On the date below-- Since they didn't notice I'd already quit nearly a year and a half earlier-- I formally declined to go back to work for the Duke, AKA the Duck, of The Duchy Of Wessex (gaming guild) AKA "Manus Dei" the "King of Hyperion" (an alliance of guilds) -- contrary to anything claimed by flunky "Azzerhoden" in his post here:

Thank you for the form letter; since I am not subject to Wessex and [U]since I am still employed as a herald (and, along with Senusret, as an envoy) of the Aegis Imperium[/U] it is not possible for me to accept its kind invitation to become once again a villein, much less a pauper. Unless and until he comes here himself to say differently, I would advise you to expect Nihilanth Tametomo to decline the same as well.

Since Wessex records are in a renewed state of upkeep at this time, I would assume that Levald would [URL="http://duchyofwessex.org/forum/showthread.php?7594-RETIRED-Oath-of-Office-Lepida-Nuykani-Herald&p=143150#post143150"]attach the standard acknowledgement of retirement[/URL] to [URL="http://duchyofwessex.org/forum/showthread.php?11009-Oath-of-Office-Miss-Casilda-Sothenic-Herald"]my Oath of Office[/URL], editing the thread to substitute "Tametomo" for Sothenic in the two obvious places, and removing the courtesy title of "Miss" from the title, if it is not too inconvenient.

If the point ever arrives at which custom forum titles or other adjustments become a possibility, I would suggest for the sake of clarity that the visible user group title to accompany my username be something other than "Former Herald" -or- "Pauper" for the reason supplied ([U]underlined[/U]) above, and for the sake of propriety that it be the same as that by which you designate Senusret, whatever that may be.
