It is for a UK Institutional sales role.

They have requested a payment plan for us over 3 quaters as they are also paying a true up for both candidates.  Am discussing.

True up is very important as David is an asset raiser.  Will revert asap, am running around today and may pop into the office later, if not, I'm in tomorrow, not going home.
