand dollar loan but the Owens
- 20:10
- refused to hand over control ah dr. Ali
- 20:13
- Al Attar an Iraqi political figure we
- 20:19
- will get to more of him in a moment now
- 20:21
- strangely ABY Diwan even disputed the
- 20:25
- existence of dr. Al Attar in court
- 20:27
- documents and I quote if as suspected
- 20:30
- all of this is a charade particularly if
- 20:33
- it has learned the mysterious dr. a
- 20:35
- litera doesn't exist or didn't sign the
- 20:37
- document then the whole matter rises to
- 20:38
- a higher level the imaginary enemy
- 20:41
- defense in 2012 I did Awan declare
- 20:45
- bankruptcy discharging over 1 million
- 20:49
- dollars in debt hey how do you feel that
- 20:51
- about that as a bank customer and
- 20:53
- somebody else who has to pay higher
- 20:54
- interest rates because this guy
- 20:55
- defaulted now somehow despite
- 20:58
- discharging over a million dollars in
- 21:00
- debt he somehow managed to keep his
- 21:01
- ownership of two houses while claiming
- 21:03
- to creditors that he had no assets from
- 21:06
- which to pay them Adidas want a signed a
- 21:10
- sworn statement claiming that he and his
- 21:11
- wife
- 21:12
- Natalya sober was separated and needed
- 21:14
- individual residents right if you're
- 21:17
- married you both in the same house if
- 21:18
- separated you could say well they're
- 21:20
- both primary residences I assume I Dida
- 21:23
- once said my spouse and I are legally
- 21:25
- separated under applicable
- 21:26
- non-bankruptcy law or my spouse and I
- 21:29
- are living apart other than for the
- 21:31
- purpose of evading the requirements of
- 21:33
- 707 B 2 a of the Bankruptcy Code
- 21:38
- despite his
- 21:40
- and Natalia remained married financial
- 21:46
- distress or bankruptcy is typically a
- 21:47
- major red flag for individuals who may
- 21:49
- have access to sensitive government
- 21:51
- information right because if you're in
- 21:54
- debt if you're going towards bankruptcy
- 21:56
- who do you owe the money to are you
- 21:58
- desperate do you need help are people
- 21:59
- going to play upon your vulnerabilities
- 22:01
- in order to compromise your integrity
- 22:04
- and how do you expect to get away with
- 22:07
- all of this oh that's right
- 22:09
- I imagine that you expect to get away
- 22:12
- with all of this because you were
- 22:14
- certain that Hillary Clinton would win
- 22:16
- the election
- 22:17
- well Wasserman Schultz is apparently
- 22:19
- quite distressed at what is happening
- 22:21
- now which I can't imagine would have
- 22:23
- happened under Hillary so Kotak the
- 22:26
- business partner expected fellow
- 22:28
- creditor Rayo abbas to join him in
- 22:30
- lawsuit against the airline brothers but
- 22:32
- after Kotak threatened to sue
- 22:33
- surprisingly at as sided with the
- 22:36
- brothers against Kotak and as we'll see
- 22:38
- from the stepmoms reporting the r-1
- 22:42
- brothers can be pretty persuasive when
- 22:45
- they wanted to be so oddly enough
- 22:48
- Arbus appeared on the congressional
- 22:51
- payroll around the time receiving an
- 22:52
- estimated two hundred and fifty thousand
- 22:56
- dollars in payments huh how interesting
- 23:00
- so he's a creditor to this bankrupt
- 23:02
- business of this business that's going
- 23:04
- under and he's going to sue and then he
- 23:08
- doesn't next thing you know he gets 250
- 23:10
- grand in payments from the congressional
- 23:12
- payroll this is why we can't have nice
- 23:15
- things
- 23:17
- Alvis reportedly lived in the basement
- 23:19
- of a property that in ran errands wife
- 23:22
- Vita owned and rented to a woman named
- 23:24
- Crystal Perpignan puppy nyan told the
- 23:28
- Daily Caller that quote Rio did appear
- 23:30
- to be home most days in quote instead of
- 23:32
- working and noted that he had previously
- 23:34
- lost his job working at McDonald's
- 23:37
- before being employed as a congressional
- 23:39
- i piayed right I have interviewed
- 23:43
- thousands of people hired hundreds of
- 23:44
- people over the course of my career and
- 23:46
- I see sure absolutely one of the first
- 23:48
- questions you get is what do I need to
- 23:51
- do to win this job and I'll say well
- 23:53
- you know this does involve accessing
- 23:54
- highly classified systems so if you've
- 23:58
- if you've lost your job at McDonald's
- 23:59
- that's all the approval that I need
- 24:02
- McDonald's may not have any use to you
- 24:04
- but I know of a highly secure and
- 24:05
- confidential IT system that needs your
- 24:07
- infiltrate I mean it needs your
- 24:08
- attention your help
- 24:10
- sure fired at McDonald's pick up a
- 24:13
- quarter million dollars from Congress
- 24:16
- sounds legit
- 24:20
- so Perpignan the renter was reportedly
- 24:26
- instructed to make a rental checks
- 24:27
- payable to the basement dwelling Abbas
- 24:29
- instead of the Landlord see not a lot of
- 24:31
- rental income apparently and now we turn
- 24:34
- to dr. Ali Al Attar quite colorful often
- 24:38
- seemingly quite corrupt born in Baghdad
- 24:41
- Iraq to Iranian parents he plays an
- 24:43
- interesting role in the r-1 family
- 24:45
- scandal moving to the United States to
- 24:47
- practice medicine in both Virginia and
- 24:49
- Maryland a terse business partner dr.
