  1. [09:35] Tonashi Botcher says, "Hey there"
  2. [09:35] Astrid says, "Hello."
  3. [09:36] Astrid glances back towards the teenager.
  4. (Astrid)
  5. [09:36] Tonashi Botcher says, "I dont think we ever met im Tonashi."
  6. [09:36] Astrid says, "Don't believe so. I'm Astrid."
  7. [09:38] He would remove his glasses and then she see the winds of life flicker through his eyes. As if he was on a mission of sort. His smile though was pure and filled with hope.
  8.
  9. "I saw you over here alone and thought maybe I can just go meet her and make a new friend."
  10.
  11. She seem stern and prepared for anything. Though the ookami wasn't one to judge anyone just yet on the first encounter.
  12. (Tonashi Botcher)
  13. [09:43] She'd been standing idle, not doing anything at the particular moment, save for grasping upon a collection of literature in her grasp. From the looks of the pages it could be clear that the knowledge pertained to that of human anatomy- the study of the human body.
  14.
  15. Her silver eyes do not shift up immediately as the Kitsune slowly turns in the ookami's direction, opting to reply to him regardless in that instance.
  16.
  17. "Oh, I'm just-" she glances up then with a brief pause between words in order to gesture that book in the grip of her left hand, flicking the pages on occasion with the weakened, bandaged right.
  18.
  19. "Learning about the human body, is all." Although the pleasantries of another's grin and such demeanor prompt similar to her own; it allows a friendly smile on Astrid's face regardless of interruption- one she didn't mind in the slightest.
  20.
  21. "Making friends is always great though. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tonashi." The girl wasn't usually one for questioning- she was awkward and sucked at conversation amidst all things of her character. "Do you live here?" That was a start!
  22. (Astrid)
  23. [09:48] He would see then.
  24.
  25. "Ahh so you learning medical ways as well huh? I completing my crafting skills first and then I be working on my medic studies next after."
  26.
  27. He would wag his tail back in forth. "The human body is such a strange thing. But strange is what makes things unique." Or so that is what his father use to tell him about people.
  28.
  29. She would then ask if he lived in the slums. He decked out with such stuff on himself so wouldn't believe it. "I do live here. What of you?"
  30. (Tonashi Botcher)
  31. [09:57] "Mhm," that hummed out bit if confirmative upon her learning. "Not the best with it though." For she wasn't quick paced as most of her age could be; slow in regards to reading and needing additional definitive help when it came to words with which lacked enough context to define themselves.
  32.
  33. And it's clear that, upon those pages, are written notes in sloppy writing. Those eyes grace the page she's on. Her right hand lifts in order to bend the corner of the page to mark the page with where she might leave off if nothing more about its context is included here.
  34.
  35. But when she looks back up, that sight begins to delve in on scrutiny, detailing the adornments upon his person and collections of what may be present. "Used to. I live with a Priest and his brother." The thought of Nero racked her mind with positive thoughts, polar to the very airs given that are cooler than the most of atmosphere around her.
  36.
  37. "I live closer to the Farming District." That is her vague reply, at the very least. A brief pause ensues before she opens her mouth again.
  38.
  39. "I still come around often, if only to help people when I need to; giving coins, food, or any clothes I can find." Astrid shrugs her shoulders as eyes drift back towards that book of hers. "Do you know a lot about the human body? If not, and you want to become a medic, uh... do you want to study with me?"
  40. (Astrid)
  41. [09:57] * You have been awarded 1 Roleplay Points! *
  42. [10:04] Tonashi views of reading people were immense. Truly he could say he was a people person unlike most. At times he become so influence in conversations that people tend to talk to him like a old friend.
  43.
  44. "No worries. I been doing work on myself to understand my own body when it gets injured. I have to find a teacher to place the finishing touches on the rest. I been self teaching."
  45.
  46. When she would say she use to live a priest he wondered. "Ahh I wonder if its that hooded one." They all tend to wear them. Nothing creepy about it at all.
  47.
  48. "Oh then you must know your way around merchandising a good bit. That's excellent. I'm trying to provide the people of the slums with things. But its quite dangerous at times. Recently a noble was killed. So tension is high here."
  49.
  50. With her asking if the ookami wanted to join her in studies he would definitely nod yes.
  51.
  52. "Of course. The more the merrier yes?"
