Leer Totodile once, then all Tackle
Catch any Pokemon after balls
Find a lvl 3 encounter, switch, and switch back then kill with Cynda
Switch Leer and Smokescreen positions as you do this
Enter center

Go to toss all 21 Antidotes, then exit out by pressing A on Cancel. Check Friend's stats, exit out. Go to stairs, redo, talk to Red and win.