- 24:51
- Abdul faddle allegedly defrauded both
- 24:54
- public Medicare Medicaid and private
- 24:56
- insurance agencies by building for
- 24:58
- medical procedures which did not happen
- 25:01
- ah Pakistan Iraq like Mexico not always
- 25:05
- sending their best in 2009 antlers
- 25:09
- licensed to practice medicine in
- 25:10
- Maryland was suspended due to
- 25:12
- questionable billing practices and an
- 25:14
- additional investigation into
- 25:16
- unprofessional conduct involving sexual
- 25:19
- relationships with patients
- 25:21
- yes that's plural and plural the Federal
- 25:26
- Bureau of Investigation also raided the
- 25:28
- offices of utter and federal but
- 25:29
- strangely no criminal charges were ever
- 25:32
- filed 2009 plus said under Obama I'm
- 25:38
- pretty sure that was fabulous later sued
- 25:41
- by the Department of Health and Human
- 25:43
- Services for eight hundred and fourteen
- 25:44
- thousand three hundred and fifteen
- 25:46
- dollars related to fraudulent charges in
- 25:51
- September 2011 a terrace license to
- 25:53
- practice medicine was completely revoked
- 25:57
- in 2012 a federal grand jury
- 26:00
- indited FanDuel and ATAR on charges of
- 26:03
- conspiracy to defraud the United States
- 26:05
- by attempting to hide their true income
- 26:07
- and aiding in the preparation of false
- 26:10
- tax returns at our escaped prosecution
- 26:13
- by fleeing the United States and
- 26:15
- returning to Iraq Maryland federal
- 26:20
- prosecutors spokesperson Marcia Murphy
- 26:22
- said he's a fugitive I am not aware of
- 26:25
- any extradition treaty with Iraq if or
- 26:27
- when he returns to the US the
- 26:29
- prosecution will continue apparently to
- 26:33
- keep your passport around the time he
- 26:36
- fled the country at her made the 100
- 26:39
- thousand dollar loan to the cars
- 26:40
- International a car dealership
- 26:43
- controlled by a bead and Imran in RAM a
- 26:46
- 1 the dealership was hemorrhaging money
- 26:48
- at the time of the loan racking up an
- 26:50
- estimated $400,000 in debt to various
- 26:53
- creditors why why why would you make
- 26:56
- this loan according to his business part
- 26:59
- of the books were amassed he already had
- 27:00
- another job which I guess was kind of
- 27:02
- full-time why would you make this loan
- 27:06
- form a Central Intelligence Agency now
- 27:08
- with switching CIA's just follow if you
- 27:10
- care I'm sure you can former CIA officer
- 27:13
- Phillip Girardi said in late 2002 and
- 27:17
- early 2003 US Deputy Secretary of
- 27:21
- Defense Paul Wolfowitz regularly met
- 27:23
- secretly with a group of Iraqi
- 27:24
- expatriates consisting mostly of Shias
- 27:27
- but also including several Sunnis who
- 27:29
- resided in the Washington area and were
- 27:31
- opponents of the Saddam Husein
- 27:34
- regime hmm remember that lead-up to the
- 27:39
- war in 2003 there was a kind of
- 27:41
- narrative and it turns out we have found
- 27:44
- one of the sources of that narrative and
- 27:46
- he's shown up again CIA officer urology
- 27:52
- goes on to say the Iraq advisors
- 27:54
- provided Wolfowitz with a now familiar
- 27:56
- refrain ie that the Iraqi people would
- 27:58
- rise up to support invading Americans
- 28:00
- and overthrow the hated Saddam they
- 28:03
- would greet their liberators with
- 28:05
- bouquets of flowers and shouts of joy
- 28:07
- the Iraqis were headed by one dr. ali al
- 28:15
- so this fine now ex doctor I suppose
- 28:20
- delivered the narrative that delivered
- 28:23
- the invasion of Iraq unto America and
- 28:26
- the West invasion of Iraq killed
- 28:28
- hundreds of thousands of Rocky's tens of
- 28:30
- thousands of Americans destabilized the
- 28:32
- region strengthened Duran threatened
- 28:34
- Israel and helped you stabilize Syria
- 28:36
- and Libya other than that was a great
- 28:39
- idea oh and also remember caronian
- 28:44
- parents this guy is promoting a
- 28:45
- narrative to destabilize or invade Iraq
- 28:48
- which strengthens Iran the country of
- 28:50
- his parents birth you see how this works
- 28:54
- New York Times April 11th 2003 dr. Ali
- 28:58
- Al Attar a father of three with a
- 29:00
- thriving internal medicine practice in
- 29:02
- McLean Virginia a suburb of Washington
- 29:04
- said that he was one of four people
- 29:06
- chosen by General garner to reestablish
- 29:08
- the Iraq Ministry of Health and that he
- 29:10
- expects to be called to Baghdad next
- 29:13
- week former CIA officer Phillip Girardi
- 29:17
- says late in 2012 ATAR was observed in
- 29:21
- Beirut Lebanon conversing that the
- 29:23
- Hezbollah official that terrorism for
- 29:27
- those who aren't up on the h's so yeah
- 29:32
- this guy accused of sexual relations
- 29:35
- with his patients in tax fraud and all
- 29:39
- kinds of stuff sure he's going to tell
- 29:42
- America who to invade and what's going
- 29:44
- to happen kisses order after has been a
- 29:50
- cue
- 29:50
- working to provoke the u.s. invasion of
- 29:52
- Iraq in 2003 and as a first generation
- 29:54
- Iraqi with Iranian parents and ties to
- 29:56
- questionable individuals one can't help
- 29:58
- but wonder if the motivations behind
- 30:01
- this might be to help Iran perhaps and
- 30:05
- man that's wrong that's just so wrong it
- 30:08
- is not your job to manipulate u.s.
