>Description: Recent events have forced the Twilight Foundation to conclude that a dedicated medical staff will be necessary. [To complete this project, a SS with Mirei on the subject must occur.]

>Bioprosethetics [Level 1: Mass Produced Prosthetic Limbs]
>Difficulty: 15 (NPC rolls, player may assist)
>Number of Successes: 0
>Description: The Angelic Layer company is by request, reverse-engineering Wily’s Robot Master parts and Kagura’s body in an attempt to create a full-body biological prosthetic. While that remains theoretical at best, the company is starting development by working on artificial limbs that can be moved by the power of thought.

>Pokemon [Level 1: Pokemon Storage System]

>Number of Successes: 0
>Description: Unofficially, many websites coordinate Pokemon trades by rule of ‘caveat emptor’. By establishing an official Pokemon Storage System, many of the worst practices and scams can be written out of the process.

>Temjin [Level 2: Advanced Social Diagnostics]
>Difficulty: 10 (SECRET, only Kuremi Kyoko, Aelita, Franz Hopper, or Kamishiro Yuuko may assist)
>Number of Successes: 0
>Description: Temjin has successfully been uploaded into an artificial humanoid shell, and data from first excursions proves promising. While clever, Temjin’s programming concerning ‘meatspace’ customs will need some fine-tuning in order to maintain project secrecy.

>The T-Series [Level 2: Study Initial Results]
>Difficulty: N/A (IC Action, see Description)
>Description: The T-Series are a series of Navis designed to be capable of being who and what they wish to be, and capable of independent self-development. Inspired by the example of Hub aka MegaMan.exe, three are currently in existence: QuakeWoman/Tempo for Mirei, Haruhara/VesperWoman for Rita, and Marino for Haruhi. [To continue this project, a PC must study initial results from the T-Series AI in a SS.]

>Robo-Ethics [Level 1: Post-Asimov Theory]
>Difficulty: 10 (SECRET, a Brain Burst PC must roll or a Brain Burst NPC must assist)
>Number of Successes: 0
>Description: After an intense discussion within the Foundation, it has been determined that human-created AI like WOPR are prone to operating according to logic alien to humans – absent any ethics or morals, purely by logic and numbers. By running an initial template AI through the Unlimited Neural Field from Brain Burst, it may be possible to develop a basic set of right or wrong that can be easily exported to other formats.

>Contingency Planning [Level 1: Contingency Planning]
>Difficulty: 8 (SECRET, only Twilight Foundation NPCs may assist)
>Number of Successes: 0
>Description: The scars of a timeline rewritten run deep in the group, and Shadaloo’s victory over the Foundation in Vietnam have only reinforced the belief that precautions must be taken. To be more fully prepared in the event of hostile actions aimed at the group, a number of contingency plans must be developed for deployment in the event of emergencies ranging from an evacuation of the abandoned factory, a ‘Tower of Babel’ scenario where the group’s top officials are directly targeted, and even a scenario where the group’s own tools are turned against them.
