-When im on late at night and there isn't any admins I kind of get annoyed at the killsays and micspammers.
-I was a head admin for 3 semi-popular Rust servers called westcoastrust

1. I would not respond with staff powers to simple trash talking. It's part of the game.
2. I would give 2 or 3 warnings before muting them. I personally hate mic spamming so I'd be quite direct.
3. If i was in a conflict with another GiD staff member I would likely get off and try to cool down before apologizing. I've learned from a real job that even when you're right, you're sometimes wrong.
