How do demons age?

How do demons age?
Charlie looks like she's in her early twenties or late teens but is hundreds of years old
While octavia is seventeen
Do they age like humans and then just stop aging at some point?

Only royal demons age.
All the others simply stay with the same age they died with.
Angel Dust died as a 20 something italian man, and he will stay like this forever.
Charlie was born demon and will age slowly than a human being but will still age.

What non-royal born-demons like Blitzo or Loona.

As far as we know the only entities that do not age in Hell are Sinners.

The only groups/individuals we are certain that do age are the Goetia Family (Octavia aging from child to teenager), Charlie (we see art pieces of her as a child) and the Imp population of Hell (we see multiple example of young, mature and elderly Imps).

At this junction, unless stated otherwise we can assume that every entity in Hell ages aside from Sinners. Now the rate that they age is another question.