  53. (Tonashi Botcher)
  54. [10:10] Tilts of her head amidst those various narratives, Astrid is attentive to each phrase spoken of what Tonashi replies with. "The more the merrier, yes." She responds back with a dip of her head.
  55.
  56. "We can do it here, or elsewhere if you want. The house I live in is nice. Could study at the table in it or something- the Church might be better though." There's another dip of her head as she awaits for his reply to answer before continuing on with the other brought up subjects.
  57. (Astrid)
  58. [10:13] With his tail flickering over and then looking to her he would follow her.
  59.
  60. "Guess I will come with you." He say places his glasses back on. They had a lot of work to do. He might even fall asleep during some of the lesson.
  61.
  62. But he had to try. "Lead the way."
  63. (Tonashi Botcher)
  64. [10:19] Razo waved a hand in the air, "Hello there, good morning." He greeted the two as he walked right passed them and into the kitchen area.
  65.
  66. "How did both of you sleep?" He asked, standing right before the sink area and beginning to wash his hands.
  67. (Razo Ironmore)
  68. [10:20] "Oh wait, that's not Nero.."
  69. (Razo Ironmore)
  70. [10:22] Astrid dips her head, followed by a gesture towards the Farming District. Sain's home was closer, thus she leads them in that direction if only to enter with ease and close the door behind both parties.
  71.
  72. "This is the home I.. guess I live in." Still a new concept for her, given she'd lived nearly fifteen years in the dirt of Sudbury.
  73.
  74. "They don't mind me here. The Priest is Sain. He's very kind and an understanding man. His brother is similar, but more.. hmm.." Contemplating the correct words! "Abrasive at times. But I'm probably worse off in that manner, even if I seem.. kind."
  75.
  76. A bit of a malicious smirk stretches, although dismissed as it transforms into a neutral expression. "I sleep in the same room with his brother." Separate beds and all consider that magus... split the bed in half previously.
  77.
  78. "Anyways. Sain has red hair. He's also a musician from what I've heard." A shrug to entirely disregard it. "Don't think he'd mind some company for my studies." And-
  79.
  80. "Now, back to-" A brief interruption as Razo enters. "Mhm, I slept well. I assume you did yourself, yes?. Being up bright and early. This is my new friend, Tonashi. We're learning about the human body." A dip of her head in the Farmhand's direction, the girl props open that book on the table, gesturing for Tonashi to seat himself next to the Kitsune.
  81.
  82. "As for the Nobles.. to Hel with them. Watching Elevans murder him was.. oh, quite a sight to see." She says, smiling sadistically. "Their people steal donations from Sudbury- the hungry. It's disgusting- they can all rot." A 'tch' noise protrudes, and she waves her hand again to dismiss it. "Aside from that, we're here to study, so let's just get to that, yeah?"
  83. (Astrid)
  84. [10:28] As he gazed around the area he would see what she meant. The kitsune moved fast though. They were in the house and sitting around. Taking his own books from his backpack.
  85.
  86. "This very well placed. Hopefully I be able to work my way up to something like this."
  87.
  88. He had a lot of dreams and would never doubt them. As he heard the man who walk in say the words he look to her. "Well I can see that now with the slip of the tongue." He would listen as she updated him on the people. Best to know now then later.
  89.
  90. As she said her words the ookami simply gazed in curiosity. There was a lot to this girl. She held such a unreadable face. Yet, she was quite malicious to certain folks.
  91.
  92. "Righty. Ready when you are."
  93.
  94. He look to the man once more. "I slept well thank you. Heh."
  95. (Tonashi Botcher)
  96. [10:31] Razo had finished washing his hands by then and simply dried them off with a nearby towel and headed over towards the duo, taking a seat with them. A cup of milk in his hand.
  97.
  98. "Yeah, I decided to get up early today to get a workout in and then tend to Sain's crops. I'm planning on going out to the Church and see if they need anything from me, then maybe try and see if I can find anyone in the city who teaches martial arts, some kind of physical art." Razo mentioned taking a sip of his cup.
  99.
  100. "Nice to meet you, my name's Razo.. I'm a Farmhand here at the Albein Estate. I also live here." Razo sealed his eyes and offered a charming smile towards the two. His youthful face and charming looks hopefully offered a welcoming interaction between him and the other two. He seemed nice enough and the smooth tone in his voice would at least be comforting in the early morning.
