As a client, originally from Ukraine, I'm very upset by how Upwork acts in current situation. I believe Upwork should have better communication than "events in Eastern Europe". You should call it a war.  Also you should make something that will help prevent the disaster. By imposing temporary restrictions on Russia related activities. People in Ukraine are dying because Putin is a crazy person and not enough people in Russia are opposing his decision. Many countries and companies are stopping many activities in Russia. I believe Upwork should do that too. And if not - me, my friends and family from Silicon Valley, Ukraine and Poland will boycott your service as one who did nothing to save people in Ukraine.
