Stages of a Spectral
-Nascent: While no one truly understands how Spectrals are born, what is known is that they appear in reality suddenly, taking on appearances of things and ideas native to the reality it first appears in. Nascent Spectrals are small and weak, but as their name suggests, each one being able to gain immense strength under the right care. Nascent Spectrals can be one of three types, Natural, Artificial, and Mystical, with the type chosen being based on the initial reality the appear in.

-Realized: A Realized Spectral has grown and realized its full potential. They tend to be larger than Nascent Spectrals, taking on forms more similar to humans or large animals. Realized Spectrals evolve past the initial three types, gaining a more specific type that are diverged from those original three.

-Crossed: Crossed Spectrals have gone beyond their own limit, branching into other realities to gain new powers. This allows a Spectral to gain a second type, sometimes a type from the same group, but most often from another group of types. Crossed Spectrals take on stranger forms thanks to this new power, and gain a more diverse set of strengths.

It is possible for a Spectral to shift between these forms.
