- The conversation is about the medical center now charging students to see a doctor and (charging more than it used to) for medicine and treatment. The woman is surprised and upset about the announcement. She went there last week and got some medicine, but she needs to buy more medicine and will have to pay more. She is sure the other students will be unhappy with the change and they may avoid going to the doctor. As a result, many people may get sick. She thinks that there must be another way to get money for the medical center, so she is going to the student union to complain and try to convince the university to take away the fees.