  101.
  102. "Either of you wouldn't know where I could go to learn how to wield a sword or some kind of weapon, wouldn't you?" He asked, primarily Astrid who he was most familiar with.
  103.
  104. "Oh, and Astrid.. Now that I have a little more coin.. I was hoping you could come with me and help me pick out some new clothes. What do you say?" Razo asked, taking note of her sense of style and creative eye.
  105.
  106. But then, raised an eyebrow as Tonashi said he slept well in a rather odd way.
  107.
  108. "Right.."
  109. (Razo Ironmore)
  110. [10:39] "..all I did was, well.. know someone. The younger brother, at the very least." Astrid turns away from both, silence otherwise. Save for, "We've very close. I enjoy his company a lot." An indication of their relationship, however..
  111.
  112. "But yeah. Nothing much to think of in that manner anyways." Another dismissing wave as she glances towards the books reaped from that bag and placed upon the table.
  113.
  114. "Swordsmanship isn't my specialty. Surely the Knights or someone could teach you. I'm a wielder of magic; not versed with a sword. I'd say the city would be your best place to go for that," she replies as her silver hues gaze upon the text of her opened book again.
  115.
  116. "It's good to see that you're up early, however. I can arrange your room later for you- with preferences beforehand to.. surprise you, I suppose." They trail up, eyeing the friendly younger teenager's own eyes briefly.
  117.
  118. "..but I think someone at the Church would be more suitable for clothes picking." And they glance away back towards the book. "Nero picked mine out for me. That man practically made me look as I do no. Clean, clothed, and all. All I did was decorate the house." She shrugs, opting to half-way disregard that conversation.
  119.
  120. "Ah, but anyways.. Tonashi. What do you know so far about the human body?" Her gaze drifts towards the ookami at her side, staring intently, expectantly.
  121. (Astrid)
  122. [10:39] Razo Ironmore says, "Alright"
  123. [10:42] Razo rose from her seat and finished the glass of Milk he had. Returning it to the kitchen he would give it a short rinse and then start heading out, stopping by the two seated at the kitchen table; Razo placed a hand on Tonashi's shoulder.
  124.
  125. "She's underaged." He said plainly, a bit comedically as he had his eyes closed and a rather silly smile on his face. This was because he would only assume was Tonashi's goals truly are, before heading out of the house. A hand in the air as he stepped out of the door.
  126.
  127. "See you later Astrid."
  128.
  129. Bang.
  130.
  131. The door closed, he was gone.
  132. (Razo Ironmore)
  133. [10:44] "There is nothing wrong with such. For me I live mostly with my parents. But then was sent out to do my own kind of growing. Certainly have made them proud at this point I hope." Having those who care about you was big point Tonashi life.
  134.
  135. "Ahh right."
  136.
  137. He would focus now on the next. "I only hold this staff because I was taught with both staff and sword. I can easily switch between the two. Even a axe! Though I suggest you take the advice of what she said. When it comes to sword combat I tend to play...differently..."
  138.
  139. Now then with the two of them speaking he go on when she ask him questions.
  140.
  141. "Well when it comes to when the patient is injured." He would yell at the man before he left.
  142.
  143. "I Got a girl friend also friend!"
  144.
  145. (Tonashi Botcher)
  146. [10:44] Tonashi Botcher says, "That was weird"
  147. [10:48] Blink.. blink..
  148.
  149. Her perplexed mien is present as Astrid opts out of glaring towards the departing Farmhand lad. "..maybe torturing him later will be fun for that comment," she mutters. Another 'tch' protrudes, distasteful towards such a thing..
  150.
  151. "I'm sixteen. Not underaged anyways. I'm not sure why he'd mention that in the first place...
  152.
  153. As if I'd ever bring home a newly met friend for what Razo was implying when I'm with the younger brother that lives here." Astrid rolls her eyes, glancing back towards the door to ensure the departure of the Farmhand friend.
  154.
  155. "Whatever-" A brief pause as the girl fixes herself back in that chair, facing forward, and skootching the book between themselves for easier view.
  156.
  157. "Back to the studying. As you were saying..."
  158. (Astrid)
  159. [10:56] Now. He was all for fun and jokes but even he couldn't tell if she was being serious or just joking. He swallowed as she probably knew the human body parts better but he wouldn't want to be that guy.