- 30:11
- foreign policy and military power for
- 30:13
- your own interests that's the job of the
- 30:15
- Israelis come on man to provide further
- 30:22
- information on the character of the Awan
- 30:24
- brothers one can examine the way they
- 30:26
- allegedly treated their stepmother some
- 30:28
- money Golani apparently everyone has to
- 30:31
- rhyme as documented in a police report
- 30:33
- and legal statement Golani alleges that
- 30:36
- she was kept from the deathbed of her
- 30:38
- terminally ill husband as the Awan
- 30:40
- brothers threatened both her and her
- 30:41
- family in Pakistan
- 30:42
- fortunately took control of their dying
- 30:45
- father's life-insurance policy and spied
- 30:46
- on her using listening devices Fairfax
- 30:51
- police report Thursday January 5th 2017
- 30:53
- quote Samana Golani called DPS see after
- 30:58
- her stepchildren were denying her access
- 31:00
- to her husband of eight years Mohammed
- 31:02
- Shah who is currently hospitalized upon
- 31:05
- arrival tsamina indicated she did not
- 31:08
- speak English and an Urdu translator
- 31:10
- with language line was used Samina
- 31:14
- stated her husband has been in the
- 31:15
- hospital for several months and she has
- 31:17
- visited him several times she stated she
- 31:20
- was denied access at her last visit I'm
- 31:23
- just seeing these numbers rolling like a
- 31:25
- an Adama odometer attached to the Space
- 31:27
- Shuttle of cost of taxpayers of all of
- 31:30
- this
- 31:32
- Fairfax Police say I made contact with
- 31:35
- her stepson Abid who responded to
- 31:37
- location and was obviously upset with
- 31:39
- the situation he stated he has full
- 31:41
- power of attorney over his father and
- 31:43
- produced an unsigned undated document as
- 31:45
- proof especially love he say that his
- 31:49
- father is undergoing cancer treatment
- 31:50
- and Samina is causing more stress upon
- 31:53
- him and the family he refused to
- 31:55
- disclose his father's location I was
- 31:57
- further advised that her husband did not
- 31:59
- want contact with her at this time but
- 32:01
- was scheduled to return to the
- 32:03
- housed within a week sure been in the
- 32:07
- hospital for cancer for months but yeah
- 32:09
- he's just about to come home right never
- 32:12
- happened on May 18 2012 Mohammad Shah
- 32:17
- created a life insurance policy worth
- 32:18
- $50,000 enlisted his wife Samina Golani
- 32:22
- as the primary beneficiary with a 100%
- 32:25

- 32:31

- 32:45
- the insurance company received a

- 33:02
- requesting the $50,000 policy be paid
- 33:04
- out to Abby Darwin Jelani filed a notice
- 33:09
- with the insurance company alleging the
- 33:11
- quote beneficiary changes to the policy
- 33:13
- were procured through fraud and americo
- 33:15
- asked the court to resolve the dispute
- 33:18
- and your premiums go up and your taxes
- 33:23
- go up and all of these people are just
- 33:26
- leeches in your wallet the suit also
- 33:29
- alleges that Jamal r1 falsely attested
- 33:32
- on the death certificate that his father
- 33:33
- was divorced when such was not the case
- 33:37
- see he says he's divorced to keep its
- 33:41

- 33:42
- lower the chances that on April 14th

- and my family members back in Pakistan
- 36:17
- and one of my cousins here in Baltimore
- 36:21
- now these are the guys you want in your
- 36:23
- eye
- 36:24
- she goes on to say mr. Shahid in Rana
- 36:27
- one did admit to me that my phone is
- 36:29
- taped and that our device is installed
- 36:31
- in the house to listen to my all
- 36:33
- conversations and that he will remove
- 36:35
- all these devices next day of the police
- 36:38
- calling mr. Shahid Imran Awan came back
- 36:40
- to my house and redacted and removed
- 36:43
- something from under the kitchen counter
- 36:44
- and living room from behind the printer
- 36:46
- after he left I checked under the
- 36:48
- kitchen counter and found some marks and
- 36:50
- took pictures of that place pictures are
- 36:52
- sent to you this is the guy
- 36:56
- Debbie wasserman-schultz did not fire
- 37:01
- here's another fun thought pretty good
- 37:05
- with the listening device is pretty good
- 37:06
- with bugging reportedly and recording
- 37:09
- people's phone calls phone conversations
- 37:10
- and perhaps their private conversations
- 37:12
- in their offices ad congresspeople ad
- 37:18
- offices he's got access to Samina Golani
- 37:27
- if every night 2017 goes on to say worth
- 37:30
- mentioning here that mr. Shahid Imran
- 37:34
- awan introduces himself as someone from
- 37:36
- US Congress of someone from federal
- 37:37
- agencies mr. Shaheed Imran Awan also
- 37:42
- demanded me to sign a power of attorney
- 37:43
- to mr. Shahid Imran Awan for Pakistani
- 37:46
- properties and at one point I was going
- 37:47
- to sign but then I decided to leave my
- 37:49
- house and requested my sister's to
- 37:51
- arrange my departure from that location
- 37:54
- my Kasim has also tactfully informed and
- 37:56
- threatened that mr. Ashraf children are
- 37:58
- very resourceful and powerful and that
- 38:00
- he should protect him his wife and his
- 38:02
- children from these people he was told
- 38:04
- that they are Don's bad mash log hailing
- 38:07
- I don't know exactly what that means but
- 38:10
- I'm pretty sure it does mean that
- 38:11
- they're available to perform at
- 38:13
- children's parties she goes on to say in
- 38:17
- Pakistan mr. Shahid in ran a one manages
- 38:20
- to have police mobile based on his
- 38:21
- position in US Congress or federal
- 38:23
- agencies to escort him during his visit
- 38:25
- to Pakistan there are many people who
- 38:29
- have this knowledge that my phone
- 38:30
- conversations were taped and my
- 38:32
- conversations inside my house were being
- 38:34
- recorded right this guy
- 38:37
- reportedly involved in bugging and
- 38:40
- recording the conversations on the phone
- 38:41
- and in her house of his own stepmom but
- 38:43
- I'm sure he never listened in to
- 38:44
- anything in congressional offices or
- 38:46
- never listened to never begged anyone
- 38:48
- because you know the guys got some
- 38:49
- standards see what I'm talking about
- 38:54
- this is huge she goes on to say at
- 38:58
- stepmom it was very unusual and strange
- 39:00
- that even other friends and relatives
- 39:03
- were also denied access to mr. Ashraf
- 39:05
- during his illness my cousin's calls
- 39:07
- were turned down many times and he was
- 39:09
- always told that mr. Ashraf was asleep
- 39:10
- due to his painkiller medications and
- 39:12
- that mr. Ashraf couldn't talk my cousin
- 39:15
- never had a chance to speak to mr.
- 39:16
- Ashraf sometimes after mid November 2016
- 39:19
- there is a whole lot to tell which I
- 39:21
- can't put in one email little bit of the
- 39:24
- behavior of these children in the past
- 39:26
- on August 25th 2007 in a fatal road
- 39:29
- accident in Pakistan mr. Ashraf first
- 39:31
- wife mrs. tahira
- 39:33
- and the driver mr. shibir were killed
- 39:36
- and mr. Ashraf nearly missed mr. Ashraf
- 39:39
- was badly injured in that accident huh
- 39:41
- he missed a bit of the driving genes
- 39:44
- father and son mr. a she goes on to say
- 39:48
- mr. Ashraf received some compensation
- 39:49
- amount because of this tragic accident
- 39:51
- from where insurances and government
- 39:53
- benefits as per mr. Ashraf his son
- 39:56
- Shaheed Imran a1 took mr. Ashraf all
- 39:59
- money fraudulently by signing legal
- 40:01
- documents pretending to be mr. Ashraf as
- 40:04
- mr. Ashraf had stated in his life mr.
- 40:06
- Ashraf son Shaheed Imran Iwan and a bead
- 40:10
- are one a brother together performed
- 40:13
- this fraud after taking his money
- 40:18
- Shaheed in Rana one purchased real
- 40:20
- estate real estate properties with that
- 40:22
- money the houses in which both brothers
- 40:24
- are living now believed to be purchased
- 40:26
- from that money it is not confirmed she
- 40:29
- says but mr. Ashraf reported this fraud
- 40:31
- to the local police and then withdrew
- 40:33
- his report at that time however mr.
