2. Fill in your information the name can be fake and put in the email, say you forgot it unless you know it will be easier but hard to find it.


3. When your in live chat come up with a good excuse like i forgot my old psn account and i need help recovering it.

4. They will ask you for Email Phone Number First Name And Last name. Give them your fake name you provided they for the email if you know it give it them but if not say you forgot it and for the phone number say your phone is broken and its getting fixed soon.

5. They will probably say you cant make modifications to the account or cant make changes to the account this means the psn isn't jackable and you wont be able to get the psn this comes to luck and takes time for this to work so be patient and keep trying

6. But if it isn't locked they will ask you some questions "What Is the Psn Serial Number"
