Well, her name's Charlie, and she's still pretty young. After failing in almost everything possible, despite the money their parents spent on tutors, textbooks, private school etc, she forfeited the respect of her parents. After being expelled from her household, she was taken in as a maid, still young and unbroken.
She is ussually shy and introverted, with a lack of self confidence. All her problems melt away with something as simple as a warm hug from her master, though