- 40:36
- Ashraf did mentioned this story
- 40:37
- personally to me many times also he had
- 40:39
- mentioned the story to other people in
- 40:41
- the community again Luc rosy AK from The
- 40:44
- Daily Caller says their father despised
- 40:47
- his son's behavior so strongly
- 40:49
- he changed his last name to siya his
- 40:52
- son-in-law surname according to court
- 40:54
- records and relatives as part of the
- 40:57
- lawsuit the Allen brothers provided a
- 40:59
- video of their clearly incapacitated
- 41:01
- father signing the management of its
- 41:03
- insurance policy to Abid as they laughed
- 41:05
- in the background
- 41:07
- Shawn assigning the management of the
- 41:09
- policy over to Abby did not remove
- 41:11
- Samina Golani from the plan so it is
- 41:13
- unknown if the dying elder approved of
- 41:15
- such a decision so this guy apparently
- 41:18
- disliked his son's behavior so much he
- 41:20
- changed his own family name but more
- 41:22
- than happy apparently to sign over his
- 41:24
- insurance to these same sons at the
- 41:27
- expense of his wife now on July 26 2016
- 41:36
- WikiLeaks began publishing emails from
- 41:38
- the Democratic National Committee now we
- 41:41
- know what was in a lot of those emails
- 41:43
- as shafting of Bernie Sanders and so on
- 41:46
- but what about these a one-family IT
- 41:52
- workers who were around well one of
- 41:54
- these emails that were published by
- 41:55
- WikiLeaks contained in exchange which
- 41:57
- confirms that Imran r1 had access to
- 42:00
- then DNC chair debbie Wasserman
- 42:01
- Schultz's email username and password
- 42:03
- DNC deputy director Gareth Piznarski may
- 42:07
- 4th 2016
- 42:08
- email quote Annie I will call you
- 42:10
- shortly I have to get this iPad thing
- 42:12
- figured out need to make sure I have her
- 42:14
- username and password
- 42:15
- DNC assistant to the chair Amy crawl
- 42:18
- said I do not have access to her iPad
- 42:21
- password but inland does burn Asti just
- 42:23
- give a ke the cell phone for Imran crawl
- 42:26
- just spoke to em ran call me whenever
- 42:28
- get back and I'll update you so Imran r1
- 42:35
- has access to debbie Wasserman Schultz's
- 42:38
- email username and password therefore he
- 42:41
- has access to the emails that were later
- 42:44
- leaked to WikiLeaks his name was Seth
- 42:48
- rich who knows but it doesn't seem like
- 42:52
- it with the Russians
- 42:54
- wasserman-schultz Dafa Rosalind Kumar
- 42:56
- may 12 2016 a male quote Pelosi is doing
- 43:00
- a closed-door meeting no staff or anyone
- 43:02
- allowed Caitlin come to Rabin room and
- 43:04
- get her iPad for Imran 12 year house
- 43:09
- office IT manager Pat sellers sort of
- 43:15
- refreshing change in nomenclature he
- 43:17
- said I don't know what they have but
- 43:19
- they have something on someone it's been
- 43:21
- months at this point something is rotten
- 43:23
- in Denmark the head reference the number
- 43:27
- of offices they had would definitely be
- 43:28
- suspicious
- 43:29
- the loyalty members had coupled with
- 43:31
- customer service that wasn't there I
- 43:33
- love the hill but to see this clear lack
- 43:35
- is concerned over what appears to be a
- 43:37
- major breach bothers me everyone has
- 43:40
- said for years they were breaking the
- 43:41
- rules but it's just in a matter of time
- 43:45
- so I think what do you say on a
- 43:47
- paraphrase I think of what he's saying
- 43:49
- is they were dealing with the IT
- 43:52
- concerns with so many offices even
- 43:55
- though they really didn't have any
- 43:57
- customer service and a lot of times they
- 43:58
- weren't there right so how could it
- 44:01
- possibly make any sense that these guys
- 44:03
- would have all of this success with the
- 44:06
- congressional Democrats if they really
- 44:08
- weren't around much didn't have good
- 44:09
- customer service have why would they be
- 44:11
- so prevalent everywhere yes that's an
- 44:15
- important question so during the may 17
- 44:20
- 2017 hearing on Congress's
- 44:22
- administrative budget Florida
- 44:23
- representative Debbie wasserman-schultz
- 44:25
- a few Florida voters happily admitted to
- 44:28
- violating House information security
- 44:30
- policy Florida representative Debbie
- 44:33
- wasserman-schultz says if a member is
- 44:36
- using an application outside of the
- 44:38
- house infrastructure and the protection
- 44:39
- of the of our cybersecurity Network
- 44:42
- they're in violation of House policy
- 44:44
- house information security officer John
- 44:46
- Ramsey of the house policy 17 yes ma'am
- 44:50
- Schultz so members are not supposed to
- 44:52
- be using Dropbox Ramsey not according to
- 44:55
- the policy Schultz I'm more than happy
- 44:58
- to admit that I use Dropbox I've used it
- 45:00
- for years and years and years is not
- 45:02
- blocked
- 45:02
- I'm fully able to use it so there is a
- 45:04
- vulnerability in our network in spite of
- 45:06
- the fact that
- 45:07
- you say that you've taken steps to
- 45:09
- address it there is not enough of it
- 45:11
- of a policy that that applies across the
- 45:13
- board and you need to make sure that you
- 45:16
- tighten up your rules and policies so
- 45:18
- you can really take and assure us that
- 45:20
- you take seriously protecting our
- 45:22
- network there's a Democrat taking full
- 45:26
- responsibility again it's your fault you
- 45:28
- didn't drop you didn't block Dropbox
- 45:30
- it's not my fault for using it you can
- 45:32
- show me you get training on this stuff
- 45:36
- sometimes it doesn't take or you don't
- 45:38
- listen or maybe a compromise and it
- 45:40
- doesn't matter see one stuff gets to the
- 45:42
- cloud like if people have you a password
- 45:45
- right if these IT workers from Pakistan
- 45:47
- if they had four password for Dropbox or
- 45:49
- other things once it goes onto the cloud
- 45:50
- if you have somebody else the password
- 45:52
- give somebody else the username boom
- 45:55
- Bob's your uncle they can just get
- 45:58
- whatever they want it's not quite as bad
- 46:02
