Jetsliding in the middle of the last room was slower in practice from my testing. It could be faster if you land back on jet -immediately-.

In the first long room, you can jetslide across gap and the ladder in the middle of the room. At the end of the room you can use frostfackel to kill the snake machine instead of stacheling it.

For Astaroth, begin with 2 frostfackels then 3 kopies. Requires tanking 8 damage. Saves almost a second.

At the end of the first room, ride jet and damage boost from the met so you can pass through the last axe knight's axe and slide more.

In the underground room with the moving columns, use time slow.

In the room after the checkpoint, instead of using coil, do a suboptimal jet jump, fly up a bit, jump to the pendulum and then to the right ledge. While slower than just jet jumping directly to the ledge, this is still ~0.3s faster than the coil method.

In the last room, riding jet through the moving columns remained to be the fastest method.
	*Using time slow will allow you to cross over the top of the columns section with almost no waiting. However, I was still unable to reach the pendulum in time.

For the midboss:
1) Prepare charged schwert and use it immediately. Prepare kristal and charge eislanze. Time eislanze's release to approx 2 secs after the midboss starts shaking and then finish with kopies. Saves a second over the method below.

2) If you don't have any charged schwert to spare, prepare shield for both phases. The second shield may not be necessary. This saves doing an extra kopie in the second phase.

You can also prepare a charged eislanze to use immediately when entering the room. However, this is tight to charge in time and only adds 1 hit. Therefore it would only saves a frame(s?) off of kopie and therefore probably isn't worth doing.

In the first crusher room, call down jet as you fall and do a jetslide. Saves ~0.1s.

=Refraktia=
For the boss after the first eislanze, move to the left wall and rebound the second eislanze off it for an earlier second hit. Getting a faster fight is possible but very tricky/precise.

=Schirach=
At the end of the initial descent section, use time slow as soon as you enter the room after the "funnel" room. This will slow down the giant met in the background in the upcoming long room and allow you to slide more before calling down jet.

In the later half of the same long room, it's possible to navigate through the bomb platforms and jetslide on the higher platform. Use schwert to freeze the ground level cannonball at the end.


For the midboss, prepare shield and use it along with zwinger.