  160.
  161. "Heh. I'm sure he was just kidding. Ahahah." Though it was stupid. Why did the man think he wanted the girl in such a way. They literally just met and hell this girl seem she could easily fuck someone up if she really wanted some effort to.
  162.
  163. "Im seventeen. But it was weird. I focus on my studies and work to much for a relationship for the time being."
  164.
  165. She was sassy.
  166.
  167. "I'm sure my 'girlfriend' wouldn't see me doing anything. Either way back to what I was saying."
  168.
  169. He shook off the thought. "So from what I know so far. When a patient comes in injured you check the vitals of the body. The temperature, the racing of their heart, any injuries around the certain parts of the body."
  170.
  171. His tail swish with excitement.
  172.
  173. "The human body vital organs are also something you need to be weary of at times. Certain areas that may not seem a big deal that loses blood flow could easily be the secret downfall of the patient. Also have to check for any impacts to the brain or areas that send the signals throughout the body."
  174.
  175. He then rub his chin. "Loss of mana to the body is big deal also. Without such can be the end as well."
  176. (Tonashi Botcher)
  177. [11:06] "Even if; that was inappropriate." The Kitsune was strict in that regard, though she likely was not joking when it came to the claim of terrorization and nefarious things towards another who's done her wrong in some way.
  178.
  179. It was petty, yes.
  180.
  181. And so the remainder of it was disregarded.. again. Back to the lesson at hand for the anatomy of the human body. She was piqued, desiring to know all contexts in order to provide growth upon the knowledge of medical techniques, various ways to heal certain limbs, and what damage may occur.
  182.
  183. Regardless, the knowledge is mentally noted. "So, keep track of the vitals, such as the heart-beat for irregularities, the temperature, and for certain areas.
  184.
  185. Got it."
  186.
  187. Astrid dips her head whilst turning towards the book in order to locate the section of basic anatomy and terminology.
  188.
  189. "So, a lot of bones in the body, plenty of muscles and other types of tissues, more structures," Astrid's words begin to trail off the further she reason on the information to collect it.
  190.
  191. "Why is loss of mana a big deal? How do you help someone to recover that quickly? Are there ways you can fix someone's mana circuits when they're damaged? I'm a water magi, so anything about that could be helpful."
  192. (Astrid)
  193. [11:15] Yep. She would probably be someone end eventually. Sucks to suck but the merchant was one to piss off a person who skills with medical work are high. Many do not know the facts of how dangerous doctors are.
  194.
  195. Not only do they not know the weak points or the areas of the body that can be easily damaged. They can break each section down one by one. Seeing how she would learn this soon or later.
  196.
  197. Good luck to the person who makes her mad.
  198.
  199. As they read he nod.
  200.
  201. "The bone structure holds the body together. For instance if someone to say broke certain of the spine well..it wont be a good ending for whoever liked to walk. Also each structure has its own function so you could never do the same kind of treatment for certain areas."
  202.
  203. "Well mana supports the body upkeep. Sure blood flow is great but how would the body be able to keep up on it when their is no energy delivering power to the brain. And yes it can be fixed with the right prosthetic work. You can replace a certain lineage of that area that's been damage so the flow can go back to normal if someone had neutralized it."
  204.
  205. Then she said she was a water magi.
  206.
  207. "Good your water magic can save a life. If blood loss is occurring you can easily hold it off for the time being. Its healing factors can be use to sanitize infections."
  208.
  209. He then rub his chin as it been a while since he had someone to study with.
  210. (Tonashi Botcher)
  211. [11:25] She listens again, dividing attention towards the book and his collective speech as well. Some of what he'd said felt inaccurate, such as the circuits rejuvenating the body and potentially killing one without that energy supply.
  212.
  213. Then again, surely magi were different from normal, powerless humans, weren't they?
  214.
  215. Astrid went along with the information, firstly without question until he'd finish his narratives.
  216.
  217. In regards to water magic and blood; "Am I able to halt the flow of blood with just knowing water magic? I know a friend who is a blood magic.. but to what extension can I do things with blood as... just a water mage?" That was her first question before she continues with more.
  218.
  219. "Also, are mages and regular humans... different with how they intake energy circuits? Or.." Her words trail off as the book is glanced at, pages flipped, and pointing out the area that may speak of this portion.
