  1. Store leftover spice rub in an airtight container for up to 3 months. If brining the chicken, omit the salt from the spice rub.

  10. 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  11. 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  12. 1¹⁄ 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon Combine all ingredients in bowl.
