Miranda Vega: Hunter

Miranda was born in Dallas, Texas to Elizabeth Dyer and Gerardo Vega. The only child, she had a lot of attention and expectation heaped on her, which she dove into with relish. She completed her Bachelor's degree at UT Dallas, and waffled between choosing Police Academy and Law School. When she believed she was going to be rejected by the school, she completed police academy just in time to receive her acceptance letter to the UT Law School in Austin. Once she finished there, she received a job offer from the Hidalgo County District Attorney's office. Realizing the opportunity in such a busy district, and an opportunity to go after the really dangerous criminals, she accepted.

Now that she's been working for a few months in this new, busy city, she's made some contacts both in the Police department and in the DA's office, but she's left unsettled by some of the work, things seeming like they couldn't have been done by ordinary humans...
