  Is  it possible  to use   web application  soft  without any browser ?

 Downloading soft     work without any browser
example www.pokerstars.com (via W10 or linux -wine)

  but how ca perform this task   with web based
example poker.cardplayer.com (this work on linux and w10)

  Browser as quantum F57  ,or new opera 50  have  more as  1mil row of code

 How can use   web application soft without any browser  ( author have lynx ,w3m on kali  lite weekly 2017)
