-
Guidelines

-
Important: My muse is FtM trans. Please respect this.
-
Blog canon is two years post-TASM2.
-
I tag nsfw with both #nsfw and #xnsfw. If you would take the time to blacklist these if you do not with to see NSFW written material without a Read More and pornographic photos/gifs, that would be great. I do not use Read Mores with written NSFW.
-
Up to date on: TASM1&2, The Avengers / MCU movies, Spiderman/Deadpool Comic, and currently reading the original 60s Amazing Spiderman.
-

-
Thanks in advance for taking a look at my guidelines. If I follow you, I will read your guidelines frequently.
-
Please remember that I cannot remember everyone's guidelines out there nor do I expect you to remember mine. If I have broken one of your rules, you have permission to inform me so I can fix the issue. In fact, you may unfollow with any reasons you may have. I will never ask you why you unfollowed, I find that behavior manipulative and scummy.
-

-
FOLLOWING

-
x. Following is on an interest basis.
-
x. If follow is one-sided after some time, I will unfollow. Reason: to avoid liking starter call posts that are meant for the blog's mutual followers and unintentionally breaking someone's rules.
-
x. I will be highly selective about roleplay with non-mutuals. (Sideblogs are an exception as long as they're listed somewhere as being a sideblog.)
-
x. Open to Canon, non-MCU/Multifandom crossovers, OCs, genderbends, and trans muses. I strongly prefer not to write with characters that do not have some form of an "about" or "rules" page. This goes Canons and OCs; just because you're 'canon' doesn't mean I'll automatically know your character.
-
UNFOLLOWING

-
I rarely unfollow people but here's a small list of why I might have done so.
-
x. The blog has gone more than a month without posting. I regularly clean out my followers. If you're becoming active again, let me know and I'll refollow.
-
x. You've posted something that I'd rather not see. This can be vague posting, a jump scare, something offensive, or simply something that I don't want on my dash (i.e. a trigger of mine that was untagged; two are foods but don't usually interfere much with roleplaying since they're easy for me to avoid).
-
x.Note: Vague posting will get an instant block with no warning.
-
x. Your blog has turned into a personal with no in character content and no announced hiatus.
-
x. Drama has ensued and I'm a piece of coral that cannot and will not put up with this on my lawn.
-
MAINS & EXCLUSIVES

-
x. Please be sure to check my Mains & Exclusives in my Navigation tab, otherwise they can be found in the mobile Navagation link.
-
x. Do not assume that I am automatically a main or exclusive to you if you've roleplayed with me only once. I won't consider you an M/E unless we've plotted heavily and spoken often. Basically, I have to consider you someone I trust.
-
x. If I find out that you're sending anonymous hate to my mains or exclusives, I'll block you.
-
x. Any and all anonymous hate sent to me about my mains/exclusives will result in the sender being blocked.
-
x. If you have a personal issue with my choice of mains/exclusives, please soft block me. I don't want to be pulled into your drama with other people, I'm not here for that.
-
x. I’m fully exclusive to: readyforyours, scvietassassin. Ship exclusive to justastarkgenius.
-
THREADS

-
x. Replies will be sporadic. Please be patient with me.
-
x. This is a given but please do not godmod or metagame.
-
x. Please do not to continue threads by reblogging ask posts. If you would like to continue an ask, please make a new text post including the link to the original ask and tag me in it. I will ignore your post on the ask if you do this because it tells me that you did not read my rules.
-
x. I fucking love crossovers. If I'm familiar with your muse or there's a wikia out there about them, there's a good chance I'll likely make a verse specifically for that. What I'm familiar with is a long list, so just ask me.
-
x. I have absolutely no written triggers. Wars? Abuse? Blood? I'm comfortable with writing all but I will still tag triggers under "trigger name tw". Please do so as well if we roleplay any. The only trigger I have is visual self harm photos.
-
x. I will answer greeter starters but it depends on whether or not it's a oneliner. If it's a oneliner, I won't answer; please make it something that can be answered with at least a three-sentence paragraph. Paragraph RPs preferred.
-
x. I will gladly roleplay with duplicates but I prefer to do some plotting before we hop onto that rail. I'm certain that there can be a lot of AU ideas with duplicates so do approach me if you are ever interested in creating a verse.
-
MUSE

