"I just can't wait to-" There are words coming out of Tamamo's mouth, but no noise, and the cause of that becomes clear very quickly. As Medea has her staff drawn and is flaring with magical energy, you didn't even hear her cast a spell!

"Oh dear, I seem to have accidentally used a Curse of Silence on Second Caster." Tamamo is glaring at Medea now, and Medea has quite the smug expression on her face. Though behind her smug expression is a dangerous glare, like she's looking at something that threatens her very existence.

There's a surge of power from Tamamo, and she opens her mouth to speak once more. "You thought that a Curse would work on me? Who do you think you're dealing with, Caster? I'm a better wielder of curses and a better wif-" Tamamo goes silent again, and looks noticeably more annoyed than she did the first time. It's nice to see that Medea's grasp on her magecraft is good enough to even be able to take effect on a goddess, not once but twice in a row.
