Hello my name is Alp I am 22 years old and I am currently studying electrical engineering and I would like to apply to become a staff member on TPH because I love the community and I want to make it better myself. About removing something, I don’t have much to complain; I know that the server is not perfect, but I know that we are the community that makes it better and I want to see the positive points rather than the negative ones. About adding one thing in TPH, I would say a channel to orient newbies on how to improve themselves with some higher level users to help guide them on subjects like for example, “I have learned OOP Java and data types what can I do now?” , it would be to guide some people towards what they want to do and how they can achieve it because I know that if someone is working hard for anything, they can achieve it.

For the questions #5 and #6, I will assume that you are talking about personalities over names. For me, a staff member is someone that is helping to build the community while maintaining a certain order so that everyone is treated equally and for the better. I also worked already in a game as a staff member the game is called GraalOnline Classic I did about a year to see how it actually works and I can say that overall, the players loved me because I was being fair to everyone while trying to be the nicest person as possible to help them on their gaming experience.
As for a regular member, I would say respectful, curious and willing to help each other. If members respect and help each other we can only go for the better than what it is already. I think all the members are different and they can bring each some values to the server to make it better.

I am naturally friendly with everyone if someone doesn’t like me or disagrees with me, I would try to talk about it with them over quietly and respectfully to understand why and find a common point. If I see that it’s becoming an impossible task, I will ask for help to someone that I know can help us because I believe that we can all help each other and make it a better experience for everyone.