-
x. My muse is largely based on TASM cinematic canon material and my own interpretation. This interpretation has little influence from the comic and, if it comes up, it's sporadic.
-
x. All my headcanons for my character in the tag are personally written by me. I am a very easy going person so if there are any headcanons you want to use, go ahead and reblog it. Just don't copy and paste, edit some parts and call it as yours
-
x. This blog is flexible with most canon events. I normally remain in TASM related events unless otherwise plotted.
-
x. Bear in mind that my character's reactions does not necessary equate to my own towards the mun. If my character loves / hates your character, it does not mean that I feel the same about the person behind the screen. I have a deep belief that the writer does not equal the characters, if you cannot tell the difference then please don't bother with following me.
-
SHIPPING

-
x. This blog is currently multiship. DO expect SpideyPool to show up on this blog; it's my OTP. I may be a little hesitant about an OC ship (several bad experiences) but I won't rule one out.
-
x. In any scenarios where one of the muns do not feel anything for the ship, it can be dropped. There is absolutely no pressure when it comes to dropping a ship. Please let me know if you're not feeling the ship anymore. No hard feelings, sometimes a ship just doesn't go how we thought is all.
-
x. M/M - M/F I have no problem with any. I do not care. Do not forceship. I will block you if you try to do this.
-
x. Smut will rarely be present. If you pressure me for smut, I will likely lose interest in writing & drop the thread. Time skips and fading to black is fine. I will not use a read more.
-
x. Regarding pregnancy. This has come up in the past and, quite frankly, I'm tired of the crap surrounding it. Peter cannot get pregnant without the help of a doctor. He has an IUD and T-shots, after a certain period of time, stop egg production and Peter is well within this time period. He has frozen eggs at his doctor's office in order to have a child in the future either to be carried by himself or by a surrogate. In certain verses, such as his TWD Verse, he cannot have kids at all.
-
PERSONAL

-
x. I don't like competitions. I don't like useless comparisons. I hate elitists. I hate gatekeeping. I dislike seeing SJWs on my RP blog dash, I have a personal blog for that purpose. If you are one, you get a free one way ticket to being unfollowed or blocked.
-
x. I am extremely pro choice. I believe that people are free to do what they wish to do as long as they are not distressing the other party. I am not the dick-tator of tumblr and neither should anyone try to be.
-
x. With that in mind, if I come across anyone trying to tell others what to post, how to lead their tumblr life or what to write, it's an automatic unfollow or block. That is gatekeeping behavior and I will not put up with it, I'm not obligated to and neither is anyone else.
-
x. Do not attempt to emotionally manipulate me into roleplaying with you. If you are doing it, I will point it out and, if you continue, I will block you.
-
MUN

-
I go by Ripley (he/him - I'm trans). I was born in 1991 and I will not smut with people under the age of 18.
-
If you are uncomfortable with someone my age following you, please let me know and I'll make sure to block your account. I only say that because sometimes URLs change and I don't want to unintentionally follow you again and make you anxious/uncomfortable.
-
If you want my personal blog, skype, or something else then please ask me off anon. Tumblr IMs are perfectly fine with me as well. I also talk to personal blogs but please don't ask me to RP with you on your personal blog; I've had an incredibly bad experience with this.

-
LANGUAGE: Fluent in Dutch and English.
-
ARTICULATION: He's hugely clumsy with words when trying to explain something unless it's scientific. Then he's talking a mile a minute and forgetting to explain what he's saying.
-
EDUCATION: He prefers short, simple language until he gets into a discussion about science. High school level education and some college. He plans on finishing with the highest degree possible in genetic engineering.
-
LAUGHTER: It varies. Peter laughs more often when he's nervous or pressured, but it's low and uncertain. Otherwise, it can be loud and boisterous, slightly breathy.
-
Facts