  220.
  221. "We're all build the same, but you said that.. well, it keeps up the body. So.. how does a regular human differ from the upkeeping of a mage? Wouldn't, uh.. we just become non-mages if our circuits are heavily damaged and irreparable?" A tilt of her head as she looks away from the book and towards Tonashi.
  222.
  223. "And.. I assume that uh.. Mythril is what can fix the circuits too, right? The kits or something like that, yeah?"
  224.
  225. She knew about the differences between bone structures by now and the various methods that was required to fix the damage in areas.
  226. (Astrid)
  227. [11:35] Now some of these he could not answer truthfully. Which is why he seek a teacher. Being self taught brought a lot of different books and opinions. He still had to shape everything that was flawed with different ideals. Though still he knew some what most then others at times.
  228.
  229. "Well im not a medic but its a possible chance. Since blood is basically water in a different form. You may need to ask a blood mage such a question. I know one and she...is a handful." thinking of Reina.
  230.
  231. Then the questions came in.
  232.
  233. "Well regular non-magi are not able to handle certain conditions like us. For instance if a non-magi group confronts a Crellus. They most likely be killed instantly if it with its slime. We have a much more mana compared to the average non-magi. But hmm no I don't think so. I guess you found a flaw in my discoveries."
  234.
  235. Taking out a notebook and crossing off certain things.
  236.
  237. "Correct. Mythril kits have the tools necessary to fix way much more deadlier injuries or loss of a limb. Things that can go away in a few days or months can be work on without the kits. Sorry some of this isn't as great as I wanted to go but that's why I seek a teacher."
  238.
  239. He would look to her.
  240.
  241. "What all do you know?"
  242. (Tonashi Botcher)
  243. [11:42] All is noted down on the side of the page there with scribbled writing. Quick, sloppy, but noted with paraphrasing in order to summarize the majority of what she caught him speaking of.
  244.
  245. "Right, right," unconsciously stated as she remained consciously following along regardless. "I'll ask then about the blood stuff," she responds quietly.
  246.
  247. "I'll just have to see about the differences between mages and regular humans anyways." However that meant, be it experimentations and what not.
  248.
  249. "And that's okay. It's good knowledge for me to have. But.. there's honestly very little that I knew before you told me a bunch of stuff. I'm new to the field. A friend of mine was hurt, so I want to fix him myself. He's waiting to be operated on."
  250.
  251. A shift in her demeanor as that distant pair of silver eyes glance away towards the wall momentarily, allowing her mind to wrap around the damage of her significant other's chest. "What about the organs? What happens when they are damaged beyond repair? Can they functionally be fixed with.. just mithril? A metal organ.. would it work the same?" She had to know at least that to prepare herself for what was to be seen at a later stage.
  252.
  253. "Oh, well.. before you answer.. uh, this'll be weird to ask-" Astrid's gaze shifts towards his own. "Can I stab you for practice?"
  254. (Astrid)
  255. [11:51] She spoke to him like a patient to a doctor. The ookami ears flickered as he would scratch his head. Some of this stuff was hard to follow with. He remembered what his father told him.
  256.
  257. 'Do what you believe is best to tell'
  258.
  259. "Ahh your a good friend for doing such a thing. I'm trying to learn as much as I could to help those people of the slums. Things are a bit out of balance these days. So I want to treat whoever I can."
  260.
  261. She then ask about organs.
  262.
  263. "Certainly they can be. The orchilacum mixed with the mithril to make the kit should be powerful enough to replace any loss organ. But it would not be the same. Well that's if you go beyond just mithril. But I haven't seen anyone do such."
  264.
  265. He then gaze at her as she ask if she could stab him.
  266.
  267. She could see he was easily on guard but calm about things. "Its best to use a proper medical term other than stab. Stabbing is basically a way of seeking to cause intentional harm. Also I hope your joking." Knowing her...she probably wasn't.
  268. (Tonashi Botcher)
  269. [11:57] "I understand," she mumbles lowly towards the aforementioned topics regarding mithril and orichalcum. Though, as her head tilts about the lastly spoken words, it could seem that her expression goes...
  270.
  271. Perplexed, of all things.
  272.
