  14. Quick note: These rules are just to help give newer players with the rules, which is a big thing to keep in mind. Common sense should be used in most events, don't make yourself the guy everyone hates for taking these rules too seriously.

  16. Section 1: Drafting/Signing

  18. Rule 1.1: Teams may trade draft picks with each other but the board must approve of the trade.
  19. Rule 1.2: If a player refuses to play for a team after being drafted, the player cannot be traded unless the captain chooses to trade the player at his own will.
  20. Rule 1.3: The draft order will be created by the owner with him recording/showing live the random generator to prevent any tampering.
  21. Rule 1.4: The round after the round chosen by the random generator will be a snake.
  22. Rule 1.5: A player cannot be signed if they didn't join the group before draft.
  23. Rule 1.6: If a player is using an alt account in the group, the alt's name must be related to the players main account's name and may have to provide proof that it's him/her.

  26. Section 2: Player Related Rules

  28. Rule 2.1: Players cannot play on anyone else's account. If caught, the player and the person playing on the account will be punished by the board.. If a player is suspected of being played on by someone else, he/she can be asked to send a gif of their ping, share screens, join a call, or answer questions. If the person refuses to do any of these or fails any one of these, the player is not allowed to play and will go through further investigation.
  29. Rule 2.2: Players cannot play on alternate accounts in the league. If caught the player will be punished by the board and the alternate account is banished from the league.
  30. Rule 2.3: If a player believes he is being abused, he/she may ask the board to investigate. If determined that the player is being abused, the player will be force traded by deadline and doesn't have to show up to games for the team he/she is being abused on.
  31. Rule 2.4: Players who publicly retire from the league cannot play. If they choose to change their mind they must DM a board member.

  34. Section 3: Team Related Rules

  36. Rule 3.1: If a captain is going to be overthrown 5 players must agree (this includes the alt captain, without his vote no action will be taken, unless said alt captain is inactive) to overthrow the captain and must also provide a replacement captain vote. There must be a valid reason for overthrowing the captain and the board must vote on the overthrowing too.
  37. Rule 3.2: Captains who step down can't be traded, but overthrown captains can be.
  38. Rule 3.3A: If a captain has stepped down from his role and no players from that team want to take the role, a player from a different team may go and own that team on one condition, their captain must agree.
  39. Rule 3.3B: The captain of the team losing said player may take any player from the team his former player (who has now taken the role of captain).
  40. Rule 3.3C: The newly appointed captain may choose to protect 2 players from being force traded.
  41. Rule 3.4: If a team racks up 3 strike, then they forfeit the rest of the season.

  44. Section 4: In-game Rules

  46. Rule 4.1: A team must have 3 players in order to start the game (includes goalie).
  47. Rule 4.2: A team that fails to have 3 players by 5 minutes over the expected start of the game will be forced to forfeit.
  48. Rule 4.3: Staff timeouts can't be called unless a board member or staff getting a board member chooses to.
  49. Rule 4.4A: If any goal is challenged, a neutral staff member can decide if it's a good goal or not. Present board members may overrule their call.
  50. Rule 4.4B: If a captain is displeased with a call, they can forward a clip that has not been altered to the board (ex. no slow-mo). Board has the final say in the call. If the board deems it inclusive, the initial call made by the staff member will stand.
  51. Rule 4.5: Walk in goals are good goals.
  52. Rule 4.6: If the goalie is lifted up by the offensive player causing a goal, it is a no goal.
  53. Rule 4.7: If the goalie is lifted up by the defensive player causing a goal, it is a good goal.
  54. Rule 4.8A: If more than 70% (must be at least 3 players) of a team is having issue with their ping, it is required to reset the server.
  55. Rule 4.8B: If both captains agree, you may also then reset the server.
  56. Rule 4.9: If you hit a goaltender and receive a pen, the game must be halted while the penalized player rejoins.
  57. Rule 4.10: While playing, staff cannot decide whether their or the opposing teams goal counts or doesn't count.
  58. Rule 4.11A: If the opposing team is glitching, a clip can be sent to the board or a staff member can go watch their game. If the player is found to be glitching the board will punish the player.
  59. Rule 4.11B: Glitch goals are not legal.
  60. Rule 4.12: The only legal bind hits are check + V. Check + C and check + X are not legal. Punishments will be given to those who don't abide.
  61. Rule 4.13: Every team has 1 timeout. Timeouts last for a FULL minute, you cannot cut them short or go past a minute.

  65. Section 5: Board Voting

  67. Rule 5.1: In order for a vote to be considered valid all board members must vote. If a board member is absent and cannot vote on time, they will be excluded.
  68. Rule 5.2: The board will vote on any new staff members and returning staff members each season.
  69. Rule 5.3: The owner cannot overpower a board vote.
  70. Rule 5.4: Board members cannot vote on trades involving their team, even if they aren't a captain/alternate captain.
  71. Rule 5.5: If a player deems a vote to be "bias" he may ask for every board member to give their reasoning, and the board must comply. Those who try to use this rule to waste the boards time will be punished.

  74. Section 6: Trading

  76. Rule 6.1: Trading will stop at a deadline chosen by the board depending on how many rounds there are.
  77. Rule 6.2: If a captain is told to force trade a player, he must trade the player by the deadline. If the captain fails to trade the player on time, the board will pick the best trade sent to the captain. If the captain receives zero trades on the player, the player won't be traded.
  78. Rule 6.3: If a player refuses to play after being drafted, he will not have the privilege to be traded unless the captain wishes to do so.
  79. Rule 6.4: For a player to be eligible to be traded, he/she must play 5 games (starting from the 1st period to the end), the captain must comply. It is also the captains duty to keep track.

  82. Section 7: Other Suspensions

  84. Rule 7.1: If a person is caught hacking, they cannot play in the league ever.
  85. Rule 7.2: If a board member is caught cheating they are removed of being board and will receive their appropriate suspension. The removed board member can't be a member again for 3 seasons.
  86. Rule 7.3: If anyone is caught with proof of them conspiring to cheat in any fashion, they will be handed a suspension with the length being determined on the situation.