-
x.He's taking HRT testosterone shots and has had top surgery courtesy of an anonymous donor. So far, he has no plans for bottom surgery.
-
x. May was the first one that noticed Peter's discomfort with how people addressed him when he was young. She suggested to Ben that he might be trans.
-
x. When Peter had his first period, he was absolutely devastated and terrified. He knew what would happen but he was massively uncomfortable with it. His aunt told him they would find a way to help him.
-
x. She noticed Peter's distaste in all the clothes in the girl's section. It was Ben that took him over to the men's section and his mood drastically improved.
-
x. When Peter was eighteen, he asked his aunt about starting hormones. They were able to find a doctors who agreed to give them to him after several psychological tests.
-
x. Peter was born Meredith Oliva Parker and his state ID reflected this until he was given a SHIELD ID by Brock Rumlow.
-
x. He wore a binder through most of his high school years.
-
x. The spider bite only enhanced his masculinity and Peter found his body was reacting much better to his testosterone shots afterward. He was seeing more progress.
-
x. He revealed his ongoing transition to Gwen a little time after they started dating. (Reaction up to Gwen rper.)
-
x. After Ben's death, May offered to let Peter have part of the insurance money in order to have his top surgery. He refused and said it was because he felt it was a gross misuse of his Uncle's money.
-
x. After meeting him, Curt Connors offered to do the top surgery free of cost. Peter was sorely tempted and told him he would think about it.
-
x. In the months after defeating him as the Lizard, Peter received money from an anonymous source in order to have someone do it for him. He went through with it but Peter still doesn't know who did it.
-
x. Even though he had top surgery, he still wears his binder out of comfort.
-
x. Peter wears a packer while in and out of the Spider-Man suit. He's particular about his image and how he presents himself around people. He's also careful to make sure that his aunt never has to see them. He keeps them clean and hidden in a protective box with an Iron Man figure on top of it.
-
x. He regularly browses the internet to find things in order to remain passing.
-
Personality

-
Peter's an incredibly loyal person to his friends and family. While he's kind and polite enough to someone's face, he deals with a paranoia in the back of his mind of someone finding out who he really is. The last thing he wants is for his family, or what's left of it, to end up being hurt because of him. This drives him to make up lies about where he's been and what he's doing, stressing him because of the disappointment he's pushing onto his Aunt May and the people around him.
-
He can be headstrong and somewhat rash, being a bit stubborn about asking for help. Peter would rather do things on his own than involve someone else. Other heroes are a bit difficult for him to be comfortable around, especially if he feels that they're getting to close to him personally. Peter will shy away from them to protect the people he loves.
-
He's wary about the Avengers and Deadpool, virtually any other hero. Peter won't do more than show the lower half of his face to anyone that he's around in the Spiderman costume. Keeping his identity secret is just as much as being for himself as it is for his loved ones, however, if he's close enough to the person he may just let them see his face and give his first name. Anymore than that and he'll refuse outright.
-
Relationships are complicated for Peter. They involve a level of trust and intimacy that he's not sure he can fully commit to, especially since his "side job" makes it difficult to manage. His photography does well to pay what bills he has while he's taking classes as well but overall, Peter struggles to live on his own.
-
As such, he's frugal with what money he gets and budgets as much as he can to keep himself from being homeless or going back to his aunt's home. The last thing he wants to do is make things difficult for his Aunt May.