  273. "That's not a medical term.." She says, speaking in a serious tone, albeit vaguely questioning as if she didn't understand what he'd said. "No, no. I mean.. stabbing, literally. For practice." Yes, she was not joking.
  274.
  275. "I'd like to cause internal harm in order to fix it myself. For practice, I mean. Or.." A brief pause.
  276.
  277. "You can do it to me, I can watch you fix it up, then I can try it too."
  278. (Astrid)
  279. [11:59] Astrid says, "Of course it wouldn't be anything enough to cause permanent damage or anything lasting.."
  280. [12:01] The ookami would sigh.
  281.
  282. "You probably bother me till I do it anyways." He would then laugh as she busted him. "Well of course. I know your not looking to hurt me on purpose but don't worry. I don't mind you doing it."
  283.
  284. He then lift his right arm sleeve of his shirt up. She see a lot of scars. A lot.
  285.
  286. "You can cut anywhere. I done experiments on myself many times so I honestly learn to adjust. My body has been my own experiment when I got hurt. I would fix myself up with different medic techniques."
  287. (Tonashi Botcher)
  288. [12:12] "You're not wrong about that," she says amidst his laughter as the Kitsune's demeanor declines some. A bit of that malicious grin present upon her pale complexion as mana protrudes, touching upon the air vapors as per usual to utilize the nature flowing waves of the 'hydrosphere,' albeit if only regarding that of the present moisture of the air.
  289.
  290. It becomes palpable with its formation growing more dense, intimidating, and slender upon the asset that aggressively bubbles and shifting akin to rapid motioned blades gliding throughout.
  291.
  292. Except.. the water was the blade itself, moving with such celerity that it could seem petrified, almost, with muffled pops of air blowing out on occasion.
  293.
  294. The tides call upon her manipulations, and as the sleeve is lifted, she speaks again. "But you're wrong about that," she admits. She was out for intentional harming despite the need for physical practices to advance her own study there.
  295.
  296. "So hold still and don't squeal like... a dog." And with the firm grip of her extended left hand holding the top of Tonashi's forearm, her right lifts, preparing herself to delve it through skin and muscle alike.
  297.
  298. "You can do this to me afterward," she says, immediately plunging it in through the exterior of skin and dragging it vertically of all directions, despite the damage it may leave.. She knew of those risks but still did it anyways.
  299.
  300. And so, as he bleeds, and sheds that crimson ichor, Astrid is swift to disperse the water with focus upon the H2O in his blood to try and halt the movement of his vitality to cease it.
  301.
  302. She had to try, at least. Currently, she was sifting through her medical box for those necessary materials to put together. The threads, the right ones, the curved needles, and gauze. Whatever he may be feeling, well.. she was currently preparing.
  303.
  304. Probably should have done that beforehand!
  305. (Astrid)
  306. [12:20] The ookami would eyes would turn more feral now more than before. He seem to be prepared for such a situation. After his encounters with the Crellus and also the kaor. He became use to extreme pain. She was lost on wording to him as he closed his eyes.
  307.
  308. The air density crackle a bit as he felt the sensations forming around.
  309.
  310. As she said the words she could see his eye gaze her when she said the word dog he would eye her.
  311.
  312. He saw she was indeed not very on point with her work as she gave him no warning of sort when she was going to start. He would feel the cutting pierce along the lines.
  313.
  314. Though as he felt the blood dripping he bit down hard on his lip. Abit of blood forming from his mouth. As he felt the water holding up the blood for the point he would shake his head.
  315.
  316. Taking the needle and thread out his sack. He then take out some alcohol of sort. "You really need to prepare before hand. You didn't even ask if I needed something to bite down before hand on. Always make sure you patients feel comfortable or at least safe."
  317.
  318. He then look to her and wait.
  319.
  320. "I will fix the stitching if you have trouble."
  321. (Tonashi Botcher)
  322. [12:30] The feral look isn't seen, nor was the phrasing meant to be insulting.. Although Astrid doesn't care regardless. The girl's work was continued regardless throughout his pointers.
  323.
  324. "Yeah.. kindaaaaaa forget that part." A half-assed smile is flashed towards him. The conjured blazed water settles upon her command, collecting gracefully and showering his skin with comforting, cool liquids... however, as the Kitsune gives divided focus upon it, Tonashi could feel the decline in its temperature, opting to help numb the area!
