Jono Hundo FAQ

Q - What is this exactly?
A - It's JONO JULY!!!!!!! And to celebrate, we're doing the amazing spectacular run known as JONO HUNDO!!!!!!!!!

Q - What is the goal of Jono Hundo?
A - We will be trying to win every card from the drop pools of both Jono 1 and 2, and beat the game.  In addition we are not allowed to farm any other duelists.  We'll be doing this with the 15 card mod.

Q - Any additional rules or restrictions?
A - We'll require every card to be won as a drop from Jono.  We will be allowed to buy cards using starchips, but we will still have to win all of Jono's drops naturally.  We can still use cards in the starting deck as well as campaign drops to beat the game.

Q - Is there anything you reset for in a starting deck?
A - Nothing special, but a few dragons or thunders would help.  I will probably take the first deck I see with Raigeki, as we will be winning Dark Hole later on.  With the amount of starchips, we should be able to buy an equip as well as several thunders.

Q - What is the World Record for this?
A - 7:50:08 by me, which will hopefully be improved today.

Q - Which drops will be the hardest to win?
A - The most rare drops in the game are the rares from Jono 1 POW.  He drops Living Vase, Great Bill, Takuhee, and Hourglass of Courage each at a 2, and Trakadon and Patrol Robo at a 6.  In addition Jono 2 POW has Giltia at a 4, and MBD at an 8.  Left Arm is also dropped on every table at between 4-8.

There are also several A-TEC exclusives, such as Bear Trap and Novox's Prayer from Jono 1 and Final Flame from Jono 2.  All of these drops are between 16-22 but the duels take much longer so they could still take a lot of time.

Keep in mind all of these drop rates are out of 2048.  In 15 card, the chance to win a specific 2 from Jono is around 1.5% per duel, which is equivalent to a 30, around the same chance of winning DT from Pegasus/Isis in vanilla.