-
Abilities & Powers

-
Superhuman Strength: Peter's muscles are stronger and more efficient as a result of the spider's bite.
-
He is shown to be able to easily overpower normal humans, pull apart guns, destroy his alarm clock by merely hitting it, shattering the backboard of a basketball hoop at school, and doing the same to his front door glass panel when he slammed the door shut, swing at high velocities on a rope or web, and was able to hold a van with one hand while hanging from a web.
-
His strength also allows him to jump higher and farther than a normal human, easily capable of jumping from one building over a street to the next. Spider-Man's strength is great enough to lift 25 tons.
-
Superhuman Endurability: As a result of his mutation, Peter's muscles and flesh are tougher than a normal human. He was capable of surviving fall from hundreds of feet in the air, hit by a taser, and smashed into brick walls with only minimal injuries and discomfort.
-
Superhuman Speed: He can run much faster than a regular human and can easily catch up to speeding vehicles.
-
Superhuman Acrobatics: Peter's reflexes operate so fast that with the assistance of his Spider-Sense, he is able to easily evade gunfire even from close range his reflexes are roughly 35 times faster than that of a regular human. Due to his incredible agility and flexibility Peter is extremely acrobatic and is able to preform high jumps, somersaults, flips and the like.
-
Superhuman Stamina: He has a greater stamina than a normal human meaning he can perform physical activities for an extended period.
-
Superhuman Equilibrium: Peter is able to perfectly balance on any object no matter how small or narrow with little effort even with two fingers.
-
Superhuman Senses: His senses appear to be heightened, especially when used in conjunction with his spider-sense. His sight, however, appears to be unchanged as he still uses his glasses and later presumably his contacts throughout most of the film. He has however used vibrations to sense potential enemies much like most real spiders.
-
Regenerative Healing Factor: Peter's metabolism is greater thus allowing him to heal much faster than a normal human. He may also be more immune to toxins and alcohol and drugs or could lose their effects quicker. It is unknown if his healing is fast enough to effect his aging. However he is able to heal from slashes on his chest and gunshot wound to the leg without medical attention.
-
Spider Sense: A tingling sensation in Peter's skull warns him of danger, where it is coming from and how to avoid it noted by a subtle 'thunk' that sounds like a combination of someone hitting a base drum once immediately followed by a high pitched bell ringing sound.
-
It seems likely that the stronger the tingling, the more imminent and threatening the danger is and that Peter can ignore it through intense concentration, and if he is exhausted or distracted it can lose some effectiveness. This power is passive and not fully controlled by Peter.
-
Enhanced Hearing: Peter is able to hear any danger, via spider sense while he hear that it also may warn him of any danger.
-
Wall-Crawling: Although not explained at all it's most likely like his Mainstream and Ultimate counterparts where Spider-Man's exposure to the mutated spider venom induced a mutagenic, cerebellum-wide alteration of his engrams resulting in the ability to mentally control the flux of inter-atomic attraction (electrostatic force) between molecular boundary layers.
-
This overcomes the outer electron shell's normal behavior of mutual repulsion with other outer electron shells and permits the tremendous potential for electron attraction to prevail. The mentally controlled sub-atomic particle responsible for this has yet to be identified. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to Spider-Man's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger.
-
This ability appears to be consciously used. Although can be be activated by stress or altered states of consciousness as seen twice when he awakens from a slumber.

-
Abilities

-
Genius Intellect: Peter is very smart, specifically in chemistry and physics. He is smart enough to perfect his father's webbing formula and to construct working mechanical web-shooters. He also apparently solves a formula that is key to creating the formula that mutates Curt Connors into the Lizard.
-
Skilled Acrobat: Due to his superhuman physical abilities, Peter easily surpasses normal acrobats and is able to preform somersaults, flips, spins, cartwheels, etc.
-
Skilled Combatant: Using a mixture of his superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, speed, equilibrium, Spider-sense, and web-shooters, Peter is able to utilize an devastating acrobatic fighting style that makes him a formidable opponent and allowed him to easily take down thugs, cops and even the more physically powerful Lizard.
-
Equipment

-
Web-Shooters: After getting his powers, he mysteriously bought Oscorp's Biocable and incorporated the cartridges into his homemade web-shooters.
-
Web Fluid: The web fluid, developed by Oscorp, is a shear-thinning liquid, virtually solid until a shearing force is applied to it, rendering it fluid, whose exact formula remains unknown, but originated from the very enhanced spiders that bit him. The web line's tensile strength is estimated to be 120 pounds per square millimeter of cross section.
-
Spider-Man Suit: Using his knitting skills, Peter crafts a suit, made from mostly spandex, that would allow him to be mobile but would keep his identity hidden. However, since the suit is mostly made from spandex, it does not offer much in terms of protection as it can easily be torn by any type of sharp object that comes in contact with it.

-
This verse follows the same canon as the main verse but most relationships can be treated differently. Considering the fact that my Spider-Man is much older and quite different to MCU's Spider-Man, threads can have more flexibility via plotting and individual roleplayers.
-
I will not use an alternate faceclaim for this verse.

-
x. Verse Tag: ;;spiderman: blue flowers on the porch
-
Peter has never been okay with the Purge but he grew up seeing it every year. His aunt and uncle kept blue flowers on the porch to signify that, while they didn't participate, they wouldn't stop others from doing so.
-
One year, a month before the annual Purge, Ben was shot and killed. It was an unusual out-of-Purge death that gained a lot of attention in the media and Peter hated that he coudln't find the man who did it.
-
May begged him not to join the Purge that year to find the man but Peter went out anyway. He gained several new scars (a knife wound to the face across his right cheek; a brand on his left hip from being hit by a burning car; and a gunshot wound to his left shoulder) but he still didn't find the man who killed Ben.
-
The next year, Flash offered to help him look but Peter declined the request while listing it as a personal endeavor.

