  1. 1. Delete the resources folder in %appdata%/.minecraft
  2. 2. Replace it with the one downloaded at https://www.mediafire.com/file/kp97fge64w2l1p2/resources.zip/file
  3. 3. Open the folder's Properties and set it to read only. Let this apply to ALL subfolders as well!
  4. 4. Open minecraft and test the sound. If it doesn't work, press F3 and s and the same time, and test it out. Doors should click-clack instead of squeak, for example.