- as putting it in your washer like in
- 46:06
- your toilet or in a barn like your serv
- 46:08
- actually know what it is it's worse
- 46:09
- because well atomic cloud no notice no
- 46:16
- disrespect to Dropbox with the fine
- 46:18
- service but on May 18 2017 Debbie
- 46:23
- wasserman-schultz spent several minutes
- 46:25
- during a public capital police budget
- 46:27
- meeting the rating and later threatening
- 46:29
- capital police chief Matthew's maseri
- 46:31
- Matthew verdure OSA / unreturned
- 46:34
- equipment related to the a1
- 46:35
- investigation now you should watch this
- 46:39
- you should just do a search for this
- 46:40
- Schultz and verda Rosa it's cantor
- 46:45
- chilling Washington Schultz is one of
- 46:48
- eight members on the committee on
- 46:49
- Appropriations legislative branch
- 46:50
- subcommittee which controls the capital
- 46:52
- police budget right so she controls the
- 46:55
- budget she's hanging the police chief
- 46:57
- about something and that's kind of a
- 46:59
- conflict of interest I would say what
- 47:02
- and this is not a conflict of interest
- 47:04
- so Schultz says this Florida represented
- 47:07
- debbie Wasserman Schultz says if the
- 47:09
- member loses the equipment says they
- 47:11
- lose the equipment and it is found by
- 47:13
- the capital police it is supposed to be
- 47:15
- returned police chief Matthew Barroso
- 47:18
- says
- 47:19
- if ownership has been established it
- 47:21
- will be returned if it is subject to an
- 47:23
- ongoing investigation there are
- 47:25
- additional things that need to be Shultz
- 47:27
- not an ongoing investigation related to
- 47:30
- the member if the equipment belongs to
- 47:32
- the member it has been lost they say
- 47:34
- it's been lost and it's been identified
- 47:36
- as that members then the Capitol Police
- 47:38
- is supposed to return it correct LaRosa
- 47:41
- it's not a I can't give a yes or no
- 47:43
- answer on that because I know Shultz
- 47:47
- it's a simple yes-or-no answer if a
- 47:50
- member loses equipment and it is found
- 47:52
- by the Capitol police or your staff and
- 47:54
- identified as that members equipment and
- 47:56
- the member is not associated with any
- 47:58
- case and that is their equipment it is
- 48:00
- supposed to be returned yes or no
- 48:03
- further OSA it depends on the
- 48:06
- circumstances Shultz I don't understand
- 48:09
- how that's possible
- 48:09
- members equipment is members equipment
- 48:12
- under my understanding the Capitol
- 48:14
- Police is not able to confiscate members
- 48:16
- equipment when the member is not under
- 48:18
- investigation it is their equipment and
- 48:19
- it is supposed to be returned yeah just
- 48:23
- just two things um first of all now you
- 48:27
- see Watson Wasserman Schultz's really
- 48:31
- really end rules gotta follow the rules
- 48:33
- Dropbox privacy security confidentiality
- 48:36
- yeah doesn't matter your fault
- 48:39
- I'm not following the rules because you
- 48:40
- let me break the rule so now she's
- 48:43
- really reading two rules
- 48:44
- I also wanted to point out how much fun
- 48:47
- it is in a calm way how much fun it is
- 48:50
- in a CAF gasps kind of way watching a
- 48:52
- Democrat argue very strenuously for
- 48:54
- property rights the police chief Matthew
- 48:58
- ver ver DeRosa replies well I think
- 49:01
- there is extenuating circumstances in
- 49:03
- this case and I think working through my
- 49:05
- counsel and the necessary personnel if
- 49:07
- that is in fact the case then with the
- 49:10
- permission of through the investigation
- 49:11
- we'll return the equipment but until
- 49:13
- that's accomplished I can't return the
- 49:15
- equipment Schultz I think you're
- 49:18
- violating the rules when you conduct
- 49:20
- your business that way and you should
- 49:21
- expect that there will be consequences
- 49:24
- yeah yeah there will be consequences yet
- 49:27
- try saying that to a cop it pulls you
- 49:29
- over for a speeding ticket
- 49:30
- see
- 49:31
- on July 19th 2017 it was reported that
- 49:36
- investigators have been unable to
- 49:39
- examine contents of the equipment to
- 49:41
- which Wasserman Schultz was referring
- 49:43
- after months of refuses to cooperate
- 49:45
- Herman Schultz is reportedly quote
- 49:47
- negotiating with Capitol Police over
- 49:49
- whether she will allow them access to
- 49:51
- the equipment right so this is IT
- 49:52
- equipment that's in an ongoing
- 49:54
- investigation to my understanding and
- 49:56
- the police need access to it and she's
- 49:59
- like nope ah to be in Congress did not
- 50:03
- want to obey the law come across the
- 50:05
- border illegally or getting to Congress
- 50:07
- for the most part the swatch human
- 50:10
- shields have login information that the
- 50:11
- Capitol Police need to access the
- 50:12
- systems parently not Fox News reported
- 50:15
- that Capitol Police were unable to
- 50:16
- access the laptop without Wasserman
- 50:18
- Schultz's consent based on the
- 50:20
- Constitution's Speech and Debate Clause
- 50:24
- Fox News reports the clause in part bars
- 50:28
- law enforcement from interfering in
- 50:29
- lawmakers official congressional
- 50:30
- business the clause was designed to keep
- 50:32
- law enforcement from targeting lawmakers
- 50:34
- for their political views or legislative
- 50:37
- work that's right that's the job of the
- 50:38
- IRS everybody get back in their corners
- 50:42
- during her time as the DNC chairman
- 50:44
- worshiping Schultz also refused to allow
- 50:46
- the FBI to examine the supposedly hacked
- 50:48
- DNC servers but the lack of objective
- 50:51
- information didn't slow down the Russia
- 50:52
- hack to the election narrative a little
- 50:55
- bit of a pattern here there were no
- 50:57
- problems I'm not going to let you
- 50:59
- examine the IT staff there were problems
- 51:01
- Russia hack just knocked in rule that
- 51:03
- allow you to examine the IT staff yeah
- 51:06
- and the Speech and Debate Clause like
- 51:08
- nobody could figure out why on earth is
- 51:10
- could be reasonably invoked but I leave
