Extract the PS4 folder to the root of an usb drive formatted as exFAT (or FAT32, not recommended)
The file structure should look like this (assuming usb is D:) -> "D:\PS4\EXPORT\BACKUP\202511161702_00\archive.dat"
The "SAVEDATA" folder inside the "PS4" folder is optional, it contains the test savedata for Minecraft EU (CUSA00265)

On the PS4 go to Settings --> System --> Back Up and Restore --> Restore PS4
After the restore process is complete your system is ready to go.

"What is the offline activated account id?":
    It was randomly generated:
    PS4: 6f6c6c6f7061bd2c
    PSN: 8028911461577375020
    Chiaki: LL1hcG9sbG8=

Understanding themes:
    The themes cannot be applied without a jailbreak.
    However, they come pre-applied on the different user accounts.
    These user accounts are local so you can login to them using your own PSN.
    If you delete or change the theme you wont be able to re-apply it without restoring the backup again
    The PS4 has a maximum limit of 16 user accounts, which unfortunately limits the amount of themes available to 16
    In addition, only 15 themes in the backup are applicable to your own PSN, because one of the accounts is already activated.

"Help, the shortcuts and "Auto package installer" dissapeared!":
    This happens when the PS4 rebuilds the database, it does not include any custom content or packages without a license
    The only way to fix this without a jailbreak is to restore the backup again.

To delete homescreen shortcuts:
    DO NOT click "Uninstall", this will cause a database rebuild which will remove most customizations!
    Instead, click "Options" and then "Add to folder" and proceed with the menus.
    After adding to a folder the menu icon will dissapear.
    After this you can simply delete the folder.
    Homescreen shortcuts are per-user meaning these changes will not affect the other user accounts.

To delete notifications:
    Simply select the notifications you want to delete and hit "Delete"
    The system ui will crash and recover and the notifications will be gone
    This crash does not occur for other regular notifications

To use "Auto package installer":
    on retail:
    can install retail games and game updates
    cannot install fpkg games or homebrew
    need license for retail games
    useful for installing a specific game update while offline
    can install game updates offline (such as MC 1.95)
    on disc games uninstall and insert disc to get 1.00 and then install any patch version
    digital is more complicated, use RewindPS4 instead!

    with jailbreak:
    can install fake and retail pkg
    need license for retail pkg (unobtainable)
    not really useful because goldhen menu is better

    usage:
    get ps4 IDU ISO https://archive.org/details/redump-id-104033
    this one is perfect, contains no game demos and is small
    extract to the root of an exfat formatted usb
    delete OMSK from pkg and patch folder
    add your own pkg's (they must be named specifically)
    name game pkg "contentid.pkg", patches "contentid-v1.01.pkg"
    for example Minecraft EU (CUSA00265)
    game: D:\pkg\EP4433-CUSA00265_00-MINECRAFTPS40000.pkg
    patch 1.95: D:\pkg\EP4433-CUSA00265_00-MINECRAFTPS40000-v1.95.pkg
    use https://www.orbispatches.com to find patches and PS4PKGVIEWER to view them

    run "Auto package installer" on the PS4 (despite the lock, it works)
    and then insert the usb drive, if everything is set up right it will begin installing

    side note:
    patch 1.95 is the last version of minecraft before the bedrock edition
    you need a legacy edition disc, ones with bedrock edition image dont work
    (you can use RewindPS4 to get it if you have digital license)

"How did you make this?":
    Using a jailbroken PS4. (on 9.00)
    I used the project's linked below and did database editing to clean up aswell as changed some settings.
