I have found the following marriage records in "Index to Early Marriages in Jefferson County Ohio." I have been unable to place them in my tree, but hoped someone might know who they are.

Question - is 1811 or 1817? Sarah Houghland to Walter Watson 18 Sep 18117 Book 2 p. 109

Two of these are said to be children of children Derrick Hoagland and Elizabeth Meek(s) of Ohio Co., Va which is now Ohio Co., West Virginia in the slim pan handle that sticks up between Jefferson Co. Ohio and Washington Co., Pennsylvania. Will not know for sure until I find some ages or birth dates that fit. None of the female children were married when his 16 Apr 1790 will was written.