- 51:12
- all that to the lawyers so febri 2017
- 51:19
- the investigation begins or is announced
- 51:21
- may 2017 it was reported that Imran
- 51:24
- Allen's wife Hina ala Fira moved the
- 51:26
- couple's children from school listed
- 51:28
- several of their American properties for
- 51:30
- sale and fled to Pakistan as the
- 51:32
- criminal investigation became public our
- 51:35
- and stepmother Samina Kalani she's back
- 51:39
- she says I came to know from one of the
- 51:41
- relatives that inna Alvey and her
- 51:42
- daughter are moved to Pakistan Hina I'll
- 51:44
- be saying we have moved here in Pakistan
- 51:47
- permanently on July 23rd 2017
- 51:51
- Luc rosy axe from The Daily Caller
- 51:53
- provides an exclusive report which
- 51:54
- raises even more questions about the
- 51:56
- outline family scandal and I quote
- 51:58
- shortly after the criminal probe was
- 52:00
- revealed in February Imran abruptly
- 52:02
- moved out of his longtime home on hawks
- 52:04
- head drive in Lorton Virginia and listed
- 52:07
- it for rent on a website that connects
- 52:09
- landlords with military families
- 52:12
- apparently one of the tenants was a
- 52:15
- Marine Corps officer who found quote
- 52:17
- wireless routers hard drives that looked
- 52:20
- like they tried to destroy laptops and a
- 52:22
- lot of brand-new expensive toner it was
- 52:25
- in the garage they recycled cabinets and
- 52:28
- lined them along the walls they left a
- 52:30
- huge hurry it looks like
- 52:31
- government-issued equipment we turned
- 52:33
- that stuff over Russia AK reports that
- 52:40
- the Marine called the authorities
- 52:42
- intervention of the FBI in capital
- 52:43
- police arrived to question him and
- 52:45
- confiscate the equipment the report
- 52:48
- continued with the Marine alleging that
- 52:49
- Imran even threatened to sue the new
- 52:52
- renter in a desperate attempt to get
- 52:53
- back to hard drives and equipment in
- 52:55
- question what is it with Democrats just
- 52:57
- smashing technology I mean you've got
- 52:59
- Hillary Clinton smashing phones with a
- 53:01
- hammer
- 53:01
- bleach bitung the the server hard drives
- 53:05
- and now you've got like a wall full I
- 53:08
- mean look at these photos it's like a
- 53:09
- wall full of probably government-issued
- 53:12
- computers and laptops and so on all
- 53:14
- smashed up nothing spells innocent like
- 53:20
- bits in the air the Marine related his
- 53:23
- disgust over the situation to Russia AK
- 53:25
- quote I served in the Marine Corps for
- 53:27
- 14 years if I downloaded files to an
- 53:29
- off-site server I'm going to prison for
- 53:31
- a lot of years there's no way they could
- 53:34
- get this far without help he's dangerous
- 53:39
- the Marine said this is a crime
- 53:41
- syndicate that has successfully
- 53:42
- infiltrated Congress if Donald Trump and
- 53:44
- the Republicans had hired foreign
- 53:46
- nationals to be their top IT guys and
- 53:48
- somehow their congressional files had
- 53:49
- been compromised
- 53:50
- this would have been all over the news
- 53:52
- of course it's not all over the news
- 53:54
- because it's Democrats the mainstream
- 53:57
- media is just this big fog and coverup
- 53:59
- machine for Democrat crimes radio
- 54:02
- silence we talked to this 37 seconds on
- 54:05
- mainstream media networks on television
- 54:08
- on this issue and meanwhile of course
- 54:11
- you use hour after hour after hour after
- 54:14
- hour after hour of Russia hack the
- 54:18
- election Donald Trump's ties to Russia
- 54:20
- Donald Trump's jr. ties to Russia he had
- 54:22
- a meeting here it's literally like
- 54:24
- somebody on a boat whose leg just got
- 54:26
- chewed off by a shark saying I don't
- 54:27
- know I think I might never slip crazy
- 54:31
- people Wow
- 54:32
- crazy is the nicest way of putting it
- 54:33
- yeah all the media is reporting on it is
- 54:36
- a bank fraud while we get to that on
- 54:40
- July 24th 2017 and now we're getting up
- 54:44
- to the present day Imran Awan was
- 54:46
- stopped at the Dulles Airport after the
- 54:48
- FBI noticed that he had purchased a
- 54:49
- ticket to Pakistan via Qatar in Rand was
- 54:52
- charged with bank fraud related to
- 54:54
- fortunately taking out mortgages for
- 54:56
- rental property despite claiming they
- 54:57
- were for a primary residence the
- 55:02
- affidavit does not mention anything
- 55:03
- related to the congressional IT
- 55:05
- investigation now while the bank fraud
- 55:07
- allegations are incredibly serious it
- 55:09
- appears these charges were filed to
- 55:11
- prevent Imran Iwan from leaving the
- 55:14
- country
- 55:15
- the affidavit noted that on January 18
- 55:18
- 2017
- 55:19
- Imran pretended to be his wife and
- 55:21
- attempted to wire 283 thousand dollars
- 55:25
- to Pakistan for funeral arrangements
- 55:27
- before changing his reason to buying
- 55:30
- property after the credit union
- 55:32
- representative balked at his explanation
- 55:34
- yeah sure funeral arrangements because
- 55:36
- we're shooting him into space in a
- 55:38
- diamond coffin and when you think about
- 55:41
- it this is really quite an amazing
- 55:42
- comeback
- 55:43
- remember he declared bankruptcy in 2012
- 55:45
- but then I won somehow has 283 thousand
- 55:49
- dollars to send to Pakistan that's well
- 55:53
- that's a rocky story kind of come back
- 55:54
- don't you think
- 55:58
- one can't help but wonder if Imran are
- 56:00
- one strange phone call is related to an
- 56:03
- experience described by attorney
- 56:04
- Elizabeth Lee Beck who Witter has been
- 56:06
- jarred back are the legal team involved
- 56:08
- in a class-action lawsuit against the
- 56:10
- Democratic National Committee and Debbie
- 56:11
- wasserman-schultz
- 56:13
- quote at 4:54 p.m. today June 1st an
- 56:17
- individual calls our law office from
- 56:19
- three oh five nine three six five seven
- 56:22
- two four
- 56:23
- the caller refused to identify himself /
- 56:26
- herself but asked my secretary about the
- 56:29
- wildin at lv DNC a tell lawsuit my
- 56:33
