Tyler hadn’t had a friend since his Fairy Princess who no one else could see all the way back in 10th grade. He was so focused on regurgitating the 10 pounds of plastic he had eaten over the last weekend that he failed to see the front steps of the school. He tripped, and would have been seriously injured if it wasn’t for Mark’s graceful arms sweeping him up a second before impact. Tyler looked into his savior’s eyes, and saw the most beautiful face of his life. He longed to caress him, but Mark gently sat him down.
	“Hey, you’ve gotta be more careful. I’m Mr. Real Degree, what’s your name?” Said Mark.
	“Oh- um, well, yes, ah, my name’s Tyler…”
	“Well, I’ll be seeing you… Tyler…” Mark said with a twinkle in his eyes as he walked up the school’s steps.
