FRLG+ Clefairy Re-Routing

FRLG+ Clefairy Re-Routing

Currently:
- Manip Squirtle
- Squirtle fights Greg and Moon Rocket, full odds grinding for 6% Clef encounter
- Swap train Clefairy on Nerd, (Luis), and Misty
- Candy Clef 2x before Rival 2 and teach it Water Pulse, Clef solos remaining fights

New Route:
- No need to manip Squirtle
- DO NOT catch Rattata on Route 1 for Cut
- Squirtle fights Sally, NOT Greg
- Catch Nidoran M for Cut on Route 3
- Nidoran fights Greg, hits L12
- Do repel trick in Mount Moon, where on B2F, if Nido leads, can only spawn L12 Paras (5%) and L12 Clefairy (1%)
- As a result, it is 16.7% to get Clefairy (with far less encounters)
- Candy Clefairy to L13 immediately
- Clafable fights Rocket and Nerd solo, gets 170 ish EXP after to hit L17
- Candy Clef 1x before Rival 2
- Same strats as old route, but swap train on Onix, and Clefable solos Misty

Time the strats:
- Time from beating Colton to exiting Mount Moon, with each strat
- Time from exiting Mount Moon to entering Dig House, with each strat
- Probably do 10-12 trials for each