-
Note: Not much changes from canon except Peter’s maternal grandfather is Frank.
-
- --Peter knows that his grandfather came from Tennessee but he’s never met any of his other family from there.
- --His grandfather told him stories about the pigmen and daleks but Peter always thought it was just child’s tales. He still enjoyed time with his grandfather regardless.
- --Frank died when Peter was young, a year before his parents left him with May and Ben.
- --Peter has has only a few photographs of his maternal grandfather put up on his wall near his desk. Most are old and don’t have many details but he keeps them anyway.
- --He does not believe that the Doctor, Martha, pigmen, or daleks exist.

- -- While working with Tony Stark and a few other scientists, Peter managed to get himself thrown into another dimension. This rift has thrown him into a place he doesn’t understand and, quite frankly, knows is not New York.
- -- Peter arrives in your character’s relative area wearing his clothes, book bag, web shooters, and cell phone.
- -- Peter will not know who your character is; the books don’t exist in his timeline.
- -- He will have the Spider-Man suit with him. He always does. (Particularly since he was wearing it under his clothes while out with Gwen when Electro first showed up.)
- --There’s a good chance he will stick only to hand-to-hand combat and dodging. Peter doesn’t believe in killing, he won’t do it.
- -- Whoever Peter shows up around is likely the person he’s going to stay around for the duration of our thread. There’s a good chance he won’t bend the knee for anyone - he’s incredibly independent.
-
- He will actively be looking for a way to return home to his own dimension from the GOT universe. Any relationships will be hard to start but if they do, there’s a chance Peter will be torn on leaving.
-

Riverdale

-
x. Verse Tag: ;;spiderman:riverdaleverse - Age change; 18.
-
Note: Peter is aged 18 in this verse, retaking his senior year at Riverdale High. Set after modified events of the first TASM movie.
-
After the death of his uncle, Peter became incredibly withdrawn. He was getting into fights on the streets of New York on a nightly basis and Peter was incredibly deceitful with his aunt. He shut himself away completely from Gwen Stacy and found himself taking more interest into working on the formula his father had made. He threw himself into studying it and approached Curt Connors.
-
All events with Curt Connors happened as they did in the movie but any romance with Gwen was smothered by the death of her father.
-
May had noticed Peter’s reactions to it and the way he lied to her. She knew something was up and she didn’t want to keep him in New York if he kept coming home with bruises and covered in blood. She got in touch with a few relatives of hers in Georgia and ended up surprising Peter on moving day.
-
He was reluctant to leave an ended up packing his costume, recently fixed, into his bookbag to avoid anyone seeing it. While he understood May’s worry, he didn’t agree that moving so far away would do anything good for them. He knew the city like the back of his hand but May was more than adamant about leaving.
-
On the plane there, he shook and almost had a panic attack multiple times due to turbulence and glancing toward the windows. He kept his eyes down for most of the flight, unable to eat anything due to his anxiety on the plane. May was careful with him and helped him to get out with her. The moving company got their things to the new house about four hours after the arrived and Peter couldn’t help but huff at it.
-
His room was larger, a few doors down from May’s, and he couldn’t get comfortable. There were no tall buildings, no alleyways to hide in, little crime aside from a murder that he heard about. It was boring and Peter already wanted to leave on the first day.
-
He had to retake his entire senior year.
-
This development annoyed him half to death but May suggested that he get involved in football. One of the neighbors had suggested it and Peter almost turned them down but if he couldn’t fight crime, he might as well try sports. Right?? So he did.
-
It wasn’t as challenging as he was used to and Peter found he had to be careful how hard he collided with others on the field. While he was stronger, faster, and had better reflexes, he had to be careful. Of course, he found himself slipping sometimes, particularly during the first game. He’d almost broken someone’s ribcage hitting them too hard.
-
While everyone else was worried about a murderer, Peter found himself bored and absolutely listless, looking at colleges back in New York to get away as soon as possible.
