moonhee is the epitome of competitive. she’s always super focused into the smallest of games. she’s only competitive because she hates feeling weaker than the other in any way. she’s self cautious of how others portray her so she automatically tries her best to look and be the best.

despite the pranks and teasing that moonhee does, she’s quite reliant on other people’s opinions. she’s very insecure and she relies on other’s validation to feel special. she’s ashamed of it but she’s rather of an attention whore and that’s why she always is so extra and does the most. she wants people to see the best side of her because she’s afraid of how they will judge her if they see how she really is.

moonhee herself is quite the hard worker. she always gets her stuff done right away and almost never falls behind. she believes that hard work pays off and that you can just wish for something without working for it. she always studies later than all of her friends in the library even when she’s not a naturally smart person. she always practices after school for sports even when the coaches call practice off.

   — lee moonhee was born in the small city of chuncheon with her two parents and her older sister. moonhee’s parents have always pushed her and her sister,sunhee, into rhythmic gymnastics. sunhee was a child prodigy and was immensely talented. moonhee always looked up to her older sister and pushed herself to work hard so she could be like her. it was until sunhee hit highschool where she was drafted into a big league for rhythmic gymnastics in korea. their parents were so happy although sunhee turned it down. she had no longer found any meaning in sports and decided to quit. not only was moonhee heartbroken, so were her parents. although her parents weren’t only heartbroken, but angry. they cut all funds off from sunhee and kicked her out. moonhee and sunhee were extremely close and it affected moonhee greatly. moonhee’s parents directed all of their time and money on moonhee’s career while sunhee focused on going to college for psychology.

   — her and ELECTRA always cause mischief. hearing ELECTRA’S name alone smells like trouble. moonhee and electra absolutely HATE their literature teacher so one day they decided to play a prank. they stink bombed the whole room and it was iconic on school campus. electra ended up getting caught and suspended for a week but they still cause mischief together anyways.

moonhee is literally so awkward it hurts. she’s not used to guys because she’s been around girls her entire life. boys + moonhee don’t equal something good. rather it equals trouble. although, when moonhee gets to know her “boy” she gets a lot more open and less robotic around him.


how they met:
   — during a competition moonhee was performing at, the “boy” was there too. he was actually there for another girl that he liked but moonhee caught his eye. after her performance, the “boy” sent her flowers to her dressing room saying she had a beautiful performance. although, he didn’t put his real name but put [chimmy or kookie whichever love interest is chosen]. since that day she’s never been able to figure out who chimmy was.

current status: unrequited love

relationship progression:
   — ever since jimin sent the flowers to her under the name “chimmy” he’s been sending her secret messages ever since. although, he’s in love with another girl who doesn’t love him back so he gets often confused which confuses moonhee as well.

they both always sent secret messages to eachother although moonhee never figured out who he was. now in real life [aside from notes] moonhee had jimin in her biology class to which she was INSANELY awkward around him and could barely talk to him. ironic right?

moonhee finally figures out who chimmy is but decides not to say anything because she believes she doesn’t deserve someone like him. she continues to hide it until she sees jimin with another girl [aka the girl he’s in love with]

moonhee ends up telling jimin how she feels and that she knows he’s the one who’s been writing her notes. although, jimin is still confused and turns her down as he doesn’t know whether or not he likes her truly or not.

   — in note version ; she likes his sense of humor and how he doesn’t care what anyone else thinks, he’s a dare devil and very flirtatious. she likes his confidence the most.
