  2. This program uses the EPA-AREAL/MCNC-EnvPgms/BAMS Models-3
  3. I/O Applications Programming Interface, [I/O API] which is
  4. built on top of the netCDF I/O library (Copyright 1993, 1996

  27. Program M3TPROC to sum, average, or find the maximum values over a
  28. repeating time period from a selected time window.
  29.
  30. The time period and starting time window set the start and duration
  31. of all subsequent time windows. The program inputs and outputs
  32. Models-3 files.
  33.
  34. You need to have set environment variables for the input and output
  35. file logical names. You will be asked to select the time period to be
  36. copied and the start of the time period to receive the results.
  37.
  38. USAGE: m3tproc [INFILE OUTFILE] (and then answer the prompts).