- secretary stated that it sounded like
- 56:35
- the caller was using a voice changer
- 56:36
- because the voice sounded robotic and
- 56:39
- genderless along the lines of the voice
- 56:42
- changer is used when television show
- 56:44
- interviews are kept anonymous she goes
- 56:48
- on to say the caller concluded with okey
- 56:50
- dokey I guess it would be argued ugly
- 56:53
- after my secretary gave the caller
- 56:55
- public information about the case after
- 56:57
- the call ended a simple google search of
- 56:59
- the phone number three or five nine
- 57:00
- three six five seven two four shows that
- 57:04
- is it that it is the phone number for
- 57:05
- congresswoman debbie Wasserman Schultz's
- 57:08
- aventura office what just occurred is
- 57:11
- highly irregular and we will be filing
- 57:13
- the instant email with the court
- 57:15
- forthwith automated if you may have
- 57:20
- master voice trying to get information
- 57:23
- about a lawsuit against her but didn't
- 57:27
- master a number District of Columbia US
- 57:32
- Attorney's Office spokesman and Bill
- 57:34
- Miller said in Ronna one was arraigned
- 57:38
- today in the US District Court for the
- 57:40
- District of Columbia on one count of
- 57:42
- bank fraud in violation of 18 USC 1344
- 57:45
- he pled not guilty and was released
- 57:48
- pursuant to a high-intensity supervision
- 57:50
- program the conditions of release are
- 57:52
- that he received GPS monitor he abide by
- 57:55
- a curfew of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and
- 57:57
- that he not leaves a 50-mile radius of
- 57:59
- his residence in Virginia one was also
- 58:02
- ordered to turn over all of his
- 58:05
- passports
- 58:06
- like this actors vision about a truck
- 58:09
- backing up a babe baby I came the
- 58:11
- pocketbook huh
- 58:14
- I mean I I don't know anything about
- 58:17
- this aspect of the law but maybe he's
- 58:22
- been released to the Clintons we can
- 58:24
- find him I don't know
- 58:26
- so of course representative Debbie
- 58:28
- wasserman-schultz spokes man David
- 58:31
- damron reported that Enron was finally
- 58:33
- fired by the former DNC chair mister I
- 58:36
- want Evy ously served as a part-time
- 58:38
- employee but his services have been
- 58:40
- terminated so she hung on to him and
- 58:42
- paid him until the actual day he was
- 58:45
- arrested what does he have on her I'm
- 58:50
- gonna go with everything I mean until
- 58:55
- you're clearly trying to oh I didn't
- 58:57
- know that guy part-time employee just
- 58:59
- passed through I think he changed the
- 59:00
- water filter wants it come on so this is
- 59:04
- a monstrous massive decade-plus
- 59:09
- horrifying scandal of potentially
- 59:12
- criminal infiltration of congressional
- 59:15
- networks highly secret highly secure
- 59:17
- highly classified information emails
- 59:20
- potential for blackmail you name it it
- 59:22
- is a monstrous massive brain-sucking
- 59:25
- black hole of an ethical boyd scandal
- 59:28
- hey how's the mainstream media reporting
- 59:31
- on this let's turn the page and find out
- 59:34
- shall we
- 59:36
- The Washington Post said congressional
- 59:39
- IT staff were charged with home equity
- 59:41
- loan fraud yeah yeah that's about right
- 59:47
- CNN said Democratic staffer arrested on
- 59:51
- bank fraud charge and you know why they
- 59:53
- did that so they can say hey man we
- 59:56
- covered it we're not biased now quick
- 60:03
- question just just out of curiosity
- 60:06
- let's say you're some part-time IT
- 60:09
- workers not you know really that
- 60:10
- important not important enough for
- 60:11
- anyone really to report on anything you
- 60:13
- just kind of some fly-by-night IT guy
- 60:15
- works part-time for a congresswoman and
- 60:18
- let's say you get into legal
- 60:20
- what kind of lawyer do you think you
- 60:22
- might get some public defender you know
- 60:24
- harass 12 briefcases under each arm and
- 60:26
- so on
- 60:27
- interesting question well now Imran
- 60:30
- Allen's lawyer is Chris Gowen now he's a
- 60:33
- longtime associate of both bill and
- 60:35
- Hillary Clinton with his official
- 60:38
- biography noting that he quote left the
- 60:40
- public defender's office to work for
- 60:41
- former president William Jefferson
- 60:43
- Clinton and then Senator Hillary Clinton
- 60:45
- Chris was a fact checker for President
- 60:48
- Clinton's memoir my life Wow
- 60:52
- part time worker bank fraud charges but
- 60:56
- boy oh boy just look at the lawyer he
- 61:00
- got him is this lawyer just sitting
- 61:02
- around waiting for the I don't know I'm
- 61:03
- not that busy Hey okay I'll take on this
- 61:05
- part-time worker dinner oh it's so
- 61:09
- transparent you really have to work hard
- 61:11
- to not see what's right in front of you
- 61:15
- so let us give the word to attorney
- 61:21
- Chris Gowen who said the attacks on mr.
- 61:25
- Owen and his family began as part of a
- 61:26
- frenzy of anti-muslim bigotry in the
- 61:29
- literal heart of our democracy the House
- 61:30
- of Representatives for months we have
- 61:34
- had utterly unsupported outlandish and
- 61:35
- slanderous statements targeting mr. Iowa
- 61:37
- and coming not just from the ultra
- 61:39
- right-wing pizza gate media but from
- 61:41
- sitting members of Congress now we have
- 61:44
- the Justice Department show up with a
- 61:46
- complaint about disclosures on a modest
- 61:48
- real estate matter to the to an extent
- 61:51
- the situation speaks for itself not to
- 61:54
- an extent that you can't judge a lot for
- 61:56
- that kind of hourly work
- 61:57
- Crisco and goes on to say mr. Allen's
- 62:00
- family is presently staying with
- 62:02
- extended family in Pakistan because he
- 62:04
- and his wife were both abruptly and
- 62:05
- unjustly fired leaving them without a
- 62:07
- reliable source of income to pay typical
- 62:09
- u.s. living expenses and because
- 62:11
- extremist right-wing bloggers were
- 62:13
- beginning to harass them and their
- 62:14
- children even go into their children's
- 62:16
- schools mr. Iwata has stayed in the u.s.
