- Installing Plex on a Fire Device
- 1. Along the top, go all the way to the left to “Search”
- 2. Search PLEX
- 3. Click on PLEX
- 4. Will now see a bigger icon for PLEX, Click on that
- 5. Click on Download (Plex will download and install)
- 6. When done click on Open
- 7. You will now see all the content Plex provides for free
- 8. Go to top left of the app and click on SIGN IN
- 9. You will have the option to Sign IN or UP
- 10. Choose SIGN UP
- 11. You will be given an internet address of http://Plex.tv/link and a 4 Digit/Letter code
- 12. On a separate device (Phone or Computer) enter that address
- 13. Use one of the 3 top boxes to link to, or choose the Sign up with Email option
- 14. Follow the prompts and enter the code. PLEX on the Fire Device will update
- 15. Send Marc the Email Address that you used to sign up.
- 16. You will receive an Email saying you have been “invited to share Media”
- 17. Accept the invite, and you should see the new content on your Plex