  325.
  326. Those tools are collected and worked with; biodegradable thread, as Nerin directed her for internal organs, knotted through the hole of the needle, water spheres around to help sterilize the materials, the curved piece necessary to make incisions of the interior muscle, and what have you.
  327.
  328. "But don't worry. I figured doing it faster without warning wouldn't hurt as much." A lie, as she says it so dully, lacking any true tone. "Oops, I guess." The procedure was ready.
  329.
  330. With a pair of procedural gloves handy to place upon her clawed appendages and cleansed with one of the many spheres of water, which disperses thereafter its use, she stands now.
  331.
  332. "Ready now? I'm going to fix the internal muscle the close it up with my water magic. The thread is biodegradable, so it'll dissolve away in time."
  333. (Astrid)
  334. [12:35] The ookami didn't know what to think of this but he would see she was lying. He didn't really enjoy pain to much. It was simply what occurred that lead to him being in it. She also didn't seem to show any kind of sorry ways for her actions. Simply she got what she wanted.
  335.
  336. The stiff coldness was usual as he always worked with such. Her work was getting much more well versed but when she said that doing it faster without a word input was needed. The ookami growled.
  337.
  338. "I know all of this. Do not worry. I will be wrapping it after you finish now go ahead." He say letting her continue her work.
  339. (Tonashi Botcher)
  340. [12:49] "Don't bother. I'll be doing that part too.
  341.
  342. And don't growl either, lest you want this to hurt more." She speaks quick, allowing the absolute focus to remain now upon the halting flow of blood to the best of her ability for avoiding drop and stain.
  343.
  344. "Just stab me after this- call it fair then." Her last reply before the operation begins.
  345.
  346. As the continued flourishment of water helps to 'stabilize' the ichor there within the wound and keep out debris from the injury, it helps to clean any that finds itself leaking out from her progressing prowess. Not to that of blood, but just advancing her basic water magics to help halt what of it is within the body's fluid. It doesn't drip, or is at least collected inside a sphere hovering below that arm and its large cut.
  347.
  348. The first incisions are made. The book aside from her shows vivid photographic scenarios for a case such as this in order to patch up the internal organs with that thread she utilizes in order to stitch it back together. Brief glances are paid to it on occasion to make sure she's working with this the correct way. After all, she didn't want a new friend to die despite what she's already down and shown of herself here.
  349.
  350. Hah.
  351.
  352. One. Two. Three. Far, far too many. One poke of muscle made after the next, knots tied together carefully, sliced away by that bladed, versatile water, and repeated. Surely with the frost wafting from the skin itself he might not be able to feel much, save for lighter throbs of pain, directing from the unstable, lacking potency prowess of ice magic.
  353.
  354. He'd feel it much worse later on after it is exhausted away, sensitive to the touch within. But as Astrid completes the procedure and ensures the last of blood no longer flows and drips free from within those muscles, her left hand gingerly lets go of his forearm and right sets the needle away.
  355.
  356. It touches theupper part of that injury as all spherical assets of water flow towards that digit upon command, digging beneath that light sense then. As Astrid drags it down slowly, the healing properties of water magic come into play, allowing the flesh to stitch and mend itself back together to close it up until completely brought back together.
  357.
  358. And she reels back after. With a few idle slaps from pulling gloves off, she inspects it. "Should be good now. You'll feel a bit of chill here for some time, but that'll just help decrease the pain until it subsides."
  359. (Astrid)
  360. [12:55] The ookami growl throughout the procedure and focused. He would need to keep his mind on other things. Though as he drifted as she worked he would feel the sensation throughout his mind. Each stabbing pain was felt. Each swift course of needle was felt.
  361.
  362. Though he totally accepted this.
  363.
  364. Everything she did he took mental note of and didn't question. She was good in her own manner. Actually much better than some doctors at times. If she truly focused she be a great medic.
  365.
  366. As she finally wrapped up the procedure he would then. Flex his arm a bit. A bit of pain. Taking out some bandages he wrap it around the area. As it finally was done he would then place his cloak back on.
  367.
  368. "Ah this been something. I be coming back for my turn. Astrid you strange but im use to it by now. Good work on how you did things. Now then."
  369.
  370. With a wave he would head out. He needed to go home and lay down for a while.
  371. (Tonashi Botcher)