- 62:20
- to earn some income to manage this
- 62:21
- situation as best as possible he
- 62:23
- attempted to travel this week to see his
- 62:25
- family for the first time in months the
- 62:27
- government had been informed he would
- 62:29
- travel and had stated no objection yet
- 62:31
- on Monday night he was hastily arrested
- 62:32
- at
- 62:33
- Airport because we are confident in the
- 62:36
- integrity of the US justice system we
- 62:37
- are confident that mr. Erwin will soon
- 62:39
- be able to clear his name and get on
- 62:41
- with his life
- 62:41
- neither mr. Awad nor his wife have ever
- 62:45
- had any intention to flee the United
- 62:47
- States they are US citizens who have
- 62:49
- built a full life and have a strong
- 62:51
- community life in the country they will
- 62:53
- stand and fight whatever charges are
- 62:54
- presented once they have prevailed we
- 62:56
- will have a chance to more closely
- 62:57
- examine the ugly political and media
- 62:59
- dynamics that have driven this
- 63:01
- controversy from the beginning boy those
- 63:05
- are some I assume fairly expensive and
- 63:07
- very well-connected syllables there so
- 63:11
- this is a very big deal where does this
- 63:18
- go how far can this be traced who knows
- 63:20
- who knows if the logs will ever be
- 63:22
- examined who knows if significant IT
- 63:24
- experts will ever have a chance to
- 63:25
- examine these servers or any kind of
- 63:27
- trace any kind of tracks who knows if
- 63:29
- this guy even after he was bought from
- 63:31
- the computers was able to get back in
- 63:33
- through his relationship as a consultant
- 63:36
- with Wasserman Schultz to to cover his
- 63:38
- tracks who knows but there were 80
- 63:40
- offices that were open to these family
- 63:43
- members information was sent off-site
- 63:46
- who has what information about what who
- 63:50
- knows
- 63:50
- we're talking about foreign influences
- 63:52
- on u.s. political elections on the US
- 63:56
- political process got people from
- 63:58
- Pakistan and people from Iraq I Iranian
- 64:01
- bomb parents I mean are you kidding me
- 64:04
- according to his stepmom a wand was
- 64:07
- really good at biking people than
- 64:08
- recording their conversations getting in
- 64:10
- on their in office or in home
- 64:11
- conversations and also on the phone and
- 64:14
- who knows are we really to believe that
- 64:19
- it's completely impossible that any of
- 64:21
- this stuff might have happened in
- 64:22
- Congress I mean the Dems
- 64:25
- to be really concerned with
- 64:27
- cyber-espionage remember Hillary Clinton
- 64:28
- saying cyber-espionage on the part of
- 64:30
- Russia will be considered an act of war
- 64:31
- very concerned about cyber espionage and
- 64:35
- this is who they are for their IT guys
- 64:38
- are you kidding me I don't know what
- 64:43
- you're talking about it's been a month
- 64:44
- it could be the biggest breach of
- 64:46
- security and political information in
- 64:48
- the history of the Republic but I think
- 64:51
- everything secure and I have no idea is
- 64:54
- yeah maybe this guy seems to have access
- 64:57
- to the information related to the
- 64:59
- WikiLeaks leaked that seems important
- 65:02
- and look someone with like admin
- 65:04
- permissions on a network they can do
- 65:07
- just about anything they want they can
- 65:09
- copy access change metadata they can
- 65:11
- install Trojans viruses spyware malware
- 65:13
- you name it so this is going to be very
- 65:20
- big this is going to be very big it's
- 65:24
- been going on since the early to mid
- 65:26
- 2000s and it is shocking how terrible
- 65:31
- the Democrats are with military matters
- 65:34
- of national security
- 65:34
- it is shocking how terrible they are
- 65:36
- again I'm an old hand at this I've been
- 65:40
- looking at this stuff for a long time
- 65:41
- I'm shocked that I'm shocked
- 65:44
- but still I'm shocked this is abhorrent
- 65:50
- on just about every conceivable level
- 65:53
- even if nothing was taken if nothing if
- 65:55
- everything comes out perfectly squeaky
- 65:57
- clean man that is taking a significant
- 66:00
- risk people involved with foreign
- 66:01
- foreign political figures lending the
- 66:04
- money for their businesses we've got
- 66:05
- bankruptcies we've got massive family
- 66:08
- disputes weak I mean what a huge risk to
- 66:11
- take even if nothing happened it was
- 66:13
- unconsciously irresponsible to pursue
- 66:16
- this stuff
- 66:17
- now where's it's going to go it's
- 66:24
- of course impossible to say at this
- 66:25
- point the only hope that we have is the
- 66:29
- wasserman-schultz is not a big big fish
- 66:31
- like hillary and it's the u.s. the big
- 66:33
- fish getaway the US law is like a weird
- 66:36
- net weird fishing that right catches the
- 66:38
- little fish the big fish on get away
- 66:40
- she's somewhat of an underling so
- 66:45
- there's some chance of the investigation
- 66:47
- might move forward but err I don't know
- 66:51
- where it could possibly lead will there
- 66:54
- be proof that anything was transferred
- 66:57
- out for overseas or to where it seems
- 67:01
- unlikely again I'm no expert in this
- 67:03
- area but it seems unlikely that any of
- 67:04
- this will be figured out but this
- 67:08
- information is out there now the
- 67:10
- information about what's happened in the
- 67:12
- potentialities of the breaches and the
- 67:13
- potential blackmail and everything
- 67:15
- horrifying that is you could have been
- 67:17
- going on over the past decade decade and
- 67:20
- a half among the Democrats in Congress
- 67:23
- and elsewhere and so if this stalls out
- 67:28
- if this gets blocked if this gets slowed
- 67:32
- walked to oblivion I don't even know
- 67:37
- what the reaction of the American
- 67:39
- population is going to be I mean the law
- 67:43
- enforcement in America has taken a lot
- 67:45
- of credibility blows lately and if all
- 67:48
- of these people get away if there are no
- 67:51
- negative repercussions even for the
- 67:53
- stuff that is known and if there is no
- 67:57
- particular capacity to access
- 67:58
- information that might lead down to more
- 68:01
- serious issues arising and possibly
- 68:04
- being proven to a grand jury and enter
- 68:06
- the court of law if they get away again
- 68:08
- I genuinely believe that the mainstream
- 68:14
- acceptance of the rule of law in America
- 68:17
- will die a strange and sad death and
- 68:23
- there will be massive amounts of
- 68:26
- contempt for the legal system and then
- 68:29
- if people don't believe in the legal
- 68:30
- system anymore the society can't
- 68:32
- fundamentally function it can't be
- 68:34
- then everyone's like well like these
- 68:37
- guys what can I get away with what can i
- 68:40
- how can I manipulate the system to my
- 68:42
- own benefit to my own what can I get
- 68:43
- away with not what's right what's moral
- 68:46
- not that the laws reflect something just
- 68:48
- and good in society what can I get away
- 68:50
- with it's a game of cat and mouse I have
- 68:52
- no respect for the opponent they have no
- 68:54
- respect for me we're just going to see
- 68:55
- what we can get away with bomb Society
- 68:57
- is done the cost of enforcing social
- 68:59
- norms and social standards you can only
- 69:00
- have a society than the majority people
- 69:02
- regulate themselves you cannot have a
- 69:05
- society if everyone's trying to get
- 69:06
- everything they can legally get away
- 69:08
- with because citizens outnumber the cops
- 69:12
- vastly enormous lis significantly and
- 69:14
- the courts can't handle any significant
- 69:17
- load so if people stop respecting the
- 69:22
- law the law becomes toothless when the
- 69:29
- law becomes toothless street justice
- 69:33
- manipulation bribery corruption become
- 69:37
- the de facto lawlessness of the land so
- 69:40
- I genuinely believe if this which has
- 69:44
- been promulgated out throughout the non
- 69:47
- mainstream media media outlets if this
- 69:50
- goes nowhere if this leads nowhere if
- 69:52
- there are no consequences to any of this
- 69:56
- the Republic currently hanging by a
- 70:00
- thread it's gonna fall
- 70:11
- you
